Replace both broken switches for fan and light on ceiling fan. Fan motor is bad and will need replacement. Proper voltage at fan. Wiring is correct
I installed a bathroom vanity cabinet in the upstairs hall bathroom. I installed a faucet in said bathroom at the same time. New stops, supply lines and ptrap. Found that the water pressure is 129psi. Found a general location of where the prv should be, homeowner declined estimate to replace prv. No warranty on any part or repair done on the water distribution system. Gave estimate to replace prv.
