Ran new gas line under ground around the back to the furnace in the basement
Customer had a bathroom sink that was clogging up upon arrival. I tested the sink and saw that it was isolated to one sink so I gave her the option to hand clean the drain and after removing the drain, I was able to remove the buildup that was making the drain drain slow. It was a lot of plastic like material that was stuck on the pop-up assembly After removing it. The drain is back working normally with no leaks and no backups present.

For this job, we worked on troubleshooting the bedroom circuit. Replaced all outlets and switches in the bedroom.
Customer had a sewer smell coming from the kitchen sink. I let him know that it could be from recently moving in and no water being ran through and I also recommended to treat the line with the enzyme to help odor smells and fight grease., customer ended up buying our treatment and we treated the line before leaving, and I let them know if the odor smell is continue to happen after running in the water and in the line, the next step will be replacing the Studor vent ,

Service visit on Generac 22kw standby generator
Travel Customer called us out due to baby pacifier dropped inside toilet while it was flushing. We flushed toilet multiple times with toilet paper and ran water for a long duration of time. There were no signs of a mainline blockage. Toilet flushed fine with no active blockage. Leaving estimates to replace toilet / rebuild toilet.
Installed air hammer arresters on washing machine valves. Tested with no leaks or failures at time of service
Turned water off to home. Replaced PFister cartridge for master shower. Restored water to home . Tested to confirm proper function and no leaks.
