Professional and courteous, they perform the work efficiently and charge a fair price. Also, we didn't have an emergency situation, but they came out the same day we called and kept us informed of when the technicians would arrive, which right on time.

Our experience was GREAT. Amos arrived on time, reviewed the issue we had and addressed it immediately. He was well trained, excellent interpersonal skills and did what he said her was going to do. Would definitely use TE Certified again and ask for Amos Pearl.

Ben was the TE Certified generator technician who serviced our generator today. In addition to performing the manufacturer’s key steps to keep the warranty in force, he also advised of a more reliable network link that replaced the whimsical wifi connection for monitoring and performed the upgrade on the spot! He also saw that our unit had 18 hours of service over the past year which validated the good decision we made last year to install the generator. Being able to use my CPAP machine nightly without a care even during thunderstorms has been a great relief to me.
