We discovered a slow leak in our basement on a Saturday afternoon…. never a great time for plumbing problems! It was stressful trying to figure out what to do, especially with water soaking into the carpet. The plumber we normally use couldn’t get to us until Monday, so we called TE Certified Plumbers, and thankfully, they had a technician nearby. Nicholas arrived promptly and was such a nice guy! He was friendly, professional, and reassuring from the start. He quickly identified the problem, explained what was going on in clear terms, and got everything fixed efficiently! He truly made a stressful situation so much more pleasant! We’re so grateful for his help and wouldn’t hesitate to call TE Certified Plumbers (and Nicholas!) again in the future. Highly recommend!

Pull and reset left side toilet in hallway men’s room Flange is good. Install new bolts and wax seal, then reset toilet. No shims needed, apply sanitary seal at base. Install new China caps
Customer called us out for a whole home blockage. The main floor hall bathroom had leaked out into the basement when it backed up. We tested the line and it backed up again. I recommended we clear the line with a cable machine and use Endure for preventative maintenance on the kitchen sink line. Customer agreed. Customers toilet was an older model and I recommended replacing it but they were not ready at this time. I removed the toilet and ran the cable machine down successfully clearing the blockage. I then tested the line using the tub in the same bathroom and had no back ups. I cleaned the area and reset the toilet. A sewer supervisor will be out 3-6pm on Monday Dec. 1st. I cleaned up and tested the toilet.
Replaced leaking kitchen faucet with new customer supplied touchless faucet. Also replaced angle stops for kitchen sink.
Replaced master bath, toilet and flange and re-piped drain line. replaced garbage disposal in the kitchen tested with no leaks or failures at time of service
Performed customer 2 system fall (HEAT) homecare maintenance check. Home is vacant and for sale, homeowner met me a property. Did full evaluation for upstairs system, started heat from thermostat and noticed system was not coming on, did diagnostic on furnace and found that inducer draft motor has failed. Advised customer of issue, he approved to have new inducer draft motor and pressure switch installed, advised customer as well of a damaged 10” return duct, he approved to have repaired as well. Made repairs for system, tested and everything was working, tightened all connections on control board. Customer supplied air cleaner media pad. Did not find any more issues with heat, turned on ac unit and everything began to cool as well. Did full evaluation for the downstairs system, customer advised me that there was a leak coming from the flue pipe. We installed the system, fixed flue pipe under warranty tested and no more leaks. Needs all new ductwork for main floor. Ductwork is undersized at 930cfm for supply and return and needs 1400. Multiple spots where ducts are bent and restrict air flow and patched ductwork and added where it created a very poor air flow. Thermostat had no power customer installed own thermostats and fuse was blown. Quoted to correct drain line that immediately goes outside of catch pan and redo with either a condensate pump or redo of drain pvc and add appropriate flood protection.
Troubleshot loss of power in master, replaced a switch, and installed new surge protector

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Performed HomeCare routine maintenance inspection on two 12 y/o Lennox furnace matched with 9 y/o Lennox AC that operates for upper level and 12 y/o Lennox furnace matched with 2 y/o Goodman AC that operates for main level. Furnaces located in attic. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensors. Cleared pressure switch tubings. Cleared drain lines. Replaced main level ignitor. Replaced two 5 MFD capacitors for both systems. Installed inline water safety and wet switch for upper level. Performed blower wheel cleaning for both systems. Replaced two 16x25x1 filters. Recommend iWave- R Air Ionizer for main level system. Recommend supply plenum replacement for upper level. Condenser electrical components are good. Coils are fair. Informed customer of all findings. Systems are currently working.
Customer called us out for a clogged toilet. Upon testing fixtures found that they were experiencing a mainline blockage affecting single bathroom group. Pulled toilet in bathroom near kitchen and cleared blockage with cable machine. Camera inspection scheduled for 11-2 Tuesday.
