As we arrived today, Noah wanted us to inspect the house because he had had a lot of less more recently done throughout the house, including a new service and electrical panel. We replaced an incorrect breaker in the electrical panel. There was a 20 amp breaker installed in a place that had number 14 wire coming to it. We installed a 15 amp proper breaker and everything worked properly. We installed a GFCI receptacle beside the washer in the laundry room. Installed a customer supplied weatherproof box, GFCI and weatherproof cover on the back deck. Also installed a new weatherproof box, GFCI and weatherproof cover on the front porch that was not customer supplied. Last week labeled all breakers in the panel except for a couple that we could not find. Everything in the house is working properly. I’m leaving an estimate attached to the email for installing the new light fixture in the back porch once you have purchased it. It was great meeting you today, Noah! If we can ever help you wit

As we arrived back here today, December 1, we’ve come back to fulfill the estimate for installing four new dedicated circuits and receptacles and specific locations. After talking with Kendall, he had decided to move all four receptacles over to the area farthest away instead of separating them in two separate areas. We first installed a 3/4 EMT pipe from the electrical panel up the wall and across the warehouse about 75 feet to the location of the four new quad receptacles. At each location I installed metal 1900 box with raised covers and two 20 amp duplex receptacles in each box. Each box has its own dedicated 20 amp circuit. We pulled four dedicated circuits of THHN wire from the electrical panel to each of the junction boxes. All receptacles and metal boxes were properly bonded together. Last time installed four 20 amp single pole Square D QO breakers in the electrical panel and wired all circuits up. Once that was done and breakers were turned on all receptacles worked properly

came out today for HVAC no heat service call. Upon arrival found thermostat was off and the power to the system was off. Upon turning on the power to the system and checking for status found the control board was blinking three flashes which indicate pressure switch open. Upon further inspection found that the inducer motor was not coming on and only receiving 33 votes and to turn on the control board. It needs 115 V up upon further inspection Found the control board burnt, also the indoor blower motor is dirty, the blower capacitor is bad. At this time, customer would just like to replace the furnace control board and is aware that there could be other issues once board is replaced. At this time, left system in the off position due to safety hazard. Will follow up with customer once board is ordered

Came out today to perform one system HVAC service call. On arrival, customer stated that furnace kept kicking on and off. Upon inspection of the system found the heat exchanger to be cracked, the blower wheel was dirty, the flue pipe was leaking water, the Inducer port has buildup in, it the flame sensor had buildup and rust on it and reading weak. There was no AC on the house just a gas furnace in the bathroom closet. Upon finding the crack heat exchanger explained to customer that gas had to be shut off and the system needed to be replaced. Customer agreed to have a free estimate to replace the furnace. at this time system is shut off and gas valve is turned off.

Arrived and found that the upstairs master bathroom shower is constantly dripping and won’t turn off. This is the only faucet in the home that is dripping. House water pressure is currently at 75psi which is indicating that the pressure reducing valve located in garage beside water heater is old and starting to fail. Highly recommend replacing prv as soon as possible. Advised customer of possible issues that could occur if the high water pressure is not addressed soon. Customer understands high pressure can damage plumbing parts/fixtures and agreed for me to go ahead and replace the shower cartridge now and he will call us back asap to replace the pressure reducing valve. Installed new delta grey cartridge and is working properly and not dripping.
