For this job, I rendered leak detection service for Travis Hall discovered leak on his water main service outside of the water main service penetration in the flower bed underneath the window on the front of his home underneath a bush. It is a blue poly line.
Completed a through inspection of the panel and the meter. Checked voltage and amperage of main lugs and breakers. Made sure every screw was tightened. Checked dryer plug and whip for unit for any signs of hazards. Found everything to be in good shape. Check the connections for unit and found loose neutral. Tightened all connections.
For this job, we worked on installing 2 caseta wireless switches to control the master bathroom lights.
Troubleshot tripping washing machine breakers. Voltages and connections were tested and all working properly. New DF breaker was installed to eliminate the breaker being an issue. It is a brand new stack washer/dryer and the homeowners were made aware of the known issues with smart appliances and the safety breakers conflicting. The homeowners were made aware that if issues continue they will need an appliance repairman. Washer was tested on the new breaker for 25+ minutes and never tripped.
20 year old gas water heater is failing. Removed and replaced the water heater, purged all air from the lines. The water heater is working properly, tested with no leaks.
Troubelshoot garage fridge gfi and garage door outlet in big garage no power. Replace damaged wire going from the middle garage light fixture to the far right garage light fixture. Both boxes had to be replaced when replacing the wire. Install two boxes at those fixtures. Replace gfi for fridge with gfi with alarm. Replace gfi for rain bird. We also replaced the gfi for the small garage back wall. Everything tested and working properly.

Customer has 1 y/o Rheem system that operates for main level. System was not heating due to unsecured pressure switch tubing preventing pressure switch from closing. Secured tubing. Gas pressure is good. Flame sensor is clean. Media filter was recently replaced. Recommend water protection upgrade. Blower speed taps correct. Recommend Apco Ultra Air Purifier for advanced air purification. System is currently working.
