My toilet was clogged and I needed to have it fixed. I didn't know who to call, so I went online and chose this company based on the reviews. Erik was sent and he was on time. He was also very pleasant and professional. He took care of the problem in a timely manner. No mess! Everything was in place before he left. I would definitely use this company again and absolutely recommend for others who need this kind of service.

On arrival I spoke with the customer about an issue of multiple of her smoke and carbon alarms going off at random times. After speaking with a customer, I found out that the alarms are right at 10 years old. It seemed that a lot of the alarms have codes indicating malfunction. I spoke to the customer about the multiple options, including a 10 year worry free battery. The customer agreed on this estimate plus a few other items, including raising a chandelier in the kitchen, as well as replacing a bulb at the front. After returning with material, I started by replacing the bulb and raising the chandelier. Both projects went off perfectly in the customer seemed very pleased. I then proceeded with the six alarm changes with one carbon alarm/ one smoke alarm on the first floor and three smokes/ one carbon on the second floor. All installs seem to go perfectly and the alarms tested fine. I spoke with a customer about a few other future needs and left them with the appropriate estimates. Th

For this job, I completed a two system AC inspection. Inspected the blower wheel as well as the indoor coil and all the electrical components. I cleared the drain line with 2 gallons of water and vinegar. Then proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit and measure all electrical components as well as get pressure readings. I explained all my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates.

Performed 1 system diagnostic for whole home. Unit is 12 years old out of warranty and is also zoned. Found dirty blower wheel, rusted out evap coil, clogged drain line, water in pan, dirty condenser, blower motor drawing high amps and no te standard flood protections, also recommend replacing contactor as well as outdoor dual capacitor. Due to age of units and cost of repairs. Recommended replacing system. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
