We have used TE services for electric issues few times. They are usually prompt to respond and we had same day service which was good. But Their charges when the work is complete always SO MUCH HIGHER than estimated! I called for outdoor lighting not turning on as usual, so I called them and service estimates was $800. When the work was completed, he said that it is $998! Last month, I called them for fire detector making noise, They end up whole house smoke detectors electrically connected costing $3800! I might have to search for more reliable electricians when it comes for final charges.

one of the temperature sensors had a bad battery...what should have happened was the tech should have went and purchased one to make it work, but didnt. I was told I needed to go to the store and buy one. I already paid a lot of money and this I considered poor customer service

Replaced main water line from meter to house. Installed ball valve for home owner in irrigation box right after the meter box. Also, tied into the existing copper water stub out on the outside of the foundation.

For this job we replaced a Challenger main panel in the garage. We installed a 42 space QO main panel in the garage. We installed Duel Function breakers on all 120v circuits. We installed a whole home surge protector below the main panel as well. We installed a 150a main breaker in the main panel as well. Neutrals and grounds are bonded. We are coming back Thursday to install all smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in bedrooms and hallways. And label main panel.
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Came and found the in line flood protection out of place so unit didn’t have any power. The remediation company left it sitting upside down and the drain for the dehumidifier ran into it. We moved the drain line and placed the float switch back into place and the unit fired up immediately. Homeowners started the maintenance plan as well.
Installed UV light for customer for her halo system
Installed GFI breakers for kitchen outlets, disposal, and dishwasher to properly protect circuits.
Today we came out with a pressure issue for the home, upon checking the psi from the tankless and the hose bibs pressure was at 30 psi. A another plumbing company had installed a new PRV within the last few months and had not set the psi higher than 30 psi. Adjusted PRV to 55 psi and customer is happy with pressure. Any more pressure increase would require a new PRV.
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Customer had a mainline blockage affecting one bathroom group upstairs after testing the bathroom group. The clog was actively there and the water was going into the shower so I gave the option to pull the toilet and run my cable and after I pull the toilet, the main line was holding water, Next I ran my cable and I was able to clear the blockage after testing. Everything was flowing perfectly with no leaks and no more backups to the customer if it happened again, give us a call out and we will further diagnose. Customer just had that bathroom renovated couple things moved around, so if it happened again will come out to inspect to make sure everything was done correctly

Customer called us out for a running toilet in the basement bathroom, a clogged sink in the kitchen, water getting into the garage from the master bathroom and a sink in the upstairs bathroom having low volume of water. I recommended having the toilet and garbage disposal due to age. Customer agreed. I was unable to work on the tub or bathroom sink issues but I scheduled a service plumber for 1/19/2026 from 3-5. I removed the old toilet and saw that the flange was below grade by about 3/4 of an inch. Recommended having the service plumber look at this as well. I then built and installed the new toilet. Tested the toilet and cleaned up the area. I then went upstairs and removed the garbage disposal and replaced it with the new one. Cleaned up and tested throughly.
Replaced the outside meter and disconnect. New riser pipe, straps, utility ground, and 2 ground rods were installed. Waited until 5 pm for GA power to reconnect but they have not been here so the customer was shown how to turn on their main breaker and was informed that the power company will be there by midnight to bring power back on
