Replaced water heater burner assembly and gas control valve. Rerouted water line away from water filtration and through water filter. Replaced leaking Prv. Homeowner wanted to get rid of main filter due to him not liking how it worked. Requested for us to throw it away.
For this job I came out to replace customer supplied faucet and also replaced faucet pop-up assembly. After I took off current faucet from left side of the sink in the master bath found that the faucet wouldn’t fit due to the under mounted sink. Went to Ferguson to replace faucet for customer and to try to find a replacement faucet that was similar to the one that was there currently. Also tried finding urinal drain cap but will have to be special order it. Will be coming back as soon as customer goes to pick out a faucet.
Home care inspection on three systems. . Major repair was done on all three systems back on November/25. Replaced min level and basement filters (upstairs still good). All systems has all safeties flood protection devices installed and all three systems has APCO-x installed. . Main level system is little low on Freon , and works with r22 Freon , that has been phased out on Jan 2020. Ac is 21 years old and not cooling properly and will affect the humidity level in the house, specially on hotter days. . Basement system is 12 years old (ac) and it’s low on Freon (. 410a). Possible leaking in the evaporator coil and in other parts also. . Upstairs system is 18 years old (ac) and working fine. But, due to the age of the system, it will work longer and will increase the electrical bill in the house and can affect the humidity level in the house, as well. System not efficiency anymore. . Replaced kitchen faucet along with all kitchen stops and hose bib shut off. All work was tested and checked for leaks.
For this job, the customer stated they had an issue with the two three handle shower valves upstairs, and the other issue was a flange which was to high causing the toilet to float. We checked other potential issues in home, and found the water pressure was high, and a failed expansion tank. To fix issues the customer opted to go with option two. So we replaced the three handle stems, and seats. We also lowered the flange in the half bathroom, and reset toilet. We also replaced the PRV, and thermal expansion tank on the water heater. Service visit on Generac 20kw standby generator
TE certified will hand dig and expose the obstructed section of piping. We would perform a sewer spot repair and ensure full sewer flow with the follow up camera inspection after.
Arrived on site to replace that main waterline. We trenched from the start of the meter and towards the front left side of the existing penetration. Once trenching was completed, we laid our water line in from the meter and into the existing exterior copper pipe of the home. After new waterline was installed place we pressurized the system to ensure no issues with the install. Line was buried once pressurized . While trenching, we cut through some solenoid wiring and also cut some irrigation near the solenoid which we informed the customer would need to be replaced. We did however repair a portion of the irrigation in the middle of the yard , that was also cut into while trenching. Mainline is back up and running and customer has water to the home.
A. O. Smith tankless water heater had ignition failure error codes and two leaks coming from the service valves. Due to the age of the unit, we decided that replacement was the best option. Installed new Navien NPE240A2 tankless water heater. We installed an outdoor vent kit as well as a pipe cover. All piping is insulated and we wrapped the inside of the cover in batter insulation. We installed a grundfos recirculation tee at a faucet on the second level of the home. All of the gas piping from the water heater to the gas meter were replaced with black iron and strapped to the wall. We painted all of the black iron to prevent rust and corrosion. Our electricians were out yesterday and they installed a waterproof outlet next to the unit. Thank you for choosing Te Certified!
Performed 2 system inspection, all systems are operating properly. I made recommendations to improve the systems health and over functional performance. At this time they need time to decide if they want to move forward with repairs.
Replacement of transformer due to incompatibility of new photocell
I arrived to the customers home and they were experiencing a mainline blockage. I first ran a sewer camera to try and locate where their obstructed section of piping would fall and then tried running a cable machine to try and restore water flow temporarily. The camera was blurred by the line holding sewage, so I was unable to accurately identify what the obstruction was, but I was able to locate where the obstruction was in the piping. I then tried running a cable machine which was unsuccessful and kept binding up on what I believe to be tree roots. A sewer spot repair has been scheduled for today. work performed by TE certified will come with a lifetime warranty.
Today I came out to perform the task that needed to be done. I tested my work and showed the customer. Job is done. Customer is happy .
