I had a late day issue with the toilet flapper valve breaking off. To replace it would require dismantling the tank to install a new fixture. I had only one day of the week when I'd be available. TE was able to schedule a repair and get the work done quickly and well. The new unit works better than the old one. This is the second time I've used TE for my home. I'm extremely happy with my decision to use their services.

Luis has done work for me before. He is very likable and explains things very well. He is always polite and does a great job. I think T & E is a little more pricier than other companies but that’s not Luis’s fault. Luis always does excellent work!

Mr. Braunstein is a 💯% consummate professional!! The impressive scientific knowledge that he imparted, as it related to HVAC mechanisms, was admirable and provided me with detailed "whys" and "hows." This was so very comforting as he and I navigated my home's HVAC concerns/maintenance. TE will be my go-to company from now on, and Jason Braunstein will always be my go-to HVAC Specialist!

Installed new flange in upstairs guest bathroom. Secured flange to floor, installed new wax ring, and set customer supplied toilet. Installed new Pressure Reducing valve, thermal expansion tank for water heater, new water heater service shut off valve, and strapped expansion tank to structure. Water pressure is 65 PSI.
Customer is having issues with the master bathroom toilet so I gave them an option to replace the toilet due to it being over 11 years old and we ended up going with the pressure toilet and after sitting in the toilet and reseal the toilet the toilet works perfectly with no leaks, also had a bathroom sink in the master bathroom that was slow draining so we gave an option to clean that as well, and after we cleaned it and tested, it was no leaks and no backups, and now everything is working and flowing and flushing perfectly
Installed Rheem 3 ton 14seer2 single stage air conditioner, all aluminum cased evaporator coil, 80% 75,000 BTU single stage gas furnace, Ecobee thermostat for upstairs in attic
-replace all bulbs in kitchen lights, front door and kitchen hallway lights
Completed full inspection on home including but not limited to; outlets and switches in every room, panel and tested GFCI’s. Found issues in the kitchen/ dining room circuit and corrected them. Replace the Fridge outlet that was damaged.
Troubleshoot lose of power in upstairs bathroom, blue room, and some of green room. As well as hallway. Replace all outlets in sisters room. Replaced switch and correct wiring for attic light. Corrected wiring and performed redevice in sisters room. We restored power to everything expect for two outlets in blue room. Homeowner is aware that this was a separate issue. They understood that additional scope of work would be required to correct this preexisting condition. Those two outlets do not fall under warranty due to the fact it’s a complete different issue. Put floating taps in junction boxes in attic.
Customer have a main line blockage that was affecting entire house. The clean out in the backyard was holding water. So I gave the option to run a cable down the line and have to run my cable. I ran a great distance, but it was able to clear and after testing everything was draining fine scheduled for a camera inspection to happen today and Adam is on the way right now to find out why the main line backed up.
Repaired section of main water line right at the homes foundation
Performed 1 system heating diagnostics on a 2013 Goodman communicating system. Issues: The board and comfort net thermostat are bad and randomly freezing up. I reset the system and it ran temporarily. The board and thermostat need to be replaced. Other issues: The system is short on supply duct work and return duct work. The transition for the return is undersized. The flue pipe reduces down to 3” and needs to be replaced with 4” (roofer will need to be called). The secondary drain pan is crushed against stud and is damaged. The from of the supply plenum is not insulated. The drain line has a long flat section with no slope. The outdoor unit has only 2 wires going to it and it needs 4 for proper communication. The outdoor unit needs an electrical disconnect box. The homeowner has setup a time with an install supervisor to look at replacing the upstairs system.
For this job I quoted and installed a outlet for a range
Tech arrived to give quote on duct repairs and potential work. Homeowner had duct work that was chewed through with rodents in crawlspace and in need of cleaning. Checked ductworkt and found several ducts torn apart, and several ducts old as the house. Ductwork is in need of replacement and additional repairs. Homeowner agreed to replace ductwork for downstairs which includes 5 6 inch supplies and 2 10 inch returns. Also installed ApcoX Ultra for same system. After repairs, verified operations and airflow. Adjusted airflow down on system with dip switch settings. System is operational at techs departure. Thank you for letting TE CERTIFIED service your home.
Completed repair for system, replaced failed high pressure switch on outdoor unit, replaced defrost board and defrost sensor. Recharge system with 9.6lbs of r410 a refrigerant. Tested in both heat and ac and everything back up and working with no issues at this time.
