Replaced Prv, expansion tank and also upstairs shower cartridge. The cartridge is wobbly when turning on and off. Customer would like the other cartridge with the handle to fit it. Shower is working properly now but customer not happy about the replacement cartRidge. Will look for. Handle for another cartridge to properly fit. Drained house, installed new fixtures, pressurized system, no leaks.
Fully rebuilt downstairs 1/2 bath toilet. Tested with no leaks or failures at time of service.
Performed 1 system diagnostic for whole home unit. Furnace is 16 years old and ac coil is 31 years old. Customer had power failure caused by store that cause a power surge.Found failed control board,failed transformer, no flood protection,dirty blower wheel, filing run cap. Due to age of unit and cost or repairs recommended replacing system. Will need to do repairs to find if any other electrical components are damaged. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Tech completed full system diagnosis. Tech documented all major and minor issues concerning indoor and outdoor unit. Tech did noticed a major refrigerant leak inside system along with other repair issues and concerns… customer wants to move forward with having a CA out to get a quote for full system replacement, scheduled for tomorrow between 8-10am… Tech left recommendations/ estimates that can help with equipment longevity, equipment protection and homeowners health and safety. Replacing/strapping the weatherhead and roof boot
Removed sheet rock in ceiling of kitchen where damage was evident, restored water and found no signs of water leaking from water lines in area. Ran water in all fixtures of master bathroom to check drain line, found no water to be coming from any of those lines either. Checked attic for possible water run from vent line, pipes and insulation are dry.
Flushed tankless water heater installed new recirc pump
Customer had concerns of water coming from system. Noticed water stain roof paneling. No water was in pan. Wood paneling near secondary pan was discolored. Also, noticed water stain on flue venting. Customer signed up for HomeCare Program. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensor. Cleared pressure switch tubing. Performed blower wheel cleaning. Replaced 16x25x1 filter. Recommend Apco Ultra for advanced air purification. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Performed condenser coil cleaning. System is currently working.

Water pressure in home is above what should be present. This will voids all warranties of all fixtures inside of the home unless this is taken care of by replacing the pressure regulator.
