We have used TE services for electric issues few times. They are usually prompt to respond and we had same day service which was good. But Their charges when the work is complete always SO MUCH HIGHER than estimated! I called for outdoor lighting not turning on as usual, so I called them and service estimates was $800. When the work was completed, he said that it is $998! Last month, I called them for fire detector making noise, They end up whole house smoke detectors electrically connected costing $3800! I might have to search for more reliable electricians when it comes for final charges.

Completed system diagnostic found blower motor pooling high amperage, completely drained the capacitor.
Installed new customer supplied keyless in bedroom closet.
Very low water pressure in the home. Shut off the water to the home and drained. Removed and replaced the prv and main shut off valve. Turned on the water and pressurized the home, purged all air from the lines. The water pressure is now 65psi.
Customer supplied a flow by Moen smart water shut off and requested professional installation. Upon arrival, we performed a water pressure test and confirmed the home static pressure is 65 psi, which is within normal operating range. We then shut down and fully drain the home, water system, cut into the existing three-quarter copper, main waterline, and properly installed the flow by Moen unit in line according to manufacturers specifications. Once installation was complete, we restored water service, pressurized the system, and thoroughly inspected all connections for leaks. System is holding pressure and operating properly at this time After installation, we assisted the customer with registering the unit, connecting it to the home Wi-Fi network, and demonstrated how to log into the app, monitor, water usage, and receive leak detection alert. Unit is fully operational and functioning as designed.
