Bottle of endure for preventative maintenance Customer was experiencing a mainline blockage affecting right side house fixtures. This is not the first time customer has mainline blockage. Same blockage occurred 1 year ago. Customer had other company clear blockage. We were able to clear blockage through exterior cleanout going into home. After clearing we tested my running water for a long duration of time. Possible belly in line due to puddle of water in cleanout. Also cleared an individual blockage in shower drain inside master bathroom. Ran k45 cable inside drain to remove hair blockage. Camera inspection scheduled for Wednesday to provide a permanent solution.

Our client reached out to us in reference to having water leaking out of a light in the basement office area. Apparently our client had an open drain line in the ceiling in the basement and the drain line had a light clog in it that cleared itself I ever the water could not be contained and came through the open line. This open line was cut and capped permanently. Our client is satisfied with the service that was provided today.
