My tech texted prior to his arrival and he was on time for my appointment. He fully explained what my problem was and provided an estimate for the work. He completed the work while he was at my house. My tech is knowledgeable, proficient, and very courteous. This is the 3rd time I have used TC Electric and all visits have gone very well.

Nick and David and the other young man were great, sorry I didn’t catch his name, They both provided me more information of what else needs to be done in my home and with being a new homeowner this made me feel more confident that I am in good hands. I have a few more projects outside of what was recommended that I need to get completed. So hands down, I will be returning for all my future services. They were very professional and very knowledgeable and I’m thankful we caught a lot of things before it gets worse. Pulled and reset master toilet due to instability. Checked flange and confirmed it to be in acceptable condition. Reset toilet with new was ring, flange bolts, and supply line. Shimmed toilet for added stability and sealed. Also ran tub gun in guest bathroom bath as a courtesy.
Installed New 50 gallon platinum water heater with 12 year warranty. Installed new pressure regulator and adjusted pressure to 60 PSI. Cleaned out dishwasher hose and properly looped dishwasher hose to prevent back flow into dishwasher. Capped off old pressure valve in basement ceiling
Complete system diagnostic found a leak in evaporator coil. Furnace and evaporator are 23 years old. Outdoor unit is 12 years old with me no furnace no evaporator coil. Plenum supply system is not safe to be around supply plan on has a lot of microbial bacteria inside of it recommended to get a new system.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Performed 1 system diagnostic. Found control board damaged due to no cover on heat pump. Wiring also exposed, dirty blower wheel, growth in unit, no safety, pitted contactor. Due to the age of the unit recommended getting an estimate for replacement.
For this job I worked on helping Kyle by replacing one of his 200 amp main breakers at his meter. I came out Tuesday late afternoon to troubleshoot why half the house had no power. one of his main breakers was on the on position, but didn’t have any voltage coming out of it. tried resetting it a few times, but still didn’t help. Ended up replacing the main breaker and the voltage came out instantly. still went to both panels and check voltage at the main lugs and every single breaker just to make sure everything was working properly. left a few recommendations I highly recommend
