Everyone I interacted with at TE was professional, customer-oriented, and honest. Mauricio and Chris—the two electricians who helped rewire my kitchen—did a phenomenal job. We have used TE services for electric issues few times. They are usually prompt to respond and we had same day service which was good. But Their charges when the work is complete always SO MUCH HIGHER than estimated! I called for outdoor lighting not turning on as usual, so I called them and service estimates was $800. When the work was completed, he said that it is $998! Last month, I called them for fire detector making noise, They end up whole house smoke detectors electrically connected costing $3800! I might have to search for more reliable electricians when it comes for final charges.

Perform a 2 system home care maintenance. Change filter, tested all electrical components, flushed drain line, tested thermostat, Tested both system on cool and heat, checked pressures and refrigerant. Units are running, however there are some issues that need to be addressed, let costumer know and left details and option on inspection sheet attach to this email follow with quotes. Perform four system home care. Several AC condensers do not have 1 foot clearance between each other. The bedroom and the basement units on each floor and do not have the correct size. Both units are rated at 25 A. Both are currently sitting on 30 amp breakers. Recommended homeowner get wet switched for the upstairs. Homeowner approved installed and tested Wet switch. Couldn’t see drain line for the upstairs unit was a concern so was the leveling condenser pad for the bedroom unit. I replaced all filters today tested all condensate pumps. Homeowner is fully aware of all of my findings, explained all of my findings to him over the phone. I explained to the homeowner since three of the systems are relatively new. He still may be under your labor warranty through the company that installed them. I explained to him if we were to take care of repairs it would be at his cost.
For this job customer had lost power to half of the sub panel. We traced problem back to a tap box on the outside wall. Previously installed had used blue wire nuts and one had come loose. We installed new Polaris lugs and everything is functioning correctly.
Performed three system home care on today’s visit. New system that we just replaced needs a new filter. Customer declined purchasing April air will purchase herself and put in. I put in a 1 inch filter on today’s visit so it had a new filter since there was a code for air restriction on it. Basement system was on a lockout for low pressure and system low on 410a. Weather is very mild and did top system off with 410 today, this will need to be monitored for a leak on next visit to see if we have a loss of refrigerant and a bigger problem. If a problem is found on next visit, a repair quote will be provided at that time. Upstairs system is running good no issues found. Both the basement and the upstairs system are lacking. Our standards of flood protection and flood protection was offered to this customer as an upgrade.

TE certified will run a three-quarter inch waterline from the mechanical room up to their desired location approximately 50 feet of waterline, in addition, we would also be installing a 75 gallon electric water heater with county permit included Installed new 80 gallon water heater with new expansion tank, installed new shutoff valves.Ran 60 ft of 3/4 pex to their desired location and capped it.Installed a 3/4 pex shut off valve right before it drops down in the wall.
Install new meter main combo outside and ats, updated grounding System, new 54 space qo panel , whole home surge protection, smart breakers , updated gfi devices, updated smoke detectors
