I just started using TE for my hvac as well as plumbing. When I had an issue, I called and TE sent a tech out pretty expeditiously. Daniel Rockstroh who has experience with Carrier systems was excellent! My Carrier hvac system had an extremely hard to diagnose issue. Daniel took the time to trace the problem and get us back up and running correct. There was no "no I cant" or "its fixed" when it wasnt. Now that my system has been serviced, I have absolute confidence that our home will be cozy this winter, no worries here. Thank you TE and Daniel!

Kris was excellent! Kris explained our options and was easy to understand. He went for the part and installed it speedy quick! Kris also checked our water pressure and water heater which had been installed previously by a qualified TE technical team. I've been with another company for a few years for plumbing and our Hvac, but wasn't satisfied with their techs or prices. I was very pleased a with the install of our water heater and the latest job on our toilet so, we're going to move our Hvac maintenance to TE as well. TE is honest, fast, and doesnt gouge their customers. This has made me a loyal customer for our needs in the future. I highly recommend TE for our needs in servicing my home!

Bosch tankless water heater is giving an error code of C3 - Flow sensor (14) does not detect water recirculation: check pump and connections, check recirculation circuit for any blockage. This water heater is not equipped with a recirculation pump, and does not have a recirculation pump in the system. In the settings changed the recirculation to off and reset rebooted the water heater. The error code has been reset. Installed new Grundfos Alpha Recirculation Pump with crossover tee. Pressurized, removed the air from the lines, and put the system into service.
Due to the wiring methods and junction boxes being buried in the ceiling, I recommend re-wiring the basement bedrooms. We will pull a new feed from the panel to the first bedroom, feed all the outlets, switches and lights correctly, this will all be done to code standards
Install one dimmer and one three way switch for the upstairs hallway lighting circuit
Remove multiple pieces hardi siding and plywood, cut hardi shaker siding , install around mini split, match existing siding, woodfill nail holes, primer all sides new siding, two coat paint. Homeowner supplied matching existing paint.

Move 2 refrigerator circuits to the panel that the Generac powers. We will also add whole home surge protection for both electrical panels. This will help protect everything tied into your whole home electrical system from storms and surges
Installed customer supplied proper drain assembly and installed new master P-trap in main floor half bathroom also advised customer on how to find the new cover for their overflow in the tub upstairs. It is simply missing a piece of trim.
Dug up and exposed 3/4in pvc water service line. Removed any residual root sections from the chopped down trees to access the damaged line and replaced with new fittings and pvc pipe. Tested for leaks and backfilled the hole. Advised homeowner that they may have to add additional dirt since the roots are no longer present.
Customer had new water meter installed by the water municipality. Water heater was lacking thermal expansion protection, and customer was not made aware. Replaced pressure reducing valve, water heater, and installed water heater code compliant to resolve pressure issues after newly installed water meter.
Located leak coming from exterior service line feeding the guest house. Line is running from the main house in 3/4 PVC and is covered with large mass of thick tree roots that have damaged the service. Line is also improperly ran causing volume issues when both houses are using water. Advised replacement of the entire service line. Also left a quote for repair once trees/roots are removed.
System from 1999. 2 ton Heat pump. No Freon in system. Emergency heat is operational. Due to age and condition of system a replacement is the only viable option at this time. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Customer is going to call in to schedule time out here since they do not live at this house.
Tested water pressure. No issues with water pressure. Having fluctuations with water pressure. Advised customer that water heater has no thermal expansion tank which could be causing fluctuations in system. Quoted for water heater replacement.
