Vincent was a nice guy. He arrived when he said he would. Explained everything to me and fixed the problem. He also cleaned up after the work was done.

As in the past the associates were very polite and professional. They were also mindful of putting on booties each time they entered the house. They also took the time to explain the process, twice.

Troubleshooting Re-Device Upstairs Master and Office
Homeowner called us for a homecare inspection. In my inspection I found that the shutoff valves for the whole house and the hose spigots were rather corroded. The whole house shutoff valve was also practically inaccessible. The hose spigots were not properly mounted either. I cut out and replaced both hose spigots. I mounted the hose spigots to the wall and sealed them with clear silicon. They are also equipped with vacuum breakers. I cut out and removed the shutoff valves for the two hose spigots and replaced them with new quarter turn shutoff valves. I cut out and removed the old whole house shutoff valve and the pressure regulator and replaced them with a new 25AUB and a new quarter turn shutoff valve. I moved them approximately 3 feet closer to the wall so they would be accessible in case of an emergency. I pressurized the system and checked for leaks. Everything is functioning as it should. Homeowner also asked me to swap out the shower head in the master bathroom. The homeowner p
At arrival on 12/01/25 Issue: no heat System: main floor Finding: bad inducer motor assembly, bad pressure switch, dirty condensate pump, condensate pump is not in the drain pan, dirty blower wheels, dirty air ducts, Recommendations: address the above findings or upgrade system.
Pin hole leak was located under the stairs in the garage. Leak was on a bent piece of copper. I replaced the bend with a 90 and 45. I also replaced a section of pipe to get rid of two sharkbite couplings. Approximately 6 feet of pipe replaced. Water is back on and tested.
Today I changed a 30 amp single pole breaker to a 20 amp because it was overrated for the wire size. The breaker I replaced is circuit number 24
Called out to complete sold work for a water heater installation. Began by shutting off water to the home and draining the system. Once system was drained, cut out old water heater and replaced with new Rheem six year warranty water heater. Installed new water heater up to all current code requirements. Installed in-line Grundfos recirculation pump on the top of the water heater, and installed a crossover tee at the furthest fixture in the home in order to initiate recirculation in the system. Once all work was completed reintroduced water to the system to test for leaks and functionality. Everything is working properly and there are no leaks. Thank you for trusting TE certified with all your plumbing needs.
Customer believed condensate pump was broken/ tubing prone. Upon inspection found secondary drain tube to not be run into pump and was dumping into emergency drain for furnace causing water to flood basement. Found drain line improperly terminated into sewage pipe. Located holes in heat exchanger. Informed customer of state of heat exchanger, advised due to safety concerns not to operate the heat. Left thermostat in off position. Customer getting quote on replacing furnace tomorrow between 2-5. Quoted repairs.
Performed troubleshoot to determine where leak was coming from. Pinpointed leak to upstairs tub drain. Water is leaking from the drain and leaking down into the basement. Recommend replacement of as much cast iron as possible. Cutting the wall will be necessary to access drain line for replacement. Provided customer with two options: one where he removes all necessary drywall and one where TE removes all drywall needed Also, provided estimates for replacing the waste and overflow for the tub as well as replacing the shower valve and trim kit as additonal items that can be performed while the drywall is open Thanks for choosing TE Certified
Installed customer supplied faucet. No warranty on customer supplied fixtures. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.
Arrived on site and customer stated that the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink was leaking from under the unit. I I ran the kitchen sink faucet, to ensure that the garbage disposal was in fact leaking, which it was . Customer agreed to have the garbage disposal replaced so I proceeded with the work. After disposal was replaced, I turned on the disposal to test, and ran water at the sink for about 10 minutes to ensure no further issues.
Customer had a leak coming from free standing tub faucet on the hot side. Customer stated her husband had tighten the union on the faucet where it was leaking. I turned the water on to the faucet and checked for leaks. Ran the tub multiple times and could not replicate leak. Checked the thermal expansion tank which was good. Checked the whole house incoming pressure which was on the high side reading 75-77psi. Replaced Prv and brought pressure back down to a safer level of 65psi. After install I pressurized the system, checked for leaks and proper function, everything is good as of right now. Thank you for choosing te certified
Installed gas line along exterior of the home to supply natural gas to the kitchen range. Installed shut off valves and both ends of the run of pipe. Pipe is strapped to the wall with split ring hangers. Tested all fittings once gas was turned on. Customer is going to paint the pipe the same color as the home.
