Thought we had a faulty circuit breaker but after deeper inspection Joaquin determined the fault was within the circuit, then specifically an exterior electrical outlet. He replaced this and the problem was solved.

Customer called us out for tub that would not drain. Upon inspection noticed that tub stopper lever was in the closed position. Set stopper to open position and tub began to drain. No obstructions found. Only travel fee was charged.
For this job customer had a breaker tripping. After thoroughly inspecting and troubleshooting the problem, we came to a conclusion that it was the microwave and we recommend that the customer get a new one.
For this job we replaced a Generac load shed for a new Generac load shed on the left side of the home that had gone bad recently. Load shed module was for the AC unit.
Troubleshoot upstairs bedroom ceiling fan
Wrapped up AC maintenance service in Dawsonville today. Customer's 3-year-old system needed seasonal tune-up before summer heat arrives. Cleaned evaporator coils, replaced air filter, and checked refrigerant levels throughout system. AC maintenance included electrical connection tightening and thermostat calibration for optimal performance. Repaired tub drain and tested with no issues
For this job customer called us out to install a ceiling fan on the under side of the back deck. Customer just had under decking installed and the wire and box where already mounted. We installed the outdoor rated ceiling fan. Not responsible for leaks in the under decking as the box and wire was already installed. We also inspected the main panel and sub panel in the basement as well as the meter/main combo. After inspection we found the neutral bar to be bonded to the panel, neutral wires double tapped, incorrect breakers, and double tapped circuits. We relocated multiple circuits from the main panel to the sub panel to correct the double tapped circuits. We also fixed the double tapped neutrals and incorrect breakers in the main panel. Recommend whole home surge protection in the main, sub and pool panels as customer stated they had been hit by lighting more than once. Replaced hot water containment system with new 50 gallon natural gas system bringing all aspects up to code to include but not limited to heater pan, gas valve, gas supply, isolation valve, and thermal expansion tank. At main incoming water feed in same area we replaced the main shut off and pressure regulator valve and set incoming pressure to 70 PSI. Tested and all is working properly at this time.
Homeowner wanted to add 2 pendants over 2 desks in the loft room. I came off an outlet and ran my wire through a chase to the first switch box and then from the first switch box to the second. From each switch box I ran a switch box up to the attic to a round cut in box. I blanked off the ceiling boxes. Homeowner said they will hang the lights themselves. The breaker was already an arc fault breaker so no need to swap it out.

Called out for fallen duct work. Duct work weren’t supported properly and believe cats have got into it. Found failed indoor air uv light from another company, System has 20x29x1 dynamic electronic filters and replaced last filter they had. Gave homeowner information on ordering more so they will be here when we come to service. Checked refrigerant pressures, temperatures, air flow, zone, air purification upgrades and electronic components, Drain and pump have been flushed .
