Great service, great workmanship

I had a late day issue with the toilet flapper valve breaking off. To replace it would require dismantling the tank to install a new fixture. I had only one day of the week when I'd be available. TE was able to schedule a repair and get the work done quickly and well. The new unit works better than the old one. This is the second time I've used TE for my home. I'm extremely happy with my decision to use their services.

Plumbing Repair

Luis has done work for me before. He is very likable and explains things very well. He is always polite and does a great job. I think T & E is a little more pricier than other companies but that’s not Luis’s fault. Luis always does excellent work!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Mr. Braunstein is a 💯% consummate professional!! The impressive scientific knowledge that he imparted, as it related to HVAC mechanisms, was admirable and provided me with detailed "whys" and "hows." This was so very comforting as he and I navigated my home's HVAC concerns/maintenance. TE will be my go-to company from now on, and Jason Braunstein will always be my go-to HVAC Specialist!

Customer reported a heavy leak from the second floor toilet. Upon arrival, Mrs. explained that when the toilet was flushed, water was leaking out from the side of the toilet. Customer has lived in the home for approximately six years, and the toilet was inherited with the property. After evaluation, the toilet was removed to properly access and address the source of the leak. The toilet flange was found to be compromised and was replaced. In addition, the cold water supply stop serving the toilet was replaced, and the new toilet supply hose was installed. The toilet was then reinstalled, all connections were secured, and the system was thoroughly inspected. Multiple flush test were performed, and no leaks were observed at this time. Toilet is now operating properly with all components functioning as intended.

Troubleshot loss of power to multiple outlets. Replaced two outlets inside, replaced two outlets outdoor with new Wr outlets and bubble covers. Separated neutrals in the panel. We did not have a ge lug big enough to add a 4/0 wire to the new neutral bar so 2/0 was used for now until we get the new lug at the shop. Homeowner is aware and fine with us making a return trip when the part is in

Clear blockage with closet auger Customer was experiencing clogged toilet on main floor. We ran water for a long period of time to test for mainline blockage. Upon inspecting only hall way toilet was being affected. We used closet auger to clear blockage and we were successful.

Installed new Ignitor, started system and heat came on. Checked over system and did not find any other issues at this time. Advised customer that some repairs were still needed on older furnace. Blower wheel very dirty and impacted, inducer fan motor pulling high amps, bad blower motor capacitor, and no flood protection on system. There is no warranty on today’s repair. System is back up and heating at this time.do recommend updating aged system.

Upon arrival customer stated that heat was not working. Stated she had ordered a control board and had some install and heat still did not work. After inspection of 26 year old furnace and 32 year old ac unit found that unit had a failed Ignitor. There was voltage coming from control board but ignitor still would not light. Gas valve was having intermittent issues sometimes it would open and let gas through and other times it wouldn’t. Blower wheel is very impacted and dirty. Blower motor capacitor is bad. There is no flood protection on primary drain line, and no emergency wet pan switch for flood protection. Due to system age, condition of system and unit being obsolete did recommend speaking with our install supervisor about updating system, customer declined recommendations, customer wants to install Ignitor first to see if system will work. Gave estimate for blower wheel cleaning, blower motor capacitor, inducer draft motor, wet pan switch and in line flood protection. Will follow

Replace water service line from water meter to house by horizontal drilling new water line. This eliminates the need to trenching from meter to house and will save the appearance of the landscape. Replace with 1” black PEX piping and use type L copper for water line service line penetration into basement. Replace main shut off valve and pressure regulator valve. Seal up penetration on outside with hydraulic cement and roofing tar for a waterproof seal. Also seal sewer penetration at time of water service. Repipe from top of drop and replace pipe up to existing cleanout outside Installation: Outside we uncovered the foundation penetration for the water service line and sewer. At the meter we excavated enough room to disconnect exsiting water line. We bored the new water line to the spot of penetration. Used type L copper through the penetration. We also replace crushed section of PVC sewer. Sealed both penetrations with hydraulic cement and roofing tar. Inside we replaced the whole ho
