Marshall was who I wanted back! He is very pleasant and calm. Very patient and explains everything he is doing. Thoughtful about how he approached the work and made sure we were inconvenienced on a minimal level if possible. We are pleased with his work and was glad he came to do our complete panel box replacement.

Our client had a pinhole leak and an interior wall in their bedroom. A client also had very high water pressure spiking at 150 in the daytime. Delete was repaired. As well as the PRV and a couple of ball valves on the incoming main. I also informed our client of the age of water heater in highly recommended that they have it replaced soon as possible. Our clients are very satisfied.
- TXV STUCK CLOSED; CAUSING HIGH PRESSURE SWITCH TO ACTIVATE. - ISSUE W BLOWER RELAY IN AIR HANDLER. - NOT ENOUGH SUPPLY OR RETURN DUCTS FOR THIS SIZE UNIT! 3 TON REQUIRES 1100-1200 CFM, UNIT CURRENTLY HAS 760 CFM!!! - FAILING STARTING COMPONENTS & MAINTENANCE CLEANINGS NEEDED! - SUBPAR FLOOD PROTECTIONS - LEAKING REFRIGERANT @ VALVE CORE. - Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Water leaking through the wall in the garage. Discovered it to be the water line for the hose bib. Removed the section of pipe and replaced along with the hose bib. Turned on the water and pressurized, no further leaks detected. Prv has a slow drip. Water pressure regulator valve is failing, recommend replacing.
Came out for no heat call on 2013 Amana AC/80% Furnace. Upon inspection found bad low pressure switch for furnace. Spoke about possibly looking into replacing equipment due to system being out of warranty, customer not interested. For current system recommended replacing pressure switch (part comes with high and low pressure switches together), blower cleaning, wet switch and Blue Tube UV Light. Customer approved pressure switch only. Called Daikin they will have part available tomorrow afternoon. Scheduled repair for tomorrow 2/6/26 2-5pm window. Came back out with new dual pressure switches and all new tubing. Installed and verified normal operations for low and high stage heating. System working properly at this time. Also changed out 20x25x1 filter 5% Military Discount (not a Home Care member)
Our client had bad gaskets on the tank bolts. Client also has a missing or the wrong toilet lid for tank. Advise replacing the lid for the tank. Leak has been resolved.
Removed and replaced a 23 year old gas water heater. Installed a new shut off valve the for the water heater. Filled the water heater with water and ignited. The water is now heating properly. Tested with no leaks.
Tested system not heating well for the office. Found that we had insufficient voltage supplying the air handler which is causing the heat kit to not turn on for secondary stage heating. This is needed to heat properly in these freezing temps. I looked at the panel and found the breaker was missing to the air handler. We Would need to schedule an electrician. We also noticed the system has tons of dust and dirt buildup inside which also can cause restrictions. Owner will not answer the phone.
Our client reached out to us in reference to having a leak in the hallway bathroom that would occur when weight is added to the tub doing operation. Client recently had this bathroom remodel along with the master bathroom. This particular bathroom appears to have the improper fittings inside the wall and is leaking because of this factor. An estimate has been left with our client and a follow up phone call will be conducted on January 27
Found a leak on half inch copper water line in basement that just has a pinhole with a slow drip. Cut out bad section of copper and replace with new. Tested and inspected no other leaks found at this time.
Attempted to run a cable to clear the line after running the cable I walked around the home and saw a grease water in the backyard with no clean out present. Recommended septic service and to call us out when done for crack in pipe.
Came out to address unwanted odors coming from HVAC equipment when system is running. Home has 2 zone 2015 Lennox 4ton Heat Pump. Checked air handler for signs of bacterial growth. Also verified size of all equipment and ductwork. Found no immediate signs of bacterial growth inside of air handler. However, found drain line has a vent that is capped off. Let customer know this is incorrect and a contributing factor to issue. Causes drain to flow water very slowly which in turn allows for the sitting water to produce more bacteria. Removed cap for better drainage. Drain has gunk building up inside of it. Found system is oversized for this home (1791 square feet) which in turn causes poor dehumidification. Made customer aware of this and how it affects performance and indoor air quality. Let him know main solution would be to talk with an install supervisor about downsizing and upgrading to multi-stage HVAC equipment for proper dehumidification. Current system is only one stage. Ideal for
