Angle stop replacement for toilet, faucet installation, p- trap installation for vanity faucet, and bath/shower trim accessories. Returning Friday to install shower trim and accessories.

For this job, I worked on installing a 20 amp 240 V circuit based off what HVAC company was requesting. Had to run conduit across the garage to get the circuit to required location. tested voltage and connections upon completing, everything is working properly. left the breaker in the off position and left the electrical whip ready for the HVAC company to install when they come out next weekend.
For this job, we worked on replacing 2 floodlights, installed a smart Caseta switch with hub, installed 3 GFCI outlets for future bidets and installed a whole home surge protector
For this job, we just installed a furnace for the upstairs level located in the attic
Perform one system home care. Check filters and did not need to be changed at this time filter is 413 April air. Check and tested all electrical components and safeties. Clear and treated drain line unit does not have a pump located in basement terminate into hub outdoor unit. Capacitor is intolerance but weakening due to dirty condenser coil. Unit is operational at this time. Customer renewed home care prepaid for one year.

Replace lower thermistor, and replace filter and thoroughly clean fan
Upon arrival customer stated that upstairs system was not working, stated that system had been working then was having intermittent issues with not staying on and blower constantly running. After inspection of 20 year old (2005) furnace found several issues within equipment. Gas valve is having intermittent issues staying on and control board will randomly drop voltage going to gas valve causing system to turn off. Inducer draft motor is over amping. Spoke with customer about repairs needed for system, gas valve, control board would be a band aid option with no warranty. System also needs inducer draft motor and pressure switch and repair has no warranty. Due to customer selling home next summer recommended updating furnace. Customer approved to speak with install supervisor about updating furnace. System did not stay on after I got it to cut on, turned off at thermostat.
Did 1 system diagnostic. System wasn’t operating when arrived. Improper high voltage and low voltage.insufficient supply and return ductwork. No Te flood protection. No heat strips. Fuse blown on air handler. Plenum isn’t properly sealed. Restricted ductwork. No disconnect for air handler. Will need electrical team to inspect and label sub panel. Due to cost of repair customer would like replacement quote to make sure everything is done properly. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
