Excellent Service

I work in the service industry and have reps that service our clients just like your company. Johan and Galvin were the epitome of service professionals. I was skeptical to use your services at first and only used the ratings from google to use your service and I’m glad I did. These 2 techs were well dressed, very professional and transparent and lastly, had great attention to detail.

Came in for a no heat call. System is has been cycling on and off costumer stated. When testing system found that gas valve had failed due to age of the system. Also found airflow issues due to bio growth spreading inside the system. Let’s costumer know about this issues and presented options including system upgrade considering the years of the unit. Costumer decided to move forward with repairs. Work was done and tested. System is now up and running. Thank you for choosing TE Certified! If you are happy with today’s service, let us know by leaving a review. Would greatly appreciate it. :)

Performed diagnostic on 9 year old 80% furnace, customer stated that there was a squirrel in attic that may have chewed up duct, found small rip in return duct, as well as 6” supply duct that was disconnected from supply plenum, recommended replacing 6” duct, we did give a bandaid repair option on reconnecting duct, however it would be best to replace duct. Unit has float switch however float switch looked like it has been damaged likely due to an animal chewing switch, recommended adding wet switch in system to avoid any water damage, homeowner was in and out of meetings blower wheel is a little dirty filter will need to be replaced, recommended homecare as well as UV protection for system, we did not pull any tools off of the truck, homeowner stated she was not interested in homecare or any UV protection and that she was going to call around for different prices to repair/replace duct

Freeze break- front hose bib shut off valve was not completely off allowing water to pass through to hose bib. Pipe froze and separated progress fittings causing a leak Cut out valve and 90 fitting, replaced with new pipe and fittings Install valve tags at main shutoff and at hose bib shut off Recommend replacement of water heater and move to right so vent is to code.

Came out for Heating Inspection on 2 Goodman AC/NG 80% Furnaces. Made customer aware due to being below 60 degrees cant accurately depict how well and efficiently air conditioners are cooling. Found upstairs furnace (80,000 BTU for roughly 1400-1600sq ft) oversized for current application. It is constantly tripping high limit then resetting then repeating this cycle. This does not heat as efficiently as intended and over time this will wear out equipment faster. Main recommendation is to replace with proper sized furnace for maximum comfort and efficiency. Gas line currently not strapped properly and ran in front of blower fan housing. Can be an issue in future if repairs are needed. Recommend supporting properly and routing away from furnace door. Found return ducts with missing insulation, recommend replacing. Current AC coil in attic is 2 ton while outdoor coil is 2.5 ton. This can cause humidity issues having indoor coil sized smaller than outdoor. Recommend also sizing this proper

Customer has waterfall in the backyard. She was concerned that it might freeze from the water source. After inspection, I found the water source is not on, and we cannot find where it comes from or if it’s even hooked up It is recommended to unplug the pump for the waterfall during the winter time so the pump cannot freeze up And in the spring/summertime, just fill the water feature with a water hose like you have in the past then plug in the pump for the waterfall
