Luis is the best

Luis and Caleb did an excellent job reinstalling a meter and service pole over some newly hung siding. They were careful to avoid screwing into any pipes and ensured to use corrosion-resistant fasteners after finding out they would be mounting the pole to pressure treated wood.

Master bathroom toilet was flushing poorly due to age. We replaced it with a two piece, comfort height, Kohler toilet. We flushed several times to test and ensure that there are no leaks. We caulked the toilet to the floor as per code. Thank you!

Homeowner had a water heater fail over the weekend. The water heaters are both from 2007 and they flooded. The water heaters need to be replaced. Removed old water heaters, old shutoff valves, old expansion tank, and old copper. Installed new pans for water heaters. Set water heaters. Installed approximately 20’ of new 3/4” type M copper. The water heaters have been installed in parallel configuration. They are piped equally to ensure equal draw of both heaters. The heaters each have a shutoff valve for both the hot and cold water. Both heaters have been fitted with a 2 gallon expansion tank. Expansion tanks have been labeled and dated, and they are each mounted to a bracket, which has been installed to a stud. The water lines for the water heaters have been insulated, and the flu venting has been replaced with new double wall venting. The heaters are set to 120°. Ensured temperature and pressure relief lines terminate between 2 and 6 inches off the ground. The pressure regulator val

Install new lavatory faucet and drain. Install new supply line. Install new toilet and shower faucet trim. When installing the vanity. I carefully removed the new countertop from the box and while dry fitting it on the vanity I noticed a hairline crack on the surface of the countertop. The crack is only surface level and does not penetrate through the countertop. I informed the customer of this and asked if they would still like me to install it or if they would like to return it. Customer would like it installed so I set it in place and finished the installation. Once everything was completed I tested each fixture thoroughly. No leaks at this time. Cleaned work area. Customer is satisfied.

During our visit, the customer mentioned they were considering replacing the upstairs toilet in each bathroom. Multiple options were provided and presented. An estimate was approved for replacing each toilet upstairs. Each toilet was removed and the toilet flanges were checked for proper installation and for any cracks. All toilet flanges were in good shape. Each bathroom received a new Kohler Kingston toilet. A new wax ring, t-bolts, and steel braided supply line were added during the install. The base of each toilet was caulked after testing for leaks. Thanks for choosing Te Certified !!!

Homeowner had sewage leak coming from the check valve on the discharge line for the sewage ejection line. I gave options for replacing additionally the discharge pipe is not pressure rated. I recommended this be replaced. Homeowner decided to just replace the check valve assembly at this time. I also explained that the tankless condensation line is improperly installed along with the room not being enough air space for the tankless. The vent line on the pit has a discharge line from a recently installed water filter. The pvc fitting is connected with the improper type of welding cement.
