I really like this company and have had a good bit of HVAC and plumbing work done with many great technicians with good results. This one experience was not the usual. This job was having the plumbing pipes in the basement jetted to clear grease buildup and hopefully they are now freed of the buildup. The upstairs toilet room has brown toilet water sprayed on the walls from the procedure that my wife and I had to clean and there is backed up residue in the sink in the basement. The outside drain plug was left off. Shoe covers were not worn and leaves/debris from the outside were left in in the basement from the equipment being brought in. The technician did say that this was usually a two person job and he was on his own this time. Nice fellow.

Replaced section of piping under kitchen sink and new prv
Replaced main service water line from meter to penetration into home. Service line consists of new meter nipple, re-tie back into irrigation, dual check valve, circle irrigation box in front of main meter with easy access 1/4 turn main shutoff and direct 1 inch black pex line ran all the way to home. Water main turned back on at meter and all air bled out in home at each fixture. Tested ✅
Includes providing and installing complete electrical service upgrade for municipal power entry system. Includes new electrical service mast and connection point, new electrical meter housing with outside safety disconnect, new copper grounding system with ground rods and utility grounding station for phone and cable connection, new upgraded service wire from meter to panel, new Square D brand QO type electrical panel with lifetime warranty, new QO type circuit breakers with trip indicators, complete panel labeling, and coordination between power company and building inspector.

Pulled master toilet. Performed camera inspection of main sewer line through master closet bend. Observed 2 large grease spots. 1 before and 1 after cleanout. Recommend cleanout replacement/relocation and hydrojet.
