Replace damaged wire for hot tub. Disconnect the hot tub needs to be 5 foot from the water of the hot tub The whip from the disconnect to the hot tub has 6/3 Romex that is not suitable for outdoor installation due to the lack of resistance to weather conditions and potential for moisture damage. Plastic sheeting can deteriorate under UV exposure and moisture can penetrate potentially ruining the connection, especially if it comes into contact with the bare copper ground wire. The Neutrals are double tapped which they need to be separated under their own individual screw Replaced non compatible breakers in panel
Switched out a flush meter bladder tank
Replaced prv with main shut off, adjusted pressure to 65 psi, and replaced water heater with all necessary code upgrades and hose bib connection
Customer had a polybutylene line that was going to the refrigerator once I installed the manifold, the line going to the refrigerator was leaking pulled out 4 foot of line and replaced with 4 ft of pex
Re-pipe customer supplied manifold in garage. Customer has gray poly to manifold all connections Below transition will not have warranty due to the gray poly issue. Customer has been notified of the warranty and is OK with the non-warranty of any of the gray pipe.
Replaced prv, set psi to 65, and replaced kitchen faucet. Also replaced fill valve in main bathroom toilet as a courtesy.
Customer called for potential mainline blockage. Pulled toilet in master bathroom and found no indication of a blockage at this time. Camera technician performed camera inspection on site and found no indication of blockages.
Check system for inspection and found that the blower wheel needs to be cleaned. Also found no wet switch or safety switch for better flood protection and that the air handler needs to be sealed better and found growth happening inside of the air handler and recommend a UV light to help keep the air and system cleaner, also recommend homecare to keep up with the maintenance on the system.
