Good service

Genis was very professional and friendly. Original time had to be changed at last minute to next day which was a little inconvenient but this allowed me a $100 credit on the service.

Ryan Wallace - Five Star Excellent Service!!!

Ryan Wallace came out today to help us with an issue we had with getting our brand-new gas range connected to electricity and got it set up and ready to use. He was here promptly this morning and worked diligently and quickly to get it all connected and working. Electricity and gas were hooked up and checked he and knew exactly what to do. Previous to this Ryan has handled putting in our entire whole house electrical panel system and many more projects for us. Ryan is a gentleman and great to work with. We greatly appreciate his expertise and knowledge he shares with us. We call on him often and will do so again. GREAT SERVICE!!

Perfect customer service from first call to follow up

Everything about our experience with TE Certified was top notch. Our hot water heater went out and I wrote my request at 10 pm. Within minutes I got a response and easily got an appointment. When I called the next morning to see if we could get an appointment that day, we were immediately escalated and sent frequent text messages with exact info on when the technician would arrive. Then we were even sent a bio and photo of our tech, whose name is Paris. We were concerned that we were going to have to buy a new hot water heater. But Paris trouble shooted and spent most of the day getting the replacement part and ensuring that everything was working properly again. For years I’ve written about customer service for national magazines, and my husband and I agreed that this was hands down one of our best experiences ever!

For this job, the customer stated that they had a leak under the kitchen sink, and an upstairs toilet which was not flushing properly. After diagnosing the leak was coming from the kitchen faucet which we replaced. The toilet was not flushing due to a low water level in the tank, and a flapper which was not opening far enough to allow water to go from the tank to the bowl. We replaced both the flapper, and fill valve, with no warranty due to the style of toilet which does not allow a lot of water per flush. We performed work, cleaned up, and tested everything. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

Installed 2 duplex receptacles for a doorbell and chime kit provided by the customer, existing box was already 2 gang box and was the reason for two receptacles.

We troubleshot the ceiling fan on the screen in porch, not working and found that the fan has gone bad and needs to be replaced. We relocated a couple of outlets in the basement and put them in the unfinished area. And we remove that wire from an oversized breaker and attached it to a correctly sized and safe breaker.

Picked up the material from Apex Supply Marietta. Arrived at the customer’s home to complete quoted repairs. Installed a collar on the 10” return duct that is not connected. Secured the duct to the return plenum with screws and silver tape. Took apart the outdoor unit and rinsed it off with water. Removed leaves and debris from inside the outdoor unit. Cleaned the condenser coils with condenser coil cleaner and put the unit back together. While here, the customer mentioned an exposed wire at the outdoor unit. Quoted to perform the repair and got approval from the customer during today’s visit. Removed the old frayed outdoor unit wire. Ran a brand new thermostat wire between the furnace and condenser. Tested operation to ensure everything functions properly. Reported findings to the customer.

Arrived on site and installed a kitchen faucet sprayer with two new angle stops. I also replaced a bathroom faucet in the bathroom as well as the two angle stops. Once I replaced the angle stops I turned the water back on to the house and checked for leaks. Once I confirmed angle stops were secured I then tied in my supply lines and tested my faucets. I ran water at each faucet to ensure both faucets were installed with no issues.

For this Job I worked on kitchen lights that were flickering, checked voltage at both the meter and the panel. After checking the panel and the breakers more we came to the conclusion that b phase was having an effect on the breaker across from it. So I moved the breaker so it could be on a different phase and solved the flickering light.

Condensate drain line was freezing up due to cold weather causing system to shut off. Reran drain line from pump to sewage line in basement. Installed a wet switch for drain pan and SS2 safety to secondary drain spot. While there we did a full inspection of system and informed customer of things needed to maintain healthy system.

Arrived on site and customer stated she had a leak on the main floor in the bathroom which flooded middle floor and below down the third floor in the basement. I went ahead and cut out some drywall near the bathroom where a waterline may have caused the issue, then went ahead and cut underneath the bathroom floor at the ceiling below the bathroom, which i was able to locate a failed waterline that fed the bathroom fixture. Customer had the house re-piped a couple years back so she opted to do a spot repair. Once repair was completed I went ahead and re-pressurized the home and replaced the section of the waterline.

Customer had leak in the crawl space from the toilet drain line due to the fitting not being pushed in enough allowing water to seep through very slowly. Replaced toilet flange and reworked the drain line in the crawl space. Pulled and reset toilet. After install I tested everything for leaks. Providing quotes for a tankless water heater and halo ultimate whole home filtration system. (Customers have the option to sign and accept quote and apply for financing 0% for 12 months through the email to get on the schedule) thank you for choosing te certified
