one of the temperature sensors had a bad battery...what should have happened was the tech should have went and purchased one to make it work, but didnt. I was told I needed to go to the store and buy one. I already paid a lot of money and this I considered poor customer service

Our client reached out to us in reference to having water leaking out of a light in the basement office area. Apparently our client had an open drain line in the ceiling in the basement and the drain line had a light clog in it that cleared itself I ever the water could not be contained and came through the open line. This open line was cut and capped permanently. Our client is satisfied with the service that was provided today.

Troubleshoot electrical issue. ISSUE: security system outlet not working LOCATION: panel room and break room FINDINGS: they overloaded the 20 amp circuit with two space heaters RESOLUTION: left estimate to leave three dedicated circuits, one in the panel room for the security system plug. the other two to the break room, so they can plug the space heaters and not interfere with any other circuits. If they were to proceed with the estimate, this job would have to be done on a Saturday while they are closed.
