Service visit on Generac 22kw standby generator
Travel Customer called us out due to baby pacifier dropped inside toilet while it was flushing. We flushed toilet multiple times with toilet paper and ran water for a long duration of time. There were no signs of a mainline blockage. Toilet flushed fine with no active blockage. Leaving estimates to replace toilet / rebuild toilet.
Installed air hammer arresters on washing machine valves. Tested with no leaks or failures at time of service
Turned water off to home. Replaced PFister cartridge for master shower. Restored water to home . Tested to confirm proper function and no leaks.
TESTED SYSTEM NOT HEATING FOR WHOLE HOME. UNIT HAS 3 ZONES FOR U/S, MAIN, & BASEMENT. FOUND NUMEROUS ISSUES INCLUDING A 1P SWITCH THAT IS FAILING TO POWER FURNACE, BYPASS DAMPER SET OPEN PERMANENTLY, & POOR OVERALL DESIGN. SYSTEM IS LACKING PROPER DUCTWORK FOR THE UNIT TO RUN PROPERLY. NOT ENOUGH RETURN AIR TO UNIT & WHEN ONLY ONE ZONE IS ON THE UNIT OVERHEATS. THESE ISSUES HAVE ALSO CAUSED NUMEROUS CRACKS IN THE HEAT EXCHANGERS. SYSTEM IS VERY DIRTY W/ DUST/DIRT BUILD-UP & LACKING FLOOD PROTECTIONS. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Provide, remove, replace toilet in break room bathroom Repair flange and install new wax and bolts and new supply line Apply sanitary seal at base of toilet Warehouse men’s room-6 Flushometer rebuild Complete Flushometer rebuild on all 4 toilets, and spud replacement on the #4 toilet Complete Flushometer rebuild on urinal #1 & #3, and spud replacement on urinal #1 Office men’s room- rebuild Flushometer on toilet in handicap stall Recommend replacement of batteries in all Toto Flushometer valves Gave estimates for other work as well. I have added an additional 5% discount if you’d like us to come replace your water heater.
