Marshall was who I wanted back! He is very pleasant and calm. Very patient and explains everything he is doing. Thoughtful about how he approached the work and made sure we were inconvenienced on a minimal level if possible. Our client reached out to us in reference to brown water that were coming out of the bathroom fixtures within the home early this morning. Client stated that the issue began clearing up as day progress. Through my evaluations, I can still see a brownish tint in the water inside the toilet. As part of my thorough evaluation I know the water heater has ran this course in time and also has an expansion tank that is no longer functioning properly. The same item is not supported to a stable surface and it’s causing the waterline to sag and possibly break. A couple estimates have been left for these matters stated. I follow up on these estimates will occur Monday, July 14th. Water pressure 60 psi.
Homeowner had us out today to address a leak in the drain line. She signed up today for a Homecare membership and had her first of three visits today. House has two 2008 Lennox Ac and furnaces. Changed and dated 16x25x1 filters. Both blower wheels clean. Both evap coils rusted and have biological growth. Both run capacitors failed. Drain line for the upstairs unit clogged, cleared today with mighty pump. Poured treatment down both drain lines and ensured they were draining. Highly recommended flood protection, homeowner declined today. Condensers both dirty and clogged. Systems are not performing efficiently.
Called out for leak in laundry room ceiling checked bathtub above found holes in bathtubs surround advised customer to seal up holes with caulking. Customer showed a separate leak in basement area gave estimate and performed work tested with no leaks.
Customer called us out for a clogged toilet. Upon inspection I noticed things in the toilet. I pulled them out and then tested. Toilet drained very slow. Put auger in and successfully cleared the soft blockage.

Came out to a no cool and found that the AC had no power running to it. The customer told me that when it was getting power that it was tripping the breaker. The customer has a bad compressor. We will need to replace the compressor and change out the disconnect box to restore power to the unit and insinuating the diagnostic check. The customer had no physical credit card to pay. The customer only had Apple Pay and I was unable to take that type of payment. The customer could only pay cash so I accepted the cash and made the payment for the customer.
Water leak along the main water service line. Installed a new water service line by boring from the meter to the backside of the home. Removed the existing pressure regulator valve and shut off valve and replaced. Connected the new water service line to the water line inside of the home. Backfilled the dirt on the outside. Turned on the water and pressurized the water system. Purged the water lines to remove air. No further leaks detected.
Came in for a no cool call. When checking indoor unit system seems to be cycling due to a faulty thermostat. Also notice that indoor coil was completely clogged, causing airflow issues and unit having to overwork to keep up. Also there were noticeable sings of biological growth spreading through system. Outdoor system electrical components component were corrected due to condenser overworking. Let homeowner know about this issues and presented options including system upgrade. Homeowner decided to move forward with repairs. Work was done and tested, system is now working properly. The k for choosing TE Certified!

Replaced main water line. Ran a directional bore from the meter to under the stairs. Added new valve in front of the meter. New prv under the stairs.
