Exceeded Expectations

David was great - I like how he took the time to explain my issue, and the options I had. My job involved cutting into sheetrock, which is never ideal. However, David did a great job at sealing off the area in plastic, and then he did a thorough clean up after the job was complete. I am impressed with the service TE provided on both of my visits.

Excellent service

We had an incredible experience with Ricky, not only did he do an amazing job with the plumbing work, but he also went above and beyond to help us while we were in the middle of moving. He was professional, reliable, and truly cared about making sure everything was done perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who brings both skill and kindness to their work, and we’re so grateful we found him. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and hardworking plumber!

The homeowner called because her tub spout was loose. We offered to either replace the spout or reset and install a new one. However, we discovered that the existing plumbing was made of PEX. I provided the homeowner with a couple of options to address the issue, one of which was to replace the shower valve for peace of mind. The reason for this recommendation was that parts for her current third-party shower valve were not readily available locally if she was to have issues down the road. I cut through the drywall behind the shower wall and replaced the old shower valve with a new Moen valve. I also installed a new tub shower trim and replaced the tub spout line with copper instead of PEX. After everything was installed, I applied silicone to the trim, tested everything, and checked for leaks.

For this job, the customer was having issues with the hit water, after further diagnosis we removed the insulation from the recirculation line. Once we removed insulation there was no check valve installed on the return causing crossover. To fix issue we installed a new check valve on the return, and replaced the check valve on the cold inlet as well. Once complete we installed a boiler drain on the return bled out the air from the return line, and tested our work. Every fixture in the home got hot. We set the temp to 120 degrees on heater.

Tenant was having issues with toilet on main level powder room near staircase. We made several attempts to auger through and clear whatever is causing it to not flush properly. After a dozen attempts that were unsuccessful I am recommending replacing. The toilet in the basement bathroom was not functioning properly. I was able to identify that the bathroom is on a pump system. The pump motor was running although the pump was not functioning. We replaced the pump and the lid to the pit. The existing lid was not properly sealed and was just sitting on top of the pit. Once everything was fully sealed and tested we added in support for the pipes.

We came out for no cool on Lennox unit from 2012. We found high limit switch was tripped. We reset the switch and system tried to kick on. System eventually came on, but the fan did not immediately start. After several seconds the fan kicked on and system was cooling. Unfortunately it ran for about 10 minutes and the high limit switch tripped again due to extreme heat the fan motor was producing. The capacitor is out of tolerance and contactor is heavily pitted showing signs of failure. The condenser coils are extremely impacted with dirt and debris causing major air flow issues. We inspected the furnace and found the evaporator coil has major biological growth underneath it. The blower wheel has dirt and debris buildup. Furnace also has single wall flu pipe and tape around it, both major code and safety violations. Condensation pump is extremely dirty and furnace does not have drain line switch and has high static pressure of .9. Customer is getting a quote on replacing system.

Returned to install customer supplied kitchen and bar sink faucets, as well as remove and replumb. The drainage for the kitchen sink. And install the range with a new gas flex line. Started by installing the customer supplied bar sink faucet and basket strainer. Installed both and filled sync up and tested for leaks on the drainage. No leaks. I then moved to the range and installed a five foot long yellow gas flex and turned on the gas and tested for leaks with bubbles. No gas leaks. Moved the range in place and turned the power on and tested to make sure all eight burners lit up. After that, move to the kitchen sink and uninstalled all the drainage plumbing and installed a customer supplied garbage disposal. Customer is going to need to have electrical come out to take care of the wiring in the wall.Customer is aware of this. I then installed a wye for the drainage for the disposal and then directly above that another wye to install a p trap for oneof the dishwashers to drain into. Aft
