Ryan is an excellent technician with a tremendous work ethic. He does not accept “good enough”, he sticks with the task until it is done the right way.
Outstanding employee. Professional and polite!
TE came out the same day, easy to work with and addressed all my concerns. Jeremy was a true professional, knowledgeable and a credit to his company.
Another great service from Dylon. He is very complete and thorough.
Brandon explained everything about the plumbing job well. He was honest and fair and kept the cost reasonable while still doing the work up to code, something that was very important to me. I'm very impressed with TE Certified overall and plan to keep calling you in the future.
Never had any complaints. Everyone is very professional, polite, and capable. They maintained my older HVAC and installed the new one (and continued to maintain it).
LeeAnn was fantastic. Knowledgeable and respectful. I’m rating LeeAnn; not the Office staff.
Dylan and Armando were great! Fixed the problem, in and out quickly and cleaned up before they left. Explained everything before doing any work.
Mr. OHara performed the inspection extremely well, servicing our Generac unit even in very bad weather. He was courteous and friendly. Having his background information sent before his visit greatly helped with knowing who was to be performing our service and increased our security. Thanks for your great service.
Ryan is very professional and produces excellent results.
I had TE Certified before and I have been disappointed with their service. They always do a superb job.
I have been so pleased with every job done by TE Certified. Evan is hard working, honest and reliable. He did a great job.
Install two more customer supplied dimmers that were not in the original estimate.

Upon arrival the homeowner had informed me that they had held a birthday party a few days ago and had noticed that the system was not cooling properly and had been informed by a guest that the outdoor fan motor was not spinning. When inspecting the equipment I had noticed that the outdoor fan motor would come on but only for a brief moment when pressures wher climbing and vstat was falling below 32 degrees. Tested motor and found that the outdoor fan motor is failing on other speed taps for the motor and is only engaging when full power is needed to the motor. Recommended replacement of the outdoor fan motor under manufacture part warranty.
Repaired water pipe coming through the concrete slab.
Found maintenance repairs needed on both systems. Systems are running. To hold system efficiently and to keep any future failures away i recommend doing at least one of the options to help take stress off the units.
Repiped water heater. Installed new PRV.
Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.
Replace the 2 electrical panels in the basement that have corrosion and heat damage.
Completed a troubleshoot for lights not working.
