I just started using TE for my hvac as well as plumbing. When I had an issue, I called and TE sent a tech out pretty expeditiously. Daniel Rockstroh who has experience with Carrier systems was excellent! My Carrier hvac system had an extremely hard to diagnose issue. Daniel took the time to trace the problem and get us back up and running correct. There was no "no I cant" or "its fixed" when it wasnt. Now that my system has been serviced, I have absolute confidence that our home will be cozy this winter, no worries here. Thank you TE and Daniel!

Kris was excellent! Kris explained our options and was easy to understand. He went for the part and installed it speedy quick! Kris also checked our water pressure and water heater which had been installed previously by a qualified TE technical team. I've been with another company for a few years for plumbing and our Hvac, but wasn't satisfied with their techs or prices. I was very pleased a with the install of our water heater and the latest job on our toilet so, we're going to move our Hvac maintenance to TE as well. TE is honest, fast, and doesnt gouge their customers. This has made me a loyal customer for our needs in the future. I highly recommend TE for our needs in servicing my home!

Clients experiencing A004 error code on a 50 gallon proterra electric hybrid water heater. Heater is 3 years old. Spoke with Rheem tech support who recommended replacing evaporator and suction thermistors. Will come back when those parts are delivered and left a quote to install. Condensate drain line is plumbed in improperly. Will fix when thermistors arrive and install.
Install all new tamper resistant outlets and switches throughout home , with new arc fault breakers where no previous protection was added. Replace all bulbs and miscellaneous can trims around home, and flood light bulbs.
Rewire transfer switch to desired circuits for when power is lost
Install two pendant lights in kitchen island and replace broken round box
Replaced old main water service, prv and main shut off.
For this job, I worked on providing installing new landscape lights and replaced existing fixtures with them.
Upon arrival, the customer reported that the master bathroom faucet was continually dripping. I performed a water pressure test and found the home pressure to be 100 psi, which is significantly above the recommended range. Excessive pressure is the primary cause of the faucet dripping, it can lead to long-term fixture damage if not corrected. I inspected the expansion tank, and at this time replacement does not need it as it is functioning properly to resolve the pressure issue and protect the homes plumbing system. I replaced the three-quarter pressure reducing valve PRV in the basement to bring the water pressure back down to the safe and manufacturer recommended level. Once corrected, the fixtures in the home, including the master bathroom faucet will operate properly with less stress on the plumbing system. Homes water pressure is now at 70 psi .
For this job, I rendered leak detection services for original technician Barrett. I discovered a leak on the water main service approximately 22 feet off the front of the meter directly under a tree. The tree is on the right side of the driveway if you’re facing the home. about 4 feet off of the side of the driveway location has been marked with flags.
Installed two sconces on either side of fireplace.
Replace burned outlet in breakfast room. Replace (2) other outlets on this circuit. Install safety breaker on this circuit
Install owner supplied kitchen sink faucet. Pressurize and test.
