Great Customer Service!

Will came out to troubleshoot a breaker issue at our monument sign. Not only was he professional but took his time trying to identify the possible problem and communicated every step of the way! He also pointed out items that needed to be improved and left a detailed quote after offering a thorough explanation.

Great experience with Steven and TE

Apologies to Steven and TE for this delayed review but I have been out in the woods for a couple weeks since Steven completed some miscellaneous electrical work for us. He repaired/replaced a few outdoor outlets and lights then hardwired some under counter lighting that Home Depot had half-installed as part of a kitchen upgrade (HD didn’t want to do any electrical work so installed the under counter lighting but plugged the lights into the closest outlet rather than hard wiring them). Anyway….Steven is a great guy and we hope to see him again someday. That said, we’ve always been pleasantly surprised by how professional and pleasant all of the folks have TE have been.

Great work by Steven!

Apologies to Steven and TE for this delayed review but I have been out in the woods for a couple weeks since Steven did our annual inspection and pointed out that our 220 circuit that was installed many years ago was not really sufficient to handle a continuous load from our kiln for 12+ hours. Steven installed the upgraded circuit after which I left the kiln and my potter wife for a couple weeks without being worried about a fire. We both enjoyed having Steven around. Very personable dude who we hope to see again someday!

Installed new water service from meter to inside home. Installed new meter nipple, dual check valve and courtesy shut off valve at water meter. Drilled new penetration through foundation. Installed water tight seal on both interior and exterior sides of new penetration. Capped old service line inside. Installed new whole home shut off valve and tied into plumbing system prior to existing PRV. If any pressure issues arise due to PRV failure that will not be covered under warranty for work performed today and a charge will be required for PRV replacement if necessary Turned water back on and pressure tested. No leaks found. Backfilled trench and purged air from system. If any air remains in plumbing system, customer simply needs to let the water run at each fixture in order for all air to escape the system Thank you for choosing TE Certified

Called out to address wobbly toilet with a smell of sewer fumes. Gave homeowner a solution to pull and reset the toilet and replace the wax ring and inspect the flange to make sure it’s in good condition. Homeowner agreed and work was started. Began by shutting off water to the toilet And pulling the toilet. Cleaned off old wax and inspected flange. Flange was in good shape and flush to the ground. Installed new wax ring, new closet bolts, and reinstalled the toilet. Tested for leaks and functionality. No leaks and toilet is functioning properly and no longer rocking. Thank you for trusting TE Certified with all your plumbing needs.
