Great customer service

As in the past the associates were very polite and professional. They were also mindful of putting on booties each time they entered the house. They also took the time to explain the process, twice.

Received the best service today with an annual AC/Heater unit inspection. Caleb was great and thorough. I would highly recommend TE Certified and especially Caleb for any AC/Heater needs (as well as plumbing and electric).

Customer had an active leak coming from an upstairs faucet supply line. Reason for the leak was due to it being a gray poly supply line that over time became brittle and snapped. Upon arrival I immediately turned the water off to stop the leak. I replaced all of the gray poly supply lines with braided stainless steel supply lines to prevent this from happening again. Customer currently has gray poly throughout the whole house and highly recommended a full repipe of the home. Provided a quote to repipe the whole house which would consist of replacing all of the waterlines from where the main water enters the home to every fixture. The customer has the option to sign and accept, or apply for financing through the email in order to get on the schedule to get the work done. Thank you for choosing te certified

Homeowner has a Moen Chateau shower valve that does not get hot. Homeowner replaced the cartridge. I found that the cartridge was simply oriented inversely and needed to be flipped. Tested after to ensure it gets hot as it should. Confirmed with homeowner that the cartridge does allow for hot water and the hot water is hot enough.

Customers washing machine box was backing up due to rust from cast-iron and getting caught in the cast-iron so I gave an option to run my drain cable and after running my drain cable, I was able to clear the blockage with no leaks and no backups detected

I replaced the shower cartridge in the upstairs bathroom with a new Delta cartridge because it was only supplying lukewarm water. After testing it, the water is now coming out hot. In the master bathroom, I replaced both cartridges and adjusted the scald guard to allow for more hot water. Currently, the water is quite hot but not hot enough for the homeowners. They mentioned that they remodeled their shower two years ago, so I recommended that they contact the general contractor who worked on the project. They should check if the contractor has any photos from before or after the remodel. Additionally, to further diagnose the issue, they will need to access the area behind the shower. There is a cabinet behind the shower, and they will have to disassemble it to allow us to cut into the drywall. This will help us determine if the plumbing lines were connected properly or if there is a crossover issue.

For this job, I came out for a gas leak. I could pin point where the gas leak is coming from. I checked and tested every exposed fitting and no leaks were visible or detected by gas detection device. The only fittings left to check for leaks are behind the fire place and will need fire place company to come out and take out the fire place walls in order to test remaining fittings that are not currently exposed. Customer is aware and will have fire place company out.

Arrived on site to complete quoted repairs. We cut out the old drain lines, replaced it with a condensate pump with proper venting and supported tubing every 6-12”. We wired in all safeties and supported all wires from the pump. We tested the pump with upwards of 5 gallons of water and ensured no leaks were present and the pvc was flowing properly outside without any obstructions. We removed all cap cans replaced it with pvc which can withstand colder temperatures. We extended the drains outside away from the foundation while maintaining proper slope to avoid water collecting in the exterior portion of drain lines We also removed coil covers and deep cleaned the condenser coils. Upon completion we tested each unit again and made sure all systems were fully operational, draining properly and that there were no more issues to address while on site. Call complete.

Customer called us out to clear the mainline from the master bathroom due to a previous issue. They did not have any issues, today’s visit was preventative. I pulled the toilet and ran the cable three times while running the shower and bathtub. I reset the toilet with new wax ring, closet bolts and china caps.
