Great service, great workmanship

I had a late day issue with the toilet flapper valve breaking off. To replace it would require dismantling the tank to install a new fixture. I had only one day of the week when I'd be available. TE was able to schedule a repair and get the work done quickly and well. The new unit works better than the old one. This is the second time I've used TE for my home. I'm extremely happy with my decision to use their services.

Plumbing Repair

Luis has done work for me before. He is very likable and explains things very well. He is always polite and does a great job. I think T & E is a little more pricier than other companies but that’s not Luis’s fault. Luis always does excellent work!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Mr. Braunstein is a 💯% consummate professional!! The impressive scientific knowledge that he imparted, as it related to HVAC mechanisms, was admirable and provided me with detailed "whys" and "hows." This was so very comforting as he and I navigated my home's HVAC concerns/maintenance. TE will be my go-to company from now on, and Jason Braunstein will always be my go-to HVAC Specialist!

Replace water service line from water meter to house by horizontal drilling new water line. This eliminates the need to trenching from meter to house and will save the appearance of the landscape. Replace with 1” black PEX piping and use type L copper for water line service line penetration into basement. Replace main shut off valve and pressure regulator valve. Seal up penetration on outside with hydraulic cement and roofing tar for a waterproof seal. Also seal sewer penetration at time of water service. Repipe from top of drop and replace pipe up to existing cleanout outside Installation: Outside we uncovered the foundation penetration for the water service line and sewer. At the meter we excavated enough room to disconnect exsiting water line. We bored the new water line to the spot of penetration. Used type L copper through the penetration. We also replace crushed section of PVC sewer. Sealed both penetrations with hydraulic cement and roofing tar. Inside we replaced the whole ho

Arrived on site for a reported leak at the kitchen sink. Upon evaluation, found the garbage disposal, actively leaking. Also observed that the disposal neck connection at the sink flange was severely deteriorated and rotted, causing additional leakage in the cabinet area. Perform a water pressure test on the home and recorded pressure at 60 psi, which is within normal operating range. Inspected the water heater and found it to be approximately six years old with visible signs of corrosion. Noted that the expansion tank was improperly, supported, hanging from a rope, installed by a previous homeowner, creating excessive tension on the waterline and posing a potential risk of failure. After reviewing findings and options with the homeowner, Mr. elected to move forward with replacement of the 3/4 HP garbage disposal and replacement of the 40 gallon gas water heater. All connections were properly installed, secured, and tested for leaks. System is operating correctly and functioning as i

Customer called us out for a main line blockage that was causing the toilet pipe to leak into the basement. I tested the toilet and saw that it was leaking into the joints of the piping as well. I then checked the clean out outside and found that it was holding water. I recommended running a cable machine through the clean out to clear the blockage. Customer agreed. I ran the machine down the line successfully clearing the blockage. I also scheduled a sewer supervisor to come out tomorrow 8-11 am. I cleaned up the yard of most of the sewage.

Upon arrival customer stated that heat had stopped working last night and was only blowing cold air through vents. Gas furnace is 12 years old, ac and coil is 12 year’s old. After inspection of system found that unit had a bad control board the control board was not allowing heat cycle to run properly and would keep activating the blower relay and relay would continental clicking at control board. The harness hit is very corroded and the slightest touch to it would blower the fuse on control board. Unit has had water damage the thermostat wires are very corroded and the control board. Blower wheel is very dirty, blower motor capacitor test ok. Inside system is very dirty. Flue pipe is installed improperly and held together with tape. Drain line lays flat on ground and once it goes to exit point it’s running up hill without the proper elevation to drain correctly. There is no flood protection on equipment. Out door condenser coils are very clogged and dirty, outdoor capacitor and contac
