The TE team did a very good job repairing my electrical panel. Marshall replaced the panel explaining all the necessary information needed for operation. I give him 5 * he was great.

Run Circuit for hot tub protected by conduit along the walls
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 5 y/o 2-zone Carrier heat pump system that operates for main and upper levels. System was not cooling due to failed heat strips/power strip kit. Replaced heat strips/power strip kit. Noticed that blower wheel is very dirty. Presence of biological growth throughout air handler. Recommend uv protection to target and prevent growth. Pressure levels were normal. Dual capacitor is weak. Condenser coils need cleaning. Informed customer of findings. System is currently working.
Performed inspection for line set removable and replacement. Created estimate for installing new line and condensate line, line hind, low voltage.recommend apco x and iwave to improve air quality. Will need to have customer contact renovation to removed fireplace so we can removed old line set. Also courtesy out the demo of the old line set. Will need 1-2 other people for line set.
Replace two sconce lights by driveway
I performed work in the main floor hall half bath. Pulled toilet to find that the flange was broken. Replaced flange and reset toilet. Moved toilet stop from floor to wall. Installed CS widespread faucet in the same bathroom. Rotated laundry room sink faucet as a courtesy.
Replaced smoke detectors under warranty and replaced original light fixture with led recess lights

Used K 400 to clear Stopage in basement clean out pulled out wet wipes and roots. Ran machine about 45 feet.
Installed ground work and rough plumbing for bathroom and kitchen in basement. Set test on DWV and water system.
