Ryan Wallace - Five Star Excellent Service!!!

Ryan Wallace came out today to help us with an issue we had with getting our brand-new gas range connected to electricity and got it set up and ready to use. He was here promptly this morning and worked diligently and quickly to get it all connected and working. Electricity and gas were hooked up and checked he and knew exactly what to do. Previous to this Ryan has handled putting in our entire whole house electrical panel system and many more projects for us. Ryan is a gentleman and great to work with. We greatly appreciate his expertise and knowledge he shares with us. We call on him often and will do so again. GREAT SERVICE!!

Perfect customer service from first call to follow up

Everything about our experience with TE Certified was top notch. Our hot water heater went out and I wrote my request at 10 pm. Within minutes I got a response and easily got an appointment. When I called the next morning to see if we could get an appointment that day, we were immediately escalated and sent frequent text messages with exact info on when the technician would arrive. Then we were even sent a bio and photo of our tech, whose name is Paris. We were concerned that we were going to have to buy a new hot water heater. But Paris trouble shooted and spent most of the day getting the replacement part and ensuring that everything was working properly again. For years I’ve written about customer service for national magazines, and my husband and I agreed that this was hands down one of our best experiences ever!

Great service.

Fixed a tankless water heater that the builders plumber installed in 2019. Took the time to explain and made the corrections. The price was extremely reasonable and the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks.!!

Homeowner had two 40 gallon gas water heaters that were approximately 20 years old. One of them was leaking. I gave options and homeowner decided to replace them with 50 gallon gas 6 year warranty heaters. I had to reconfigure the water line around the heaters in order to properly install the new units. Added a check valve on the cold water inlet and recirculation line as well as a new 1/4 turn shut off valve. The heaters were piped in parallel which each one has cold and hot isolation valves. Along with individual thermal expansion tanks. I had to increase the gas piping near the units from 1/2 to 3/4. The humidifier valves were replaced as well. Once all was installed I pressurized water and gas. Checked and verified connections. Turned heaters to 120 and allowed for them to run through heat cycle.

For this job, the customer stated they had replaced the expansion tanks on top of the water heaters in the basement. After diagnosing the unit that got water in it, I checked the voltage, and both elements, as well as put two new wire nuts on the unit. The two expansion tanks were still leaking, so we installed two new tanks, and strapped both to the wall. We also re installed the hot side so the units would be installed in a parallel. We performed work checked everything, and cleaned up. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

For this job, the customer called us out last night due to his meter being burnt up. I gave him options ranging from a service upgrade to replacing the meter. I informed the customer that replacing the meter would likely not be successful but that we could give it a shot. We came out today to attempt it and we were unsuccessful. The service wire are too short and burnt up. I told the customer that the next course would need to be a service upgrade. He decided to get a coupe other quotes for peace of mind and will be getting back to us today or tomorrow.
