Greg was great! No issue. Pricing I have nothing to compare it too. So 4 stars. The scheduling was an issue. I requested both HVAC & Electrician techs on the same day, same time. Electrician didn’t come and no good explanation on what happened. Rescheduled for another day.

Nathan and his co worker did a great job and completed the job above satisfaction. the work took 2 hours with lots of Q/A from home owner. Nathan inspected the entire panel for any out of code issues and explained the way to remediate the issue with older homes built in the 1970s. The cost was a little higher than others but their qualifications merited the higher price.

Found system breaker tripped, found compressor grounded. Replaced compressor and added blue tube. Started and tested system. System is now cooling.
Pulled and reset toilet with new waxing let’s quote for rebuild on toilet all work was tested and documented with pictures
Replace ac disconnect and install two sconce lights
Responded to no ac call. Indoor unit was running, outdoor unit was not. Opened service panel and found one of the line voltage legs burned off. Proceeded to check capacitor. Found capacitor below manufactures threshold. Noticed condenser coil was dirty, Also found contactor burned. Reconnected line voltage wire to contactor and replaced capacitor to further check system. System did not fire up determined that disconnect box was defective too. Can not further diagnose system until recommended minimum repairs were done. Customer declined repairs at this time
Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Arrived pump unit down. Removed effective evaporator coil and filter dryer. Installed new evaporator coil cabinet and evaporator coil. Added new filter dryer. Pressure test. Vacuumed system. Added SS1 in-line safety. Opened lines and cycled system on. Adjusted pressures. Added 1 pound of 410 a. Unit now cooling.
Replaced front hose bib with vacuum breaker and shut off. Added access panel for shut off access.
