Garrett and his team were awesome! He arrived the day after we called about our problem. He investigated the outside water issue and explained clearly the two options we had - either a repair or replacement of the line. We chose the replacement option and his team was out the next morning. Work was done in the time he had estimated and everything was cleaned up nicely afterwards. He made sure all of our questions were answered. He was professional and polite and represented the company well. We will use him again if needed and will recommend him to friends and neighbors.

We replaced the bath fan inside a bathroom that was customer supplied. We also decided that we would replace the main panel of the house and install smoke detectors. Update the grounding and add a whole home surge protector.
For this job, we installed nine can light trims in order to accept the red light therapy bulbs. The customer supplied the bulbs which are 54w in a 75w rated can light.
Customer had water coming out from behind siding on the back side of the house. After further inspection we found out that the kitchen 2 inch drain line had a crack in it. We cut out the 3 inch stack it was tied into and rebuild the stack and abandoned 2 lines that weren’t connected to anything.
Installed Outlet For Irrigation Left Estimate For Whole Home Surge Protection
Homeowner had flickering lights upon arrival. Checked panel and was getting odd voltage. Went out and checked service and noticed the neutral wire was spliced in multiple places and had a break in it. Power company came out and re spliced section where it was damaged. When power came back on the master bed room was still not working. Checked breaker and it was bad. Replaced breaker. When power was turned back on we did notice that the dish washer no longer was working. We checked the connections and they were good.
A customer has multiple pin hole leaks coming from the hot and cold lines. That lead up to the water heater. We found this out by the customer agreeing for us to do a leak search by cutting up and open the sheet rock in a closet behind the water heater. Cut a roughly five foot by foot and a half. This section of sheet rock out to expose the hot and cold lines coming out of the slab with multiple active leaks. The pressure on the house is also approaching one hundred. This is an h o a community, and there is only one shut off for the entire community with a communal p.R v for the same line. Notified the customer that there would need to get a hold of their hoa.In order to have the pressure, reducing valve replaced. A customer did not move forward with our quote to do the water line repairs at this moment. I did, however, get them in contact with remediation for the water damage and gave them a quote to do a repipe. Thank you for choosing and considering te with your plumbing needs
Customer got us out to his home today because he’s planning on doing a renovation and need some work to be quoted. Today Joshua was concerned about a wire feeding power to the shed. We removed the wire and gave him quotes on what it would take to get the project complete.
Costumer had a leaking kitchen faucet, installed new costumer supplied faucet, also replaced garbage disposal and shut off valves due to age, tested for leaks
For this job, I came out to Luke warm water coming out of the master shower. Went ahead and adjusted the cartridge temperature.
Homeowner called us out due to the half bath toilet running randomly. I replaced the flush valve seal. The original seal was bubbled and not sitting flush to make a seal. This allowed water to escape into the bowl and subsequently making the tank refill and toilet flush. All work was tested and checked.
Arrived on site to replace the master bedroom gas valve. Leanne was out last time and diagnosed/ordered the gas valve after finding it failed. We picked up part and began by removing power from the master bedroom furnace, turning the gas off and safely removing the gas line and burners. We installed the new gas valve and made sure all connections were sealed with thread sealant, even tested for gas leaks after gas was turned back on. After we confirmed no leaks were present, we tested the system in first and second stage heat, adjusting gas pressures for high and low fire. We collected a 50 degree temp rise I’m second stage heat and satisfied the thermostat at 75 degrees upon departure. We checked airflow, blower speed, gas pressure and for gas leaks. System is fully operational again upon completion, call complete.
