Customer was experiencing a blockage in toilet. Ran closet auger through toilet and was not successful. Removed toilet and ran closet auger from other side of toilet and pushed back foreign object. Toilet pull and reset. Toilet is now flushing fine.
Homeowner had us out today because the second floor system isn’t cooling. Upon arrival we noticed that it is 78 on the second floor and the system is currently off. We checked the outdoor system and noticed that the 40/5 capacitor is failed and the contactor is worn out. We also checked the main level unit and found the same issues. We did noticed 2 6” inch duct runs were damaged and needed to be replaced
Customer called for potential mainline blockage. Tested all fixtures and found no indication of a blockage at this time. Only travel fee was charged.
Cleared blockage in upstairs hallway guest toilet.
Replaced burned outlet. Please consider estimates sent as this issue will continue until devices are replaced. Suggested to replace all outlets and switches, and install arc fault breakers per code to ensure outlets don’t get burned to this extent again.
Performed 1 system cooling diagnostics. I found a locked out defrost board due to outdoor unit trying to run in heat mode when it was to hot outside. I ran the system and checked refrigerant pressures. No issues found.
Came out for leak gave estimate customer agreed cut out leaking cpvc pipe replaced with Pex two new emergency stops on hot side. Tested no failure at this time.
Our client reached out to us in reference to a stripped out, shower stem that need to be replaced. Customer agreed to the quote and work was started. Work is complete and tested for leaks and no leaks were found. A quote was left for a water heater and needs to be replaced. Water pressure at 60 psi

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Performed 1 system diagnostic for whole home system. Unit is 35 years old, found failed inducer motor, blower motor drawing high amps,dirty burners. And hits spots found in heat exchanger. Rusted coil and system is R22. Due to age of unit nd major repairs needed. Customer would like estimate for replacement for full system.
Install new expansion tank with bracket also installed new ball valve on water heater and new Tnp valve on heater
Technician completed thermostat installation with customers provided Tstat. Tested heating and cooling at thermostat.
