Customer had a cap in the disposal that I removed by hand without removing removing the disposal , after testing, the disposal is back working normally , disposal looks brand new with no sign of rust at all
Customer has 7 y/o Trane heat pump system that operates for upper level. System was not working properly due to faulty water protection. Replaced water protection with wet switch. Recommend inline water safety. Recommend UV BlueTube to target and prevent biological growth. Cleared drain line. Tested water safety. System is currently working.
Installed 2x cs toilets: master bath and up hallway bath. Replaced flange in up hallway bath. Replaced broken section of pipe in master bath toilet. Cut sheetrock below master bath toilet to facilitate pipe repair.

Troubleshoot loss of power in powder bathroom
Installed hardwired Tesla wall connector outside of garage New dedicated circuit from existing sub panel through basement to garage Also installed a Tesla smart monitoring kit to prevent overload of sub panel circuit
Replaced the fill valve and flappers in three toilets, replaced the handle on the basement toilet. Pulled and reset the master bath toilet and applied a new wax seal. Removed the three stems from the master bath shower along with the handles and replaced. Turned on the water and pressurized. Tested with no leaks.
All necessary repairs found on site. Replaced 3 faucets, 1 pop up assembly, p-trap assembly, and replaced 6 supply lines to 3 newly installed faucets.
Strapped up pipe in basement ceiling that was being held up by a loose wooden block.
Complete Megohmeter test on garage/ office circuit
