Kyle arrived when he said he would, assessed the cost and completed the project very quickly. Always happy with his work.
TE (Kyle/Noah) were excellent today and provided the services required. They were professional and thourough!
Aaron was spectacular. After a frozen pipe on Christmas night. TE was the fastest to respond. Aaron was fantastic. Appreciated diligence and customer focus.
This was the second time I called TE in a month for two separate issues. Aaron came out both times and he was fantastic as usually for the second call. He was thorough and walked me through the entire process. Easy to work with and professional. Hands down the best plumber!!!
For this job customers disposal was tripping the breaker. After inspection of the breaker, circuit, and switch box I determined that there is something wrong with the disposal. I went ahead and installed a new GFCI breaker in the main panel as the original breaker had been tripping repeatedly for some time. Also installed three pendant lights above the bar and one light above the dining room table.
Main floor system is dual fuel. The system primary source of heating and cooling is coming from the outdoor heat pump. The furnace is used for emergency heat purposes and I believe the fuel source hear is LP. The downstairs usually doesn’t have a hard time to heat or cool so a heat pump is perfectly sufficient for the needs of the home. After completing inspection of system is question I did not find anything wrong issues with refrigerant levels, airflow or temperature deltas that are improper. The heating temperature difference was over 30 and the cooling delta was just a bit below 20. The refrigerant levels and readings are in manufacturers specifications for current ambient temperatures. The tested electronic components and tested condensation drain. At this time systems are working as designed. I do recommend having normal annual maintenance with TE homecare. The systems are right about 8 yrs old.
For this job we installed customer supplied ceiling fans and light fixtures. The two fans were installed in the back porch and the lights were on the front porch. We also replace all the outdoor outlets with weather proof GFCI devices with bubbles. We added surge protection to the main panel as well as the meter/main combo. Left estimates for multiple generator options for the home. Customer would have propane tank sat and the propane company would plumb to the generator.
GFCI replacement in kitchen location
For this job I reinstalled customers mast pipe and installed a new customer supplied weather head. I also installed a new eyebolt as point of attachment. Customer is aware if Amicolola EMC wants a permit they will have to call us and get us to pull permit. Amicolola EMC is on-site and reconnecting power.
