one of the temperature sensors had a bad battery...what should have happened was the tech should have went and purchased one to make it work, but didnt. I was told I needed to go to the store and buy one. I already paid a lot of money and this I considered poor customer service

Replaced water heater with a new 50 Gl gas fired with a 6 year warranty and lifetime craftsmanship as well as installed a new expansion tank which is strapped within code

Replace box for living room circuit and rewire box with new switches. Replace 3 outlets and update breaker to a safety breaker.
Today I removed the improperly installed shower valve and diverter valve Removed 14 shark bite fittings and replaced with the correct pex fittings Hand -held water source was incorrectly tied into the tub spout port, reinstalled both valves in the correct order with correct pipe and fittings Installed valves at 1” from rough wall framing for tile installation Notified customer of shower drain improper installation

Troubleshoot electrical issue. ISSUE: security system outlet not working LOCATION: panel room and break room FINDINGS: they overloaded the 20 amp circuit with two space heaters RESOLUTION: left estimate to leave three dedicated circuits, one in the panel room for the security system plug. the other two to the break room, so they can plug the space heaters and not interfere with any other circuits. If they were to proceed with the estimate, this job would have to be done on a Saturday while they are closed.

I replaced multiple light fixtures inside and outside of the home, replaced an outdoor GFCI + Cover, replaced a damaged switch, and repaired a flood light for a nice family in Duluth.

Arrived at the house for multiple tasked to be done, we troubleshoot 3 switches in kitchen and basement, said switches were broken and malfunctioning, we replaced all three switches with new ones, also troubleshoot landscape lighting, one of the lights had a loose socket which we tightened, the other lights were installed in the eve of the home, these are wired through the gutters which go up to three story high, we weren’t able to locate the problem wiring is located inside of gutters.
