Ryan Wallace - Five Star Excellent Service!!!

Ryan Wallace came out today to help us with an issue we had with getting our brand-new gas range connected to electricity and got it set up and ready to use. He was here promptly this morning and worked diligently and quickly to get it all connected and working. Electricity and gas were hooked up and checked he and knew exactly what to do. Previous to this Ryan has handled putting in our entire whole house electrical panel system and many more projects for us. Ryan is a gentleman and great to work with. We greatly appreciate his expertise and knowledge he shares with us. We call on him often and will do so again. GREAT SERVICE!!

Perfect customer service from first call to follow up

Everything about our experience with TE Certified was top notch. Our hot water heater went out and I wrote my request at 10 pm. Within minutes I got a response and easily got an appointment. When I called the next morning to see if we could get an appointment that day, we were immediately escalated and sent frequent text messages with exact info on when the technician would arrive. Then we were even sent a bio and photo of our tech, whose name is Paris. We were concerned that we were going to have to buy a new hot water heater. But Paris trouble shooted and spent most of the day getting the replacement part and ensuring that everything was working properly again. For years I’ve written about customer service for national magazines, and my husband and I agreed that this was hands down one of our best experiences ever!

Great service.

Fixed a tankless water heater that the builders plumber installed in 2019. Took the time to explain and made the corrections. The price was extremely reasonable and the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks.!!

Upgrade the homes service to a modern 200a service in compliance with current Cobb county requirements. The panel will be located in the water heater room in the garage with this option.

Replaced an American Standard toilet internal components. Customer stated that the toilet was not holding water in the tank and also slow to fill. I found out the tank needed a rebuild on the internal components and later found that the angle stop was not supplying an efficient amount of water in order to fill the toilet tank. Once the toilet rebuild was completed. I then had to cut out the existing angle stop as well as remove drywall in order to tie in to the existing copper properly once I was able to cut back some of the copper, I rebuilt some of the waterline and was able to put in a new angle stop. Angle was done as a courtesy at no additional cost.

Installed a new toilet in the first guest bathroom after the existing toilet tank broke into multiple pieces. Replaced the toilet’s straight stop valve, as the previous push-connect fitting was not intended for permanent installation. Replaced the water heater expansion tank to bring it up to current code requirements and properly secured it. Replaced the pressure-regulating valve after confirming system pressure was elevated at 90 PSI, and adjusted the home’s water pressure to a safe operating level of 70 PSI. As part of the service, the water heater was flushed for a minimum of 30 minutes to improve performance and system longevity.

We came to rotate the current 50 gallon Rheem hybrids away from each other. We did so as to allow for the discharge of air to no longer be flowing in the inlet of the twin heater. We then reinstalled and insulated all hot lines as is to code.

During our visit, the customer mentioned that they noticed water leaking in the basement under the powder room toilet. Upon inspection, I noticed that the toilet leaked when flushed. Spoke with the customer about solutions. An estimate was approved. Once I removed the toilet, I noticed water on the floor, as well as a bad wax ring. The toilet flange was also lower than the finished floor. A new flange was installed at the right and height and secured. The toilet was reset with a new wax ring and bolts. After testing for leaks, the toilet was caulked at the base. Thanks for choosing Te Certified!!!

For this job, we completed a troubleshoot for heated floors that were getting too hot. We discovered that the breaker feeding the heated floors was crackling and seemed faulty. We replaced the breaker and inspected the thermostat wiring. The thermostat itself has GFCI protection so we replaced the breaker with a standard breaker. It is possible that the thermostat itself is faulty or that the floor sensor is damaged. We gave the customer an estimate for replacing the thermostat and told them that we would recommend having a heated floors contractor inspect the floors to see if it is something else. We also had to cut the pegboard around the main panel in order to take the panel cover off. The customer approved this action.

Troubleshot light fixture is not working in the bedroom and garage. We found out the socket in the ceiling fan had to be adjusted and that the bulb was bad. The floodlight above the carport switch was turned off. And that a GFI was tripped, causing the lights in the Closet area in the carport to not work.

Completed a 3 system Homecare. We flushed drain lines, changed filters and checked system operation to determine system condition, performance and safety. The downstairs unit has a breached heat exchanger and is 20 years old. We spoke about the cost for repairs and she wants to consult her husband before addressing long term solutions. We completed 2 blower cleanings, 2 condenser coil cleanings, fixed the sediment trap for the main floor, replaced the drain line upstairs, insulated both linesets and replaced the run capacitor upstairs. Systems are fully operational upon completion. Call complete.
