Our hot water heater had a leak and TE sent out Jordan. He replaced the water heater the same day and worked until 8:30PM to finish the job. Great work and dedication.

Genis was very professional and friendly. Original time had to be changed at last minute to next day which was a little inconvenient but this allowed me a $100 credit on the service.

Install portable generator inlet setup through a new sub panel.
Replace the aged and fill electrical panel.
Performed a Homecare maintenance inspection on both HVAC systems in the home (upstairs and downstairs). Tested heating from the thermostats. Measured the electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the systems. Checked the gas pressures to ensure they are correct. Checked and replaced the air filters. Found that the downstairs furnace is not heating due to a failed Ignitor. Reported findings to the customer. Customer approved to perform repairs on both systems. Picked up the material from Mingledorff’s Norcross, Apex Supply Marietta and TE Certified Kennesaw. Arrived back at the customer’s home to perform quoted repairs. Removed the old failed Ignitor from the main floor furnace. Installed a brand new replacement Ignitor. Tested operation to ensure the system now heats properly. Removed the blower from the furnace and brought it outside to be cleaned with both condenser coils. Cleaned the blower motor. Removed the broken section of flue vent on the upstairs
Troubleshoot hallway light not working. Found a bad switch. Replaced switch and now the light works.
Disconnected gas line from fire place so customer can burn wood and have peace of mind. Also found current water heater vent terminating in the chimney. Left estimates for new water heaters.
One System HomeCare Flushed and cleaned the drain line Thoroughly inspected unit in both heat and cool from the thermostat Installed Apcox air purifier
For this job we installed a 26kw standby generator on the left hand side of side of the home. Installed the transfer switch inside in the basement in an unfinished room where we also ran the generator feed. Installed three load she modules on the AC units.
Installed oven outlet with pre-existing wire and replaced breaker.
Replaced 7 stop valves in the home 2 of which were replaced as a courtesy. After installation I checked for leaks, no leaks present.
You called out an issue with the lights, flickering and power going in and out. Upon doing a troubleshoot, I found that it is a power company issue, and they are losing the neutral to the home. Also, during my troubleshoot, I found a variety of issues regarding the main electrical system. So today we replaced 5 breakers that were non-UL listed.
Replaced shower cartridge in master bath. There is no warranty on this work as we found that the thermal expansion tank was failed. Left estimates for all recommendations
3 system home care . The furnace vent downstairs and upstairs needs reworking not up to code . The basement unit does not have any flood protection in auxiliary pan . Changed filters in all units .
Customer sink was draining slow after diagnosing. The disposal wasn’t turning on and causing the drain to drain slow because something was stuck in disposal so I hit the reset button to get power to the disposal and then the machine was humming so after I unjammed it the disposal did turn on and something was in it so I removed what was in the disposal and after testing the sink drains perfectly and the disposal is not working. I provided a quote to replace a disposal, just in case the disposal keep giving issues And due to a little bit of rusting.
