Excavate area marked with white flag and work back towards deck where sewer exits. Remove piping and install new pvc piping with clean out. Test and cover area back to grade. **IF WE CAN REACH BLOCKAGE WITHIN 10’ OF NEW CLEAN OUT, WE WILL REDUCE PRICE ACCORDINGLY
Replaced cracked flange in home and set toilet. The sewer is still clogged and inoperable. Could not test toilet for proper function. Applied caulking at the base at the homeowners request. Appointment is scheduled for tomorrow to have work done on the sewer in the front yard.
Customer called us out for a whole home back up. After examining the back up I recommended running a cable machine down the bathroom line and using endure for maintenance on the kitchen sink line. Customer agreed. I pulled the toilet and ran the cable machine down but was unable to clear the blockage. I set up an appointment for sewer supervisor to come out and I also scheduled a service tech to come nd replace the flange.
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. The strip heater needs a replacement heater . There is also multiple components that are bad . The system is a r22 unit . The best option is to replace entire heat pump system.
Homeowner was experiencing a leak when the upstairs jack n jill sinks were used. After further investigation, we found that the left sink’s p trap wasn’t properly sealed. This caused the ptrap to empty out when water was running. Replaced p trap, tested and checked for leaks.
Tech was out due to leak in home , water coming from drain line causing water damage to home. Tech checked system and seen drain line clogged. No safety switches on Evaporator coil or drain pan. Condenser is impacted and needing a chemical cleaning. Cap on condenser is failing. Spoke with customer about issues tech came a crossed. Customer went went with all necessary repairs . Tech tried to unclog drain line, but was Unable to get drain line unclogged will need to abandon existing drain line . Add a condensate pump and pvc T vent stack in attic. Spoke with customer and customer agreed with repairs with drain line. Installed new condensate pump and new drain line fittings. Ran tubing in vent stack tested all work that was performed. System is up and running. Let customer know that it will take all night to cool home to 72. Home temperature is 80. At this time system is operating.
