Excellent! Great customer service!

Dalton did an excellent job reviewing the problem with my AC. He spent time to discuss issues to look out for in the future, as well as ensuring the current job was done in accordance with customer's expectations. I would highly recommend Dalton and TE Certified to others for repairing and serving their AC/heating units. Great job!

came out to a no cool on a 2006 R22. The customer stated that he had someone out yesterday to work on his equipment. I found that the thermostat was not installed properly and that the out door unit was also not installed properly. I explained to the customer that i will need to rewire everything and charge a fee to do so and they declined. I also explain to the the age and type of equipment that they have is now obsolete and it’s a good time to start looking into a n replacement system. I set up a lead with the customer to get a quote on a new system.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Perform diagnostic on 13yr old Lennox unit in very bad shape, upon arrival customer stated unit wasn’t cooling properly, stated not keeping up, checked stat, cycled temp down to 68, unit started up, customer showed me equipment, also stated he took screws out to water clean coil, inspected furnace in crawlspace, noticed unit is sitting on the ground, supply and return plenum is falling apart, recommend replacing both plenums, some duct work is in bad shape needs replaced, or rewrapped with insulation, filter recently replaced by customer, blower wheel impacted and leaking oil, recommend cleaning blower wheel, explained to customer cleaning can cause motor to go ahead and fail, evap coil slightly rusted, flu vent rusted , recommend replacing flu vent, drain line is incorrect size, recommend running new drain line, condenser coil still impacted, recommended chemical cleaning, condenser capacitor read

Troubleshoot electrical issue. ISSUE: GFCI is tripping in kitchen LOCATION: kitchen FINDINGS: there are three circuits running to the GFCIs. The main GFCI in question shares a circuit with the microwave and dishwasher. RESOLUTION: originally it was thought to be the outlet the microwave was plugged into. Anything with the ground cause each GFCI to trip. It’s likely that the GFCI’s got hit by some kind of surge. I replaced the GFCI and they are tested and functioning properly. Left estimate for some other things that I noticed while inspecting.

Arrived today to complete partial drain line repipe as well as installing new shower valves for the master and hallway bathrooms. The install includes all remaining cast iron except for the venting which the stacks will not be replaced. Today we got most of the drain work done, tomorrow we will return to complete the drain work and install the two shower valves. Returned on site to complete work that was quoted. Today we installed both shower valves as well as tied all existing drains back into the pvc main. Tested work thoroughly with no leaks or fails, cleaned work areas as well. Client is aware TE is not responsible for any type of tile or drywall repairs. As stated work is complete and client is satisfied.

Update the grounding system with search protection - a note on the grounding system: I recommend going ahead and updating the ground wire that’s bonded to the water pipe because it is sized for a smaller system. If we do the grounding system, we would do a full grounding system updating that wire to what we would normally put on a 200 amp service. This would mean when updating your service in the future the grounding system would already be done Install two dual function breakers on ungrounded circuits Install junction box or disconnect wire running to doorbell Old disconnect downstairs needs to be turned off or changed out AC disconnect Not mounted properly and the cover is bent needs to be replaced Junction box downstairs needs a jumbo metal cover, and wire connectors Outlet by toilet needs to be GFCI protected Both vent fans in the master bathroom need to be vented Plug hole in panel Update the grounding system with surge protection - a note on the grounding system: I recommend

Today I was called out because the breaker for the oven was tripping. Upon diagnosis, I discovered that the cord on the oven is not wired properly and also did not have a connector. I rewired the cord and installed a connector and tested the oven. Everything is working properly. While I was working, I examined the main electrical panel and found a 15 amp wire on a 20 amp breaker. this is a safety issue because the breaker will allow the wire to pull more power than the wire can handle. Causing overheating, damage and potentially injury. I changed the breaker to the proper size. The breaker that I replaced (according to the panel cover) is circuit number 19. From an electrician standpoint going from the top right down it is circuit number 12.
