For this job, I worked on replacing weatherhead and eyebolt that were damage during tree falling on powerline. Dekalb county passed inspection. Highly recommend updating electrical service as current one is original. 43 years old.
For this job, I rendered leak detection services for Miss Loretta Paris during my inspection. I discovered the leak in the front right hand corner of the yard about 20 feet off the front of the meter adjacent in old dogwood tree location has been marked with flagged. I also noticed during my investigation that Miss Loretta has two hose bibs that were constantly running. They have both failed. I isolated both of them on the inside, but did quote her for 2 hose bib replacement.
Performed diagnostic for potential water leak. Patient after leaking from the main level down into the storage units. Found laundry area to have signs of water. Examined the water lines in the wall and discovered a pinhole leak. For the amount of water on the floor I do not believe the amount of water that is on the floor came from the pinhole leak. The area will be monitored and then we will be contacted. The water pressure is 120 psi and well above regulations. I provided estimates for repair.
Sold Homecare and replaced pop up drain assembly
For this job, it was required to me to replace a 15-year-old water heater and a pressure reducer valve. Both items were replaced and tested. No leaks were found. Current water pressure is 55 psi. Our client is very satisfied with the service that was provided today.
Came out today to give quote for duck cleaning. Upon visual inspection of system found the blower wheel to be dirty, the indoor coil has biological growth and buildup on it. There is currently biological growth in the system. Customer did not want to move forward with installing a UV light to kill and prevent any more growth in the system. Customer elected to move forward with the duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. At this time, customer would like to discuss options before moving forward with any other work.
Tub/Shower in the upstairs hall bath is continuously dripping. I shut off the water to the home and drained the system. Removed the existing cartridge and replaced. Turned on the water and pressurized the system. Purged the air from the lines and tested. No further leaks detected.
I arrived to the property and the customer has had repeated back ups since 2022. It’s been mainly coming out of the women’s restroom but recently it’s been backing up in all bathrooms. After pulling a toilet and running a camera, at the 47 foot mark, my camera was unable to go any further. After numerous attempts to push past further the stopping point was where the piping transition from cast-iron over to concrete outside. I did locate where the camera head was, and it was right at the front of the building in the grass. I gave the customer an estimate to install clean out access to clean out the drains inside and outside the building.
Troubleshoot circuit for oven keeps tripping. Replaced 2 breakers. Replace 1 outlet.
Performed diagnostic on carrier ac with a Goodman furnace, upon arrival tenant stated unit was leaking water and her floor was wet, upon looking in return grill I can see water leaking from back of unit , checked drain line and found full of water, also noticed float switch was broken, checked tstat, already in ac mode, tenant will replace filter, checked blower wheel, blower wheel impacted, recommend pulling and cleaning, inspected outdoor unit, noticed condenser slightly impacted, recommend chemical cleaning, checked capacitor, contactor, amp draws, checked pressures, temp split, went over all options with landlord, chose option a, flushed and cleared drain line, made sure was draining properly, also added inline float switch to help prevent water issues, unit is back up and running with I water issues at time, customer has 11 properties she is looking to have signed up for maintenance, explained to customer I will have office reach out to her to go over all information
