Anthony did a great job in fixing our shower head leak Very professional
Bruno was very nice and sympathetic to our medical situation at home with our father. His knowledge and professionalism was much appreciated during his repair visit and we are very happy with our new sink!! 😊
Thoroughly went over all items to be replaced explaining the current industry standards. I enjoyed being able to hear the mentoring process for a younger employee to continue the excellent service and knowledge being passed down
Enrique was professional yet friendly. He clearly explained what upgrades we needed and why. We are very happy with his work and attention to detail.

Installed customer supplied Tesla wall charger. Charger is approximately three years old. Relocated the wall charger from old residence to new residence . WiFi was not connected due to the fact that there is no internet in the home at this time . Everything tested and working properly.
Remove Tesla wall charger. Install box and blank cover. Remove wire from breaker and cap off everything.
Upon arrival I was pointed to the front half bathroom wear a cold side lavatory cartridge had failed and been replaced with a hot side cartridge. I was also shown to the basement bathroom on the right side of the house where there was a mystery leak underneath the lavatory. Upon a safety inspection I checked the pressure and discovered a failed expansion tank. (The pressure held at 55 psi but once the water heater turned on, it rose steadily to and above 110psi) Recommended Options to change out the cold side cartridge on the upstairs lavatory (cartridge customer supplied), and replacement with correct installation of an expansion tank and mounting bracket. Upon approval, I installed and mounted the new expansion tank and replaced the cartridge. During this time I confirmed the mystery leak underneath the downstairs bathroom sink was coming from the water on top of the counter leaking through the spout penetration. Upon approval, I silicone the spout to the countertop.
Customer has 4 y/o 2-zone Lennox system that operates for main level. System was not cooling due to water in pan tripping wet switch. Removed water. Replaced dirty 20x25x4 media filter provided by customer. Condensate drain pump operational. Dampers are operational. Plenums are sealed properly. Noticed no bypass zoning damper for system, which is recommended. Blower motor speed correct. Plumbing p-trap needs cleaning, which is where condensate pump vinyl tubing terminates water. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Coils are fair. Recommend UV BlueTube to target and prevent biological growth on evaporator coil. System is currently working.
For this job, I worked on wiring a basement
Install Goodman 3.5 ton 14 seer2 single stage air conditioner all aluminum cased evaporator coil, 80% efficient 80,000 BTU single gas furnace with ecobee thermostat for main floor in basement.
I re wire and replace three metal boxes for outdoor landscape lights 120, I also ran a ground to the exterior outlet and flood that had no ground onto it. We install this circuit on a ground fault breaker.
Replaced filter. Cleaned drain, panel, flame sensor and inducer port. Cleaned condenser coil. Checked all operations. System can fail at anytime because of bad capacitors. Put blower speed in high for cool mode. Adjusted grills. Bedrooms are cooler, but this might not be enough. Next option is duct repair or dampers to push more air to bedroom. Home owner rents out bedrooms. Not interested in IAQ at this time.
Run new thermostat wire for downstairs thermostat to air handler
We re do connections for backyard landscape lights, three with new metal boxes and two where grounded and re connect, we will be back Thursday for more additional work to be completed.
We have power going to the receiver for the fan remote which means the fan remote receiver is bad. We can replace the whole fan assembly
