Plumbing service amazing!

This was the second time I called TE in a month for two separate issues. Aaron came out both times and he was fantastic as usually for the second call. He was thorough and walked me through the entire process. Easy to work with and professional. Hands down the best plumber!!!

Troubleshoot electrical issue. ISSUE: lights flickering throughout house LOCATION: throughout house FINDINGS:upon arrival the issue had stopped occurring. During our troubleshoot we tested for a lost leg of power/neutral by turning off all 240v breakers and running a heavy 120v load of a heat gun. There were no fluctuations of power on either leg when doing so. Upon further investigation I noticed all of the plastic around one lug in the main panel had been melted. I also noticed a splice in the meter can from the power company. I was here for over an hour and was unable to recreate the issue no matter what I tried. With everything I gathered, my thoughts would be there was a loose connection on that one lug that was causing the flickering of lights. And after the 12 hours the issue was occurring, with the heat generated/arc occurring from the loose connection, the wire has become welded to the lug RESOLUTION:without being able to recreate the issue, there was no immediate fix. I info

For this job we installed three customer supplied wooden light fixtures in the sitting area, foyer, and the stairwell. We also installed a dedicated 20 amp circuit in the garage for a work bench outlet for battery chargers. Installed the circuit on a GFCI breaker. We also installed a dedicated 60 amp circuit for a tesla wall connector installed to the right of the main panel. Everything is functioning properly.

Upon arrival, customer notified me that he would like to have his double tap breaker issue fixed at the electrical panel. Customer would also like to have ethernet lines dropped into various rooms. One of the rooms is his upstairs office. One of the other rooms is the downstairs bedroom where his daughter studies for school. The other room is going to be the utility room where the electrical panel is located. Customer is interested in having a patch panel install installed. Customer also has electric electrical panel filled to maximum capacity. It is my recommendation to install a subpanel to accommodate for additional circuits in the future and existing circuits. Customer would also like to have an estimate for whole home surge protection. Add outlet in office off existing outlet

For this job I replaced the union from where the water heater ties into the water supply. The old one was cracked and spraying water. Turned water back on and no leaks appeared. Tested everything and left work area clean. I also ran TMP discharge line to the outside.

For this job customers disposal was tripping the breaker. After inspection of the breaker, circuit, and switch box I determined that there is something wrong with the disposal. I went ahead and installed a new GFCI breaker in the main panel as the original breaker had been tripping repeatedly for some time. Also installed three pendant lights above the bar and one light above the dining room table.
