We have used TE services for electric issues few times. They are usually prompt to respond and we had same day service which was good. But Their charges when the work is complete always SO MUCH HIGHER than estimated! I called for outdoor lighting not turning on as usual, so I called them and service estimates was $800. When the work was completed, he said that it is $998! Last month, I called them for fire detector making noise, They end up whole house smoke detectors electrically connected costing $3800! I might have to search for more reliable electricians when it comes for final charges.

one of the temperature sensors had a bad battery...what should have happened was the tech should have went and purchased one to make it work, but didnt. I was told I needed to go to the store and buy one. I already paid a lot of money and this I considered poor customer service

TE certified will sawcut, excavate, replace the original cast-iron Underneath the slab, put back dirt, and pour concrete to a rough grade level. Also will dig outside up to the backwater valve. Installation: We removed the concrete from the toilet to the outside wall in line with the backwater valve. We excavated down to the old cast iron drain line, exposing it all the way to the back water valve. Replaced all cast iron with new 4” pvc pipe. We had to tie back into 3 separate branches in the bathroom/laundry room area. Thoroughly tested ensuring no leaks and proper flow. Back filled and cleaned up site. Then we poured back concrete.
Complete a home care inspection for main system checked all mechanicals and electrical components of the unit.
Tech came back to perform authorized work on system. Tech gathered materials for job and arrived in site. Tech dissembled furnace and removed failed heat exchanger, found not only was the left most heat exchanger cell failed but found every other eyelet on the back of the furnace cracked as well. Replaced heat exchanger, and reassembled the furnace. Tightened all connections, gas line and secured unit. Tested system in heat and ran for approximately 30 minutes to get rid of heat exchanger residue and get accurate temperature rise. System calls for 30-60 degrees. Set gas pressure and airflow to meet roughly 40 degrees temp rise. System is operational and heating at techs departure. Thank you for letting TE CERTIFIED service your home.

Upon arrival, the customer expressed concern about older kitchen supply stops that were showing signs of corrosion and believe they were the source of an active leak. A total evaluation was performed, which determined that the leak was not caused by the supply stops. The leak was instead due to an improperly installed garbage disposal trap, which was allowing water to escape during use Options were discussed with the customer, including replacement of the aging and corroded kitchen supply stops, rework, and updating the kitchen waterlines, replacement of the backyard hosespigot, which was spraying and not operating properly. At this time, the customer elected to only move forward with repairing the improperly, installed garbage disposal trap. The trap was corrected, inspected, and tested to ensure proper drainage and leak free operation. All work performed is functioning properly at the time of service.
