I just started using TE for my hvac as well as plumbing. When I had an issue, I called and TE sent a tech out pretty expeditiously. Daniel Rockstroh who has experience with Carrier systems was excellent! My Carrier hvac system had an extremely hard to diagnose issue. Daniel took the time to trace the problem and get us back up and running correct. There was no "no I cant" or "its fixed" when it wasnt. Kris was excellent! Kris explained our options and was easy to understand. He went for the part and installed it speedy quick! Kris also checked our water pressure and water heater which had been installed previously by a qualified TE technical team. I've been with another company for a few years for plumbing and our Hvac, but wasn't satisfied with their techs or prices. I was very pleased a with the install of our water heater and the latest job on our toilet so, we're going to move our Hvac maintenance to TE as well. TE is honest, fast, and doesnt gouge their customers. This has made me a loyal customer for our needs in the future. I highly recommend TE for our needs in servicing my home!

Replaced flared tailpiece at kitchen sink
Replaced pressure reducing valve, and main water shut off in front yard by meter. Installed customer supplied irrigation box.

The customer had a tree fall in their backyard. They had concerns the tree falling damaged the piping may have been damaged in the process of the tree falling. I ran the camera from the clean out, exiting the home up to the lift station pump. I was unable to run the camera up the one-way clean out so we are going to install a cleanout as it exits the pump. And one going uphill to locate the line. The work is going to be done January 5. The customer paid for today’s service and a $2640 deposit.
I found a blown fuse on a 2020 Goodman heat pump due to a low voltage short. I fixed the short in the low voltage wire. I replaced the fuse and with the homeowners permission I signed them up for our homecare plan and gave them our TE booklet. I checked the contactor outdoor capacitor, blower motor and compressor. I checked the refrigerant pressures. The system was operating at the end of service call. I emailed estimate for updated flood protection.

For this job I did a water repair on the water main where it enters the home. I cut damaged section and replaced with new pvc fittings. I also replaced a cut off valve that had a leak as well. I tested and left work area clean.
I removed the guest bathroom pedestal sink and replaced it with a customer supplied vanity I tested thoroughly for leaks and ensured everything was working properly
