They explained everything to our level of understanding and satisfaction and then completed the work to an expert level. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Joshua did an outstanding job fixing our gas leak. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. What really stood out was the pride he takes in his work he didn’t rush, cut corners, or stop at a temporary fix. He went all the way to make sure the issue was fully resolved and safe, taking the time to double check everything and explain what he was doing. Gas issues can be stressful, but Joshua’s calm approach and attention to detail gave us total peace of mind. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about doing the job right, and Joshua absolutely does. I highly recommend them to anyone needing gas or plumbing work you can trust that he’ll treat your home like his own.

Installed a new Navien tankless water heater with all required, code-compliant upgrades. After installation, the system was tested and no leaks were found. Installed a new pressure reducing valve (PRV) and verified water pressure at a safe 60 PSI. Installed a new Halo 5 whole-home filtration system with a new bypass and boiler drain. System was tested after installation and confirmed leak-free. Installed three new Kohler Kingston toilets (master bathroom, guest bathroom downstairs, and guest bathroom upstairs) using new wax rings, closet bolts, and supply lines. All toilets were tested and found to be operating properly with no leaks. Installed a new reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink. System was tested for leaks, confirmed to be operating correctly, and the customer was advised on the proper startup and maintenance process. Customer was informed to call with any questions or concerns.
Customer called us out today to replace two faucets. During our evaluation we found that the prv and thermal expansion tank had failed. Wrote up options and the customer chose game plan 1 and 3. Replaced both customer supplied faucet and repacked water heater with new prv and main valve. Installed water heater with all code upgrades and 4 yr warranty extension kit. Left leak alarm inside new pan. Restored water and purged air from the system. Made sure we had no leaks then set the new heater to 120 degrees. Cleaned up and left a sticker. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.
For this job rendered lead detection service as a TGL for original technician Jeff Keery I discovered the leak about 4 feet off the meter under a huge pine tree route
Customer was getting a sewer smell from toilet, we pulled and reset toilet installed new jumbo wax ring and new nylon bolts, also secured toilet to floor and caulked toilet. Tested and checked for leaks conducted a super cleanup.
Was called out today to look at a toilet come to find out the toilet was leaking and ruined the sub floor so I was in the middle of changing out the flange and come to find out the sub floor was rotten so I got the remediation start and we paused moving forward until the damage was addressed
No heat. Upon arrival found system working fine, no issues found that would prevent heat from coming on and running. Found cracked heat exchanger in furnace and no flood protection. Recommended replacing system as it is 16 years old with a major failure. Advised customer not to run heat due to possible CO buildup in home, left thermostat in non heating position. TGL scheduled for today 2-5.
For this job customer was having a leak, customer head two separate leaks on a toilet stack line going into the basement. One leak was at a coupling and second leak was in the pipe where a towel hanger was screwed into the pipe causing three different punctures. Cut out 15 foot section of pipe and replaced with new pipe. Check and tested for leaks and conducted a super clean up.
Homeowner has a leak coming from second floor and dripping into kitchen/Dining room area. Leak is consistent, and occurred without any use of the plumbing system. In the upstairs bathroom, I found a toilet with water all around the base, I asked the homeowner to turn on the water to help locate the source of water. Upon further inspection, I found a bidet seat in the upstairs bathroom with a steady drip. I also heard water pushing out of the bidet seat connection to the fill valve. The homeowner asked if I could simply remove the bidet seat, as it was leaking and he didn’t want to risk another potential leak. I used the stop valve to turn off the water to the toilet, and removed the bidet seat and the old supply line. I installed a new stainless steel braided supply line. I reinstated water to the toilet, and flushed the toilet 5 times to ensure there was no other leaks present. I found no additional leaks at that time of this invoice. The water heater is a 50 Gallon natural gas wat
For this job, I repaired the wiring for the upstairs furnace
Replaced and installed the kitchen faucet, hall bathroom faucet, and master bathroom toilet. We also replaced both stops underneath the half bath sink as well as the master toilet’s stop. Tested and checked for leaks
Customer had a toilet gurgling whenever they were running the kitchen sink, so upon arrival , I tested and saw it was a main line blockage that effected the entire house , so I gave the option to pull the toilet , once i pulled the toilet I saw the main line was full, so I ran my cable and I was able to clear the blockage and after testing the entire house the blockage was gone and no leaks scheduled for a camera tech to come tomorrow to pull the guest bathroom toilet and run the camera to inspect the cast-iron and leave a quote to replace all cast-iron
