Excellent!

Professional and here is why: clear communication, on time arrival every day, happily wore shoe covers, very calm, pleasant, and no stress demeanor when approached with various questions regarding the invoice and project, and worked very efficiently.

Outdoor lighting repair

We have used TE services for electric issues few times. They are usually prompt to respond and we had same day service which was good. But Their charges when the work is complete always SO MUCH HIGHER than estimated! I called for outdoor lighting not turning on as usual, so I called them and service estimates was $800. When the work was completed, he said that it is $998! Last month, I called them for fire detector making noise, They end up whole house smoke detectors electrically connected costing $3800! I might have to search for more reliable electricians when it comes for final charges.

Like the new thermostats

one of the temperature sensors had a bad battery...what should have happened was the tech should have went and purchased one to make it work, but didnt. I was told I needed to go to the store and buy one. I already paid a lot of money and this I considered poor customer service

Customer called us out for a running toilet in the basement bathroom, a clogged sink in the kitchen, water getting into the garage from the master bathroom and a sink in the upstairs bathroom having low volume of water. I recommended having the toilet and garbage disposal due to age. Customer agreed. I was unable to work on the tub or bathroom sink issues but I scheduled a service plumber for 1/19/2026 from 3-5. I removed the old toilet and saw that the flange was below grade by about 3/4 of an inch. Recommended having the service plumber look at this as well. I then built and installed the new toilet. Tested the toilet and cleaned up the area. I then went upstairs and removed the garbage disposal and replaced it with the new one. Cleaned up and tested throughly.

Replaced the outside meter and disconnect. New riser pipe, straps, utility ground, and 2 ground rods were installed. Waited until 5 pm for GA power to reconnect but they have not been here so the customer was shown how to turn on their main breaker and was informed that the power company will be there by midnight to bring power back on

The day we came out to evaluate a basement toilet that was continuously running. The customer attempted to shut off the supply stop, however, the toilet continue to run, indicating a failed shut off and internal component issue. During the evaluation, I checked the home water pressure and found it to be 55 psi, which is within the recommended range. While on site, I also inspected the water heater and found it was installed in 2011. There was visible moisture present on both the cold water, inlet and hot water outlet, indicating the unit was beginning to fail due to age and where. I advised the customer of my findings and discussed replacement options. The customer decided to move forward with replacing the 50 gallon gas water heater along with installing a new expansion tank. Additionally, I replaced the toilet fill valve and the supply stop at no additional cost. Mrs. approved to work, and all repairs and replacements were completed today. All systems were tested and are functioni

Performed a no heat diagnostic for upstair system . Found bad control board. Out of tolerance indoor and outdoor capacitor. Dirty blower wheel and bad blower motor. Inspected heat exchanger with camera and found pinholes and starting to crack heat exchanger. Also low on ductwork for supply and return causing high static pressure.improper gas sediment trap. No flood protection. Dirty condenser coil. Recommended replacing system and join home-care. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

I came out to install new lighting in the dance room, including a disco ball. For the disco ball, I installed an outlet up inside the fan box so that you can plug in the disco ball and covered it with the old fan canopy. I also mounted the disco ball. After some discussion, it was decided that instead of new lighting, you would install new lightbulbs. I also installed a new dimmer for the dance room as well as two complementary switches and a plate. For the light that we had previously been installing in the dance room, we pulled a new wire to the closet and installed a light in the closet. Also, I pulled a new wire from the light at the foot of the stairs to the light on the landing and re-wired it so that those two lights will come on together and the light on the landing will no longer come on with the hallway lights. Last I removed the front plate from your intercom and cut all of the wires as well as taking out that back panel. Thank you for using TE certified electric! Veaya
