Luis and Caleb did an excellent job reinstalling a meter and service pole over some newly hung siding. They were careful to avoid screwing into any pipes and ensured to use corrosion-resistant fasteners after finding out they would be mounting the pole to pressure treated wood.

We installed a new switch and wire for the living room light fixture. We installed a Caseta smart dimmer and added a second switch for the room.
For this job, the customer wanted a hose Bibb installed in the back yard near the pool. The customer opted to install new hose Bibb, and tee off of a 3/4 line in the crawl space for better flow. I installed the new one, installed a ball valve shut off for hose Bibb, and tested my work. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.
Came out to preform a hydro jetting through the cleanout in the basement that services the kitchen sink and washer area per sewer supervisor. I ran the cable machine down the line 4 times clearing the drain line of all debris. Tested the utility sink in the washer room and the basement bathroom and all three were draining very well. Cleaned up the area and tested for any leaks.
Arrived on site to complete a 1 system Homecare. We flushed drain lines changed filters and tested operations in both heating and cooling. We cleaned the condenser coils and ensured the system was clean, safe and operating within all manufactured specifications at this time. Call complete.
Replaced failed thermostatic mixing valve. Tested for leaks and function. No issues.
Replaced single wall flue pipe with double wall. Attached new section to the existing flue pipe with an adaptor. Added insulation in pipe shroud. Expansion tank is present from original install. It is located in the crawlspace. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.
Upon arrival spoke with the customer about a toilet upstairs that was leaking from the bottom of the tank. Gave the customer options. He chose a full rebuild for the upstairs toilet and a flapper change on the main level toilet. All work was thoroughly tested for leaks and functionality.
Master bathroom toilet was flushing poorly due to age. We replaced it with a two piece, comfort height, Kohler toilet. We flushed several times to test and ensure that there are no leaks. We caulked the toilet to the floor as per code. Thank you!

Homeowner had a water heater fail over the weekend. The water heaters are both from 2007 and they flooded. The water heaters need to be replaced. Removed old water heaters, old shutoff valves, old expansion tank, and old copper. Installed new pans for water heaters. Set water heaters. Installed approximately 20’ of new 3/4” type M copper. The water heaters have been installed in parallel configuration. They are piped equally to ensure equal draw of both heaters. The heaters each have a shutoff valve for both the hot and cold water. Both heaters have been fitted with a 2 gallon expansion tank. Expansion tanks have been labeled and dated, and they are each mounted to a bracket, which has been installed to a stud. The water lines for the water heaters have been insulated, and the flu venting has been replaced with new double wall venting. The heaters are set to 120°. Ensured temperature and pressure relief lines terminate between 2 and 6 inches off the ground. The pressure regulator val

Install new lavatory faucet and drain. Install new supply line. Install new toilet and shower faucet trim. When installing the vanity. I carefully removed the new countertop from the box and while dry fitting it on the vanity I noticed a hairline crack on the surface of the countertop. The crack is only surface level and does not penetrate through the countertop. I informed the customer of this and asked if they would still like me to install it or if they would like to return it. Customer would like it installed so I set it in place and finished the installation. Once everything was completed I tested each fixture thoroughly. No leaks at this time. Cleaned work area. Customer is satisfied.
