Phenomenal service! Thank you TE!

Cory was awesome as was the other gentleman with him, that Im sorry to not name him as I didnt catch his name. I had an issue I thought would be minor but thankfully Cory's expertise led him to uncover an underlying issue that would/could lead to some worse events down the line. I didnt have the money to fix everything but got the big things out of the way as well as the items that were the reason for my call. Both guys were professional, courteous and so neat. They cleaned up so well after the work was done and Cory explained everything that was done and showed me what is left and answered every question I had. Im very pleased with the work and will definitely use this company again. I highly recommend them!

Performed inspection today on 21 year old units. Upstairs unit has a cracked heat exchanger, a low capacitor, a disconnected plenum, a severely rusted indoor coil, a failed gas valve and a very rough running compressor. The main floor system has a clogged indoor coil with dog hair, a weak capacitor and a refrigerant leak, the system is low on refrigerant. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system, supervisor scheduled for Friday morning to replace both systems

System not cooling - 2023 Carrier Heat pump air handler System not cooling due to a clogged drain line and tripped safety switch. The drain line had clogged at the p trap and water had filled up the emergency drain pan and tripped the float switch. I built 2 estimates and the homeowner went with option B. I evacuated the water in the pan, cleared the drain line, added SS1 In-line safety switch, and flushed the pump and drain pipe with 2 gallons of hot water. System is now cooling properly with no other immediate issues. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified, have a great day!

arrived on site to troubleshoot a 2022 ox box that wasn’t cooling. System was working well this weekend until it stopped working. This was the first time we came out for hvac related issues. No homecare plan. I found there was a large leak at the liquid line near the service port. Right at a weld, the system leaked out all 410a and wouldn’t kick on due to a low pressure cutout. The system in the basement/ garage didn’t have any flood protection so we repaired the leak, pulled a deep vacuum and charged the system to factory charge of r410a. I then added a wet switch and a drain line switch to shut the system off if pump fails or drain line clogs. After repair I cycled and ran the system for half an hour bringing down the indoor temp from 80 to 77 degrees. We had a solid. 22 degree temp split and operating pressures were good. System fully operational upon departure. Joined homecare today as well. Call complete.

Tech was out to do an inspection on system that is not cooling. While performing inspection on system, tech noticed the following on the furnace inducer is over amping. Igniter is the incorrect igniter for the system. Blower motor is over amping , capacitor is needing to be replaced. There is a gas leak at multiple pipe connections going to the gas valve. Atlanta gas came and shut off gas to furnace. Safety switches have been cut and jumper out for system to continue running. This is a fire hazard and should never be done on a furnace. There is reasons for high limit switches in furnace. On the return would need a Plenum and add 12 inch ductwork to attach to existing 12 inch to Plenum on new return. Drain pan would need to be replaced due to PVC coming out of it. PVC is not connected to anything so in the event that water accumulates in the drain pan. Water would go everywhere causing water damage. Switched to furnace would need to be changed from metal casing to plastic as of right no
