Came out to find disposal broken and dish washer not working. Replaced disposal with new customer supplied model and turned breaker onto dishwasher. Tested for leaks on disposal and drained dishwasher to test for proper function.
Verified customers concern of leak at washer box found it to be coming from cold side boiler drain. Customer did not wish to have drywall cut more than they had to be and one of the most cost-effective repair so I removed and replaced the cold side boiler drain only using a male adapter and a coupling
Verify customers, concern of water leak near the meter performed. Dig search to find leak. Found leak to be coming from black iron pipe. Used to connect the gate valve after the dual check in the meter removed broken fittings and installed new. Dual check as well as quarter turn ball valve pad down with P gravel stacked bricks in order to fit a 10 inch meter box so that the ball valve will be accessible in the future
New shower valve cartridge installed in master bathroom (moen)

Ran plumbing to basement bar, this included drain pipe for sink, water lines for sink including 5 stops below sink, 2 hot and 3 cold. All drain tie ins, under counter ice maker with drain and water attachment as well as replaced gate valve with new ball valve and access panel for backyard hose bib. Water turned on and tested all to ensure proper function.

For this job rendered leak detection service for original tech technician Nathan. During my evaluation, I discovered no leak in the unpaved areas of the yard that’s along the driveway or in the flowerbeds I could detect what sounded like a disturbance in the flow of water in the line just before it diminished underneath the driveway Due to the fact, vacuum breakers on every hose bib was not able to put compressed air on the line, but it is in my opinion that this leak is underneath the driveway

Provide and Install 20A dedicated circuit with medical grade material. This job will be performed by two technicians in a very confined space. With that being said this job needs to be performed outside of business hours and preferably relocating the employee closest to the panel room for approximately six hours.
