Gary was assigned to perform electrical service by our pool and pavilion/entertainment area. He added a 4 gang GFCI outlet right behind the TV and surround sound under the pavilion. He added a circuit to the box where the pool pump and RV are plugged, so we could separate everything to avoid overloading the single circuit. We can now plug in everything out there. Gary performed an exemplary service and superb customer service. We are very impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism. The whole area was left super clean and flawless. Thank you Gary and TA for a fantastic job!! Highly recommend!!

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. **** roll out flame sensors have been disabled by a previous company. This unit needs further repair or replacement. It is a crucial safety device to shut down furnace in case of flame running outside of burners and should never be run without them ****

Replaced waste and overflow under master bath tub. Reset hall toilet, found 4in riser was cracked. Replaced 4x3 bend under neath and added new flange
Water leaking through the ceiling below the shower. Removed the shower grate and noticed the shower drain to be broken. Removed and replaced the shower drain. Ensured that the drain was properly seal. Turned on the water for testing. No further leaks detected with the shower. Sewer flies coming from the bathtub drain. Ran water to prime the p-trap. **there is a p-trap (U shaped drain pipe) below the tub that holds a certain amount of water to keep the smell of the sewer from coming into the home. If it is not used over time, the water will evaporate and cause smells of insects to crawl into the home. Checked the water pressure to the home and got a reading of 70psi. An ideal range for for your water pressure is between 50-80psi.
