I have to say, I wasn't sure the team would be able to install a new furnace and air conditioner and do the extra duct work needed in just 12 hours. They did everything on time as promised and it all looks great. Would definitely use them again.

Today found mini plate leaking water from indoor, mini split has never been serviced, found drain line clogged also while testing outdoor system found refrigerant levels were low. Let customer know about this and recommend a leak search or a system upgrade. Also gave customer another options for repair. Customer decided to move forward with Band-Aid repair considering that he doesn’t use this system as often. Costumer understands that this is a temporary repair and won’t fully solve the problem long term. Work was done and tested, system is working properly at this time. - 9/11/25: Came out for system, not cooling. Found the unit completely frozen up from the indoor to the outdoor unit, including the compressor. Informed the tenant as well as the homeowner. Homeowner needs to make sure that the tenant keeps the system turned off before we come. The filter was slightly dirty, but could not confirm that this was what is causing the immediate issue. We will need to return to diagnose. - 9/12/25: today we came out to check the system after it was frozen and found that the unit is short on ductwork which includes the return as well as an improper design of the zoning on the supply side. The unit requires a 12 inch bypass based on the airflow rather than a 10 inch to carry more air when only one zone is open. the system is also short on return by an 8 inch duct that we would need to add on. Also noticed that the system has subpar protections and the evaporator coil is putting off a “dirty sock” smell from the vents. Due to the ductwork issues, the system i

Change out light bulb on stairs and kitchen light. Replace smoke on main floor
No cool call. System was frozen from evaporator coil to compressor due to clogged air filter. Advised homeowner to leave system off for 8 hours so it can thaw out naturally before turning it back on. Also recommended to change filter more often. When I checked the air filter in July, the filter was good.
Diagnosed issue causing loss of power in master bed Replaced two burnt outlets
Performed scheduled repair. Replaced blower motor, run capacitor, cleared and treated drain line, added inline switch and wet switch to get unit up to te standard flood protection. Did find rusted evap coil and checked pressures. No other immediate issues needing attention at this time. Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.
