Awesome service from very nice guys! They came out the day I called for a quote on a hot water heater replacement. After I accepted the quote. They were out the next day to replace the water heater. Install new 60a circuit for Tesla charger. Install breaker for circuit. Install customer supplied wall connector.
Performed full system diagnostic. System running at this time but found many areas of concern and presented all information to homeowner. Install supervisor to follow with quote but unit is heating and cooling upon departure but some repairs are highly recommended.
Performed full system diagnostic. Took pictures of all findings and attached to invoice. Indoor unit is from 2019 and outdoor unit is from 2013. System has severe airflow issues and system replacement is recommended as any repairs/upgrades are NOT guaranteed to fix the issues. One room above the garage struggles to keep cool or warm do to the extra heat load that comes from the garage. A return addition recommended. System also has no bypass and old indoor unit likely was replaced due to failure from no bypass either. The filter inside current system was getting sucked in to evaporator coil and now evaporator coil is dirty as well as the blower wheel. This dust has likely gone throughout the rest of the duct work as well and homeowner mentioned that there is excessive dust in the house. Outdoor unit has high amp draw and discolored 240 volt wires and recommend replacement to avoid any potential fire hazard with the already overamping compressor with its high inrush current. Service visit and repair on Generac 22kw whole home generator.
1 system Homecare. 20x25x1 filter recently replaced, left extra filter for routine change. Flushed drain line, drain line goes to internal plumbing in basement. Lennox thermostat working normally. Lennox system is from 2018. Temperature split is in normal range. Outdoor capacitor reading in normal tolerance. Refrigerant pressures reading in normal range. System running normally at this time.
For this customer I installed a customer supplied Tesla Wall Connector in the bak corner of the garage. I ran a new dedicated 60 amp circuit in PVC pipe along the bottom of the wall over to the charger. I installed circuit on a new 60 amp QO breaker and commissioned the charger.
Replaced faulty gate valve with new full port ball valve. Tested system for leaks and left options to repair/replace the toilet.
