When we arrived the recirculation pump had no power. We found a gfci reset on a nearby outlet and reset the gfci. After about 30 seconds the pump lost power again. We reset outlet, unplugged the pump and used an outlet tester. This outlet tested as normal. We replaced the pump with a grundfos alpha smart pump. This new pump is not causing the gfci to trip. Pressure in the home was 90 psi. We installed a new pressure reducing valve and pressure is now 60psi

Arrived on site to troubleshoot garage GFCI outlets not working. Upon inspection, I found that all outlets were not working. I noticed the GFCI outlet in the garage was tripped. I took out all outlets to check the connections. All connections were good. I reset the GFCI and all outlets are now working. I discussed different options to ensure this doesn’t happen again. I also discussed different panel issues with the homeowner. I also discussed upgrading his electrical service so that he can charge his electric vehicles. The homeowner signed the 400 amp service upgrade option. This will be scheduled for the week of 1/12
No gas leak found anywhere. Left estimates for recommended work.
2 system inspection . Everything tested good with the heating and cooling. The zone system was working properly. There was only one form of flood protection. It is recommended to have an inline safety switch to prevent water from running into system in the event of a flood . It is also recommended to add a wet switch in case the pan lever switch fails .
Replace the bath fan in upstairs back bathroom.

Install a new socket for a light and replace a broken switch.

Main breaker feeding sub panel only getting half power. Replace 100A sub panel main and replaced all Gen 2 smart breakers in sub panel. Tighten all connections in sub panel. Also installed sub panel feeder ground on a lug on the ground bar properly. Replaced GFCI in basement bathroom the wouldn’t reset. All equipment is functioning 100% upon completion of work.
2 System Inspection Cycled each system through heat and cool from the thermostat. Changed both 16-25-4 filters, flushed drain lines with 2 gallons of hot water, took temperature readings at indoor equipment, inspected heat exchangers, blower motors, and coils. Checked and tightened all electrical connections, used multimeter to check all motors, power enhancers, and high wear components. Both systems are operating properly at this time with no immediate issues, however the main level system is 15 years old and showing its age. The heat exchanger is compromised, the blower motor is dirty, the igniter and flame rectifier are both weak, the inducer motor is over amping and has worn bearings, and the evaporator coil is rusted, this is a single stage builder builder grade system that is at the end of its average life expectancy.
