Great

Joaquin was on time, even arriving earlier with a phone call. He checked everything then switched a circuit breaker out. Pretty expensive I thought

Excellent service.

I cannot say enough great things about Andrew and everything he did for me. From trouble shooting to staying late to ensure the job was done correctly and even just going the extra mile to explain everything. Also a shout out to the guys that came in and helped him. Both were still learning, but he was a patient teacher through it all. Highly recommended.

Installed customer supplied RO system. Replaced whole home pressure regulator. Replaced waste and overflow on master bathroom tub. RO system requires an outlet for booster pump as well as UV light. Explained this to customer and recommended electrician to install one while they are performing other work After waste and overflow was replaced, found that water was pooling around hot/cold handles as well as tub spout and was dripping down below into unfinished shop area Provided estimate for replacing Roman tub faucet with customer supplied faucet Tested work and everything is working as it should at this time Thanks for choosing TE Certified

We came out today and cleaned up the wiring in Sub-panel located in the attic. After completion we were able to label all the circuits except for one that is located in Panel “A” circuit number #19. I started to take apart the heater for the back porch and found burnt out wires so I will need to return with some new wire and a junction box to make the repair.

At arrival on 02/02/26 Issue: no heat System: whole home Finding: bad main floor damper Recommendations: replace main floor damper (14”), no wet safety switch, potentially clogged up drain line, dirty blower wheels, dirty air ducts, microbial growth in return.

Homeowner reported a tankless water heater displaying error code 29, indicating a condensate drain issue. Upon inspection, the condensate line was found to be frozen due to improper installation, including undersized ½" piping and back pitch. The condensate drain line was corrected by upsizing to ¾" piping, properly pitching the line, and shortening the run. These corrections will help prevent the condensate line from freezing in the future and restore proper operation of the unit.

No heat- 2000 Goodman 100k Furnace with blown fuse. Inspection of system found broken limit switch. Further inspection found cracks in heat exchanger. Blower motor has vibration and is leaking oil. Inducer motor has high amps, flame sensor needs replaced and ignitor shows signs of wear and is recommended to replace. Flue pipe has asbestos tape on the joints. System also lacks proper flood protection. Due to age and cost of repairs, it is recommended to have an Install Supervisor quote replacement. Install supervisor is here now.

Excavated area at meter. Found that a fitting separated from the main and that there was a split in the irrigation main. These were the cause of the leaks. Reconnected irrigation to the main. Installed a DCBA to meet current safety standards. Repiped as needed. Tested for leaks, all good. Covered area with a new valve box. Backfilled to grade. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.

No heat likely due to compromised primary heat exchanger for the main floor locking out on a high limit. Upstairs heat exchanger is also compromised. Best to get quotes before repairs.

For this job I came out and conducted a visual plumbing inspection on a commercial space. After performing diagnostics I concluded that the existing 75 gallon water heater is not operational and needs to be replaced it is also tagged by Atlanta gas that it was previously put through a lighting cycle and it never turned back on expansion tank is undersized for the size of the water heater and should have a 4 gallon expansion tank. Expansion tank is also being held up by plumbing and should be strapped to wall. Also there is no visible pressure regulating valve on the system. Mounted wall sink is also not properly mounted to wall and looks like it’s falling a bit. Master trap for lavatory sink is leaking and would recommend replacing.

For this job, the customer stated they had a leak at the meter. We found leak on pvc female attached to meter nipple. We gave options on replacement, and repair. The customer opted to go with repair at meter. We removed the old female, and added a duel check valve which was not installed. Once complete we turned o. The water, and checked for any other leaks on the line. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

Came out to troubleshoot a breaker tripping that we installed a few weeks ago on a panel replacement. We found that one of the wires in the adjacent room closet light was causing the breaker a trip in trouble shot and could not find that exact wire causing the trip so we kept it off and we are going to assess to see if it controls an outlet in another room
