Jose came to install a ceiling fan. He knew what he was doing and was very professional. He laid plastic down to protect my carpet to keep things clean. I have always had great service from TE Electric.
As always, prompt, thorough, friendly, competent, efficient.
Luis and Nick were real professionals. They arrived on time and was fully prepared to do the job. They provided updates or concerns throughout the process. After the work was completed, they tested everything and cleaned the areas properly. At the end they patiently went over the work performed. Very pleased with their service.
Luis was so patient, informative and efficient. Along with his apprentice Micah. Welcome them back anytime.

Responded to no ac call for second floor system. Upon arrival turned system on at thermostat, indoor unit started. Noticed that the outdoor unit fan wasn’t spinning. Found defective capacitor. Replaced capacitor and system started up. Let run for 30-35min and checked pressures. Pressures are slightly off, and system is struggling to cool. Noticed that system is short on return. Advised customer that I do not recommend doing any repairs on the second floor system, system is 20 years old and R22. Left system running with new capacitor, system not cooling efficiently.

Came in to complete quoted work for costumer. Replace evaporator coil, added new filter dryer then proceed to nitrogen pressure checked and vacuum system to require microns. Then proceed to add new refrigerant to factory charge. I did found 2 heavy kinked on line that were located behind the siding by the out door system. This could lead to issues moving forward with system causing damages if not repairing soon, considering this finding there could be also be other damages on different places behind the wall and no letting refrigerant flow properly. Would be good to replace line or at least repair it. Let costumer know about this and he understand that there could be damages near future if not taking care off. System is working properly at this time. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Customer called us out for a clogged kitchen sink. On arrival the p trap had already been disassembled and cleared by the customer. I put it back together and tested the sink and it backed up within 30 seconds. Customers garbage disposal was also very old and rusted together. I quoted the customer to run a k400 down the kitchen sink line and remove and replace the garbage disposal with a new 1/2 HP Insinkerator. Customer agreed. I also recommended getting Endure drain line maintainer, the customer did not want to get it today. I removed the garbage disposal and ran the k 400 down the kitchen sink line 3 times. I then installed the new disposal and tested for any back ups by running the water for 20 minutes while I cleaned everything up. There were no signs of back ups.
