Thank you so much to Nate McKitrick for the professional and efficient job he did on replacing faucet and garbage disposal on new sink. Not only is he a wonderful representative for his company he was also very kind and calm. This kind of service reminds me of how it used to be and should be when hiring any technician for your home. Thank you!

Great customer service

As in the past the associates were very polite and professional. They were also mindful of putting on booties each time they entered the house. They also took the time to explain the process, twice.

Called out for a backed up kitchen sink and washer box took apart. The P-trap in the cable blockage was grease for the washer box. I random machine through the washer box and through the Studer vent pipe blockage with rust and lint. Tested both line. Lines are open and flowing. if this issue happens again, recommend camera inspection.

The homeowner had a pinhole leak in the copper waterline leading to the toilet, which was caused by high water pressure at 160 psi. To address this issue, I replaced the line going to the toilet with PEX piping and also replaced the shut-off valve, as the old one was broken. Additionally, I replaced the homeowner's toilet due to its age. I replaced the main shut-off valve and the pressure regulator because they were leaking, and I adjusted the water pressure from 160 psi to a new setting of 65 psi. I also replaced the hose bib shut-off valve. Furthermore, I replaced the old water heater, which was also aged, with a new 50-gallon water heater, including an expansion tank and a new shut-off valve. I ran ½-inch gas line to the new water heater, as the old line was copper and needed to be replaced with black iron. I upgraded the single-wall venting for the water heater to double-wall venting all the way up to the Y connector where the furnace is located in the crawl space. I also rerou

Replaced main water line from meter to house. Done with a bore. Connected piping to existing copper and checked meter for leaks. No leaks. Customers water bill indicates the leak started sometime at the beginning of October but was not visible until last week.

Called out to install 2 faucets in the master bathroom. Began work by shutting off water to the old faucets. Removed old faucets and reinstalled new delta faucets. Once work was complete, reintroduced water to the system and tested for leaks. No leaks. Homeowner requested estimates for new water heater. Homeowner agreed on price and will be returning Monday to complete the replacement of the water heater. Thank you for trusting TE certified with all your plumbing needs

While maintaining system tech came crossed from the following. Main , inducer motor failing inducer motor not draining, cracked housing causing water to leak in furnace cabinet, no collector box on side of 90% furnace. System will run for a little then shut off. System will not run longer for 3 mins. Heat exchanger is completely rusted. Spoke with customer about repair on main level furnace they are wanting a quote on replacing. Basement , system does not have secondary drain pan under furnace. No safety switches. Filter is needing to be changed. Tech has left quote for repairs customer is wanting a quote from install manager when they come out to give quote for main level furnace. They are wanting repairs done same day as install. 2 System HomeCare Cycled each system through heat and cool from the thermostat. Checked both filters, flushed drain lines with 2 gallons of hot water, endure, and mighty pump. Took temperature readings at indoor equipment, inspected heat exchangers, blower motors, and coils. Checked and tightened all electrical connections, used multimeter to check all motors, power enhancers, and high wear components. Both systems are currently operating but have some issues and safety concerns. The main level system is over 15 years old and has a cracked heat exchanger. This is a safety concern. The blower wheel and motor are both impacted with the debris, the evaporator coil is rusted out, the igniter and flame rectifier are both weak and chalky, and the filter racks is not properly installed. No wet switch. The basement system is 30 years old (1995 Bryant). This system has a compromised heat exchanger, the evaporator coil is rusted, the system does not sit in a pan (against code) and does not h

Today I came out for 2 system home care. For each furnace I inspected all electrical components, checked static pressures, gas pressures, duct work, blower wheel, heat exchanger, evaporator coils, cleaned flame sensor, cleared drain lines, and replaced filters. The furnace located in the attic has a dirty blower wheel and the drain line is not properly slopped or strapped. For the outdoor units I checked all electrical components. I tested systems in both heating and cooling. After going over all options, Mr. Khodadadi wanted the filters replaced and will hold off for other repairs come summer time. It was a pleasure to meet you today and I hope you have a great Thanksgiving!

arrived on site for a 3 system inspection. This is our first time on site for any hvac service so Mr. Tucker gave us the tour of the property and shares some history about the systems, their service history and the home. He provided new filters for all 3 systems (16x25x4). The systems were all installed in 2019 and are carrier infinity, modulating systems. There is a system for the main floor, the upstairs and one for the master suite. We cleaned, tested and inspected all 3 units to determine safety, performance and overall condition of the systems. We flushed drain lines, changed filters and completed a comprehensive evaluation of all mechanical and electrical components to ensure all operations were within manufacture specifications. We did discover a few discrepancies which we discussed at length. Airflow for both upstairs systems was undersized, drain pitch was poor for both units and the duct work was dirty/original to the home. We discussed the Homecare plan and signed up for the

11/25- Picked up the material from Daikin Comfort Marietta. Arrived at the customer’s home to perform the quoted repair of moving the dryer vent. Upon drilling into the wall, accidentally hit a wire and tripped a breaker. Will need electrical to come out and perform the repair and scout for an area to safely drill. 11/26- Returned to finish the job after electrical performed the repair under warranty. Drilled through the wall to create a new hole for the dryer vent. Cut the siding to make it the correct size. Secured the dryer vent properly with screws and caulk. Connected the vent on the inside. Reported results to the customer. Added an extra $100 discount for the inconvenience of having to reschedule and affect the customer’s holiday plans.
