Rebuilt toilet changed a shower cartridge and installed a new 50 gallon gas water heater
System not heating and has a blown fuse for the main level. Found a short coming from the gas valve and has also shorted control board. The inducer motor is over amp as well. Lots of dust/dirt buildup inside the blower section. Inspected the heat exchanger and found major cracks . Inform the customer that this furnace is not safe to run at this time. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Pull toilet and attempt to clear blockage. House is on a septic system. We Attempted to clear mainline blockage. Pulled toilet in hallway bathroom, ran k400 cable. After many attempts we could not clear blockage. I kept hitting a hard stop in the line, We only pulled back some wet wipes and feminine hygiene products. Recommended customer calls out septic company to evaluate septic tank integrity. If septic tank is fine, customer will call us back and we’ll scheduled a camera inspection to figure out where blockage is at. Set toilet on new wax ring. House still has active blockage.
Install new wafer lights in basement office room
Found irrigation tie in leaking. Cut out the tie in as homeowner stated that his irrigation hasn't been used in years and partially destroyed. Installed new meter adapter, dual check and shut off with box. Put dirt back and beautified surroundings.
Fans not working, breakfast room light not turning off
Installed New pressure regulator, t&p valve and expansion tank. Set pressure at 65 PSI. Replaced fill valve and supply line on upstairs toilet.
