Replaced 35’ of pvc sewer line due to bellies.
Installed InSinkErator Evolution Excel 1HP disposal to replace non-functioning unit. Removed old unit (corroded beyond repair), cleaned flange area thoroughly. Modified drain plumbing slightly to improve flow. Connected to existing electrical with proper strain relief. Tested for leaks and proper operation - running smoothly and MUCH quieter than old unit! Added sound insulation beneath sink to further reduce noise. Demonstrated proper operation and what NOT to put down disposal. 7-year warranty information left with customer. 30-minute job done right!
Installed control valve for Rheem 75 gallon gas fired water heater. The control valve was supplied by Rheem heater is only two years old. All work was tested and documented with pictures.
Replace light fixture in office and fan in bedroom
Tested both the upstairs and the main level systems that were not cooling. Found the upstairs level system is leaking refrigerant and extremely low to the point of the low pressure switch tripping. Due to the system being R22 refrigerant they repairs are very expensive. Main level system has a compressor that is overheating and the windings have failed. Also on this system due to price of repairs and age along with our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Installed Sub panel with Surge Protection
Cleared a mainline blockage from 2nd floor toilet. It was the only fixture affected in house. Pulled and reset, ran k400 machine.
Install new ground bar in meter. Install 2 new ground rods and connect to the main meter. Run ground wire from main meter to the pool panel. Install whole home surge protector in each of the 3 electrical panels. Performed troubleshooting kitchen outlets by fridge and microwave. Replaced outlets under microwave and to the right of the fridge as well as the microwave outlet. Installed new ground bar in main panel in bathroom. Replaced 100 amp breaker that had plastic clips that broke when installing the ground bar. Everything tested and working properly.

Visually Inspect Panel, Label Panels, and Install Dedicated Kitchen Circuit
Install new landscape lights and floodlights
