Alex misdiagnosed our issue and encouraged us to buy a $10k digital panel. The issue persisted, a different TE technician came out, and diagnosed a different issue. Glad we did not purchase the $10k panel.

Our client reached out to us in reference to a leaky power vent 50 gallon water heater. Our client also had high water pressure which was at 80 psi. Both water heater and PRV were replaced and tested for leaks. No leaks were found. New water pressure reading is 60 psi. Client is satisfied.
Arrived to inspect system for proper wiring size and heating inspection. Found heat strips were no longer operational. Replaced 10kw heat strips and added water safety switch in pan. Drain termination is located at washer box on top floor. Flushed and confirmed drain is draining properly. Added 410 to the system to bring to 6 subcooling with 20 degree delta split. No issues with fan, compressor, contactor or capacitors.
Customer called us out for a clogged shower drain in the kids bathroom. Customer called us out for 2 clogged sink drains also located in the kids bathroom. I will attempt to remove stoppage in all of these drain lines, individually and restore proper drainage to the home. Also providing the customer with our ENDURE drain maintenance solution. I was successfully able to remove stoppage and restore proper drainage to the system. Customer is very satisfied.
System is not cooling to the system being out of refrigerant. Float switch is defective, no ss1 on condensate drain, dual capacitor is out of manufacture specs, blower wheel is dirty, and blower motor bearings are worn out. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Ballast bypass in laundry room. Homeowner stated he did not want to troubleshoot. There were no other options to be given as far as the light is concerned. We also had to correct wiring at the tombstones. Everything tested and working properly. Couldn’t provide pane replacement options due to lack of service on the tablet. Defuser was broken when we arrived.

Upon arrival I met and spoke with a customer about multiple issues around the house that she wanted to have worked on. The first thing was a video doorbell that the customer wanted replaced for a standard doorbell and chime as the chime had burnt out due to the doorbell, not having the right transformer. In addition, the customer had a light in the living room that was gimbal and track lighting in the kitchen that she is interested and repairing or replacing. Lastly, the customer wanted to have a receptacle installed in the master bath for a bidet after evaluating a few things and speaking with the customer. At length we agreed on an estimate to install the receptacle, try to repair the lighting, and replace the doorbell chime system. The track lighting in the existing gamble light are all 12 V G5.3 base bulbs.
