The tech was good at the technical aspects of the work, but was sloppy. He left me with a non-working water heater, and an unusable hose bib. He was sloppy, leaving stuff behind. The replacement of my pressure valve and expansion tank were done well.

Came in for a no cool call. Mini split 3y/o When testing outdoor system found that shredder valve was loose on suctions line, causing refrigerant to completely leak out of the system. Let costumer know about this issues and presented some options. Costumer move forward with repairs. Proceed to thigh shredder valve and leak tested too to make sure it wasn’t leaking my more and added the refrigerant back to factory charge. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Client has us out today because earlier when the upstairs hallway bathrooms faucet was running the tenant heard a loud bang and water began to flow from under the cabinet. The water is turned off to the home as of now, during my inspection I found that the supply lines that run up to the sink blew off completely from the plastic tee, both the hot and cold sides. The water ran down from the top story all the way to the basement and has the wood floors buckling, due to the buckling we could not access the water heater as the storage closet door won’t open due to the water damaged floors. We cannot check pressure as the storage closet door won’t open and the hose bibs are off. I presented options and today we just went with the replacement of the upstairs hallway bathrooms wide spread faucet. All work is done and water is back on with no leaks. Client stated they have contacted home owners insurance regarding the water damage left from the original faucet.
