Replaced the vacuum breaker on the hose bibb at the back of the house. Also replaced the kitchen faucet, toilet fill valve, and flapper in the basement. Also installed a new lift-and-turn stopper and overflow in the upstairs hall bathroom.
Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Upstairs condenser fan motor polarity was reversed. Thermal overload on compressor. Replaced capacitor and condenser fan motor.
Call out for a fracture fault on the main water service located inside the foundation wall causing significant water damage to inside of home. Replaced entire main potable water service from county meter to just inside the home through foundation wall with new pressure regulator and main shut off.
Minimal airflow upstairs. High moisture in crawl space and ductwork is falling apart. Airflow is leaking into crawlspace. Biological growth inside unit. Condensation is just flowing into crawlspace.
Performed 1 system cooling diagnostics: found that the system had a dirty air filter, a refrigerant leak and a refrigerant restriction. The system is no longer covered by the manufacturers warranty. If the homeowner wants the system repaired; a leak search needs to be performed. Once the leak had been found; repair options can be provided (repairs maybe several thousands of dollars (ballpark)). The homeowner has setup a time to get an estimate for a new hvac system.

For this job we installed a new outlet behind a new tv in the upstairs sitting area. Pulled the outlet off the attic lights which was already on an arc fault breaker. We also ran a new hdmi cable for the customer and mounted the tv as well with a customer supplied bracket. We also installed 3 customer supplied ceiling fans in the upstairs sitting room, office, and master bedroom.
Installed new 10 year 50 gallon electric water heater in basement. Installed new pan and thermal expansion tank and properly secured new expansion tank with a code approved bracket. Set pressure in expansion tank to 60 psi and verified no leaks and proper function of the water heater. Also replaced the toilet in basement with a new Kohler Kingston toilet. Existing toilet had multiple failing parts and was very loose and rocking. Pulled the old toilet and found a broken flange. Replaced flange and secured properly to concrete. Installed the new toilet and leveled properly. Tested for leaks and proper function. Replaced basket strainer in the kitchen sink as a courtesy.
Replaced all innards and supply line in master bathroom toilet, rebuild included all new fill valve, flapper, bolts and gaskets, flush valve and flush handle. Also replaced old push and pull angle stop with new 1/4 turn chrome stop. Turned water on to test and ensure proper function.
