We have used TE services for electric issues few times. They are usually prompt to respond and we had same day service which was good. But Their charges when the work is complete always SO MUCH HIGHER than estimated! I called for outdoor lighting not turning on as usual, so I called them and service estimates was $800. When the work was completed, he said that it is $998! Last month, I called them for fire detector making noise, They end up whole house smoke detectors electrically connected costing $3800! I might have to search for more reliable electricians when it comes for final charges.

Performed a leak search via dig and repaired a break in the irrigation line determined there is still a leak somewhere along the main line and recommended. Customer replace the water service and delete the irrigation that they have never used will be returning in the morning to do the water service.
Upon arrival, customer notified me that he has lost power to his overhead lights and his kitchen and dining room location. We have also lost power the lights going into the garage. No power at front door overhead light

Redevice entire bedroom(changing switches and outlets decora style)/add new outlet
Performed 3 system homecare, check filters, cleared and treated rain line, check and tested electrical components, inspected ductwork and safeties.did find some issues and will address each system individually below: Upstairs-found dirty blower wheel, no te floor protection, drain line not secured every 4 feet and has incorrect slope, customer started they had a water stain on ceiling below unit, tried to locate source of water stain.dirty condenser coil. Unit is 2020 Main-found dirty blower wheel, no te flood protection, units joints where not proper insulated, unit did drain into a hub as well, this unit had a humidifier hooked up but humidifier was not operational would recommend replacing humidifier m also had a dirty filter, the condenser is also dirty and is 25 years old and R22. Would recommend replacing this system and adding IAQ upgrades as well. Basement- this unit is the newest one of all three unit was installed in 2020. Remove and replace old gate valve shutoff for hose bib with new ball valve shut off. Remove and replace hose bib on the front of the house with a frost proof hose bib.
Troubleshoot/Replace Surge/Replace Breakers
Upgrade service from 200-400 amp service , new 54 space qo panel , updated grounding system, whole home surge protection, two new meter main disconnects, and Johns creek permit.
Returned to program streamlab. The device is now set-up and functioning properly.
Install thinner breaker for AC unit & air handler to make room for new 50 amp car charger circuit. [ DID NOT DOWNSIZE AMPERAGE FOR 240v BREAKERS ] Installed and separated doubled tapped hots in seperate 15 amp breakers. Install new car charger to the right side of electrical panel in garage. Installed new 50 amp breaker in panel for car charger. Install whole home surge protector and splice it with the dryer circuit. Set-up and commission Tesla car charger. Tested charger on electric car to make sure everything is working properly.
Completed Full inspection of both upstairs and main level furnaces and air conditioning systems. Found numerous issues including the upstairs level system leaking refrigerant and causing it not to cool, the main level furnace having a cracked heat exchanger and not safe to run, along with other code issues. Ultimately based on price of repairs, I would recommend to replace the upstairs AC unit along with the main level furnace. The ductwork on these systems are not up to current insulation value standards and it would be best to also replace ductwork.
