Performed multiple plumbing repairs throughout the home. Purged the air from the lines and tested. *the homeowner wants the invoiced mailed to her.
Remove piercing taps used to tie solar in and wrap the main wire in meter enclosure where connection was made. Remove splices in main panel for circuits fed from critical loads panel and tie back into customer provided breakers
Performed 1 system diagnostic on main level unit. Found burners ,in poor condition , flame sensor was bent, no te flood protection, dirty condenser coils ,and no proper gas sediment trap. Also recommend having customer sign up for homecare. Unit for main level is non operational at this time. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Provider install new circuit for the microwave, using PVC conduit to penetrate the exterior wall of the garage. There will be visible pipe on the right hand exterior garage wall. There will also be a junction box visible on the outside wall.

Completed furnace inspection furnace is 26 years old has a cover Manox reading of 4 PM and only five minutes of the system running advise client to upgrade to a new system AC and coil is charged with refrigerant R 22 Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Customer has 31 y/o Rheem system that operates for whole house. System was not heating due to thermostat not being wired correctly. Noticed during inspection that heat exchanger is very poor, however, no carbon monoxide was detected in home. Rust throughout furnace. R22 based system. Overall condition of system is poor. Customer was advised not to use furnace due to condition and seek options to replace system. TE not responsible for system due to age and condition of system.
For this job, I worked on replacing doorbell, chime, and installing new customer provided ring doorbell. Permit fees were collected ahead of time for future project.
