Troubleshoot garage GFI. Turned single gang switch box into two gang box with GFI outlet and replaced existing switch in the same box. Replaced homeowner supplied step light for the bottom step on the right side. Multiple other lights were out or going out. I made homeowner aware that the lights being removed had the same exact date as the light being installed. She informed me that the lighting supply company said they were giving her a newer model light. But they in turned gave her the one with the same date. Everything tested and working properly.
Troubleshoot can lights in living room not working

Came to this call and started a troubleshoot for power loss to garage and upstairs bathroom outlets. I diagnosed the issue within a few minutes the issue is the GFCI outlet in the garage had been recently replaced and was incorrectly wired. I then offered the homeowner to turn the call into a home electrical inspection and he accepted.
Troubleshoot for low voltage landscape lights
For this job, we disconnect and removed power for an electrical UPS System.
Remove tile work to expose plumbing fixtures behind tub. Found that overflow pipe was improperly sealed. Resealed and tightened and check for leaks.
Major leak in ground at water meter. Water leaked at high rate for 2 or more days, owner was out of town and neighbor shut off water. Price match customer quote = $850 to dig and repair broken water line Dig down and found leak at PVC connection from a previous repair which was poorly executed. Cut out broken PVC pipe and fittings, replaced with new copper pipe and fittings with copper/glue transition fitting to connect copper to PVC Install emergency shut off valve and valve box at no extra charge for customer to easily close water in an emergency NO MORE LEAKS ON WATER SYSTEM

Upon arrival, the customer expressed concerns about a recent high water bill and suspected a possible leak within the home. I performed a full plumbing walk-through and inspected every accessible fixture throughout the property. No visible leaks or dripping fixtures were found during the evaluation. A water pressure test at the exterior hose bib showed the home pressure to be 65 psi, which is within a normal operating range and not high enough to cause fixture issues or excessive water usage. During my inspection of the master bathroom, although the customer mentioned they had not seen or heard any leaks, I discovered that the master toilet was running intermittently on its own. The sound is faint, but continuous, and this type of internal leak can often go unnoticed while significantly increasing water usage, likely contributing to the recent high water bill.
