Jamie from management was great to work with and very responsive, calling back when he would say he was calling back. Payton and his team were awesome as well. They got in gave a great estimate and installed the Tesla universal charger the same day. They had to go through the roof and out the house about 35 feet. The work was clean and tidy and no issues. They even fixed a loose breaker wire as a bonus. Definitely would recommend them.

We needed our water heater replaced. Jonathan came out, inspected the situation and was able to give us a quote and a replacement all in the same day. The work was done extremely well and we were enjoying hot water that evening.

Customer has 10 y/o Lennox furnace matched with 17 y/o Payne AC that operates for main level and 38 y/o Carrier furnace matched with 14 y/o Lennox AC that operates for upper level. Systems are well past life expectancy. Experiencing significant decline and component failures. Performed blower wheel cleaning for both systems. Upgraded water protection for main level system. Replaced 40/5 MFD capacitor and 1-pole contactor for upper level system. Replaced four 20x25x1 filters. Informed customer of findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Customer has 5 y/o 2-zone Rheem system that operates for whole house. System supply and return plenums are mastic sealed and secure. Supply and return ducts are mastic sealed and secure. Noticed gaps in the roofing that need to be properly sealed. Recommend wire mesh covering for flue venting to prevent large insect entry. Secured condensate drain pump with tape and plastic covering to prevent insect attraction. System is currently working.

For this job, I work on helping Pam by troubleshooting a ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom that had suddenly stopped working. after troubleshooting, The motor on the 20 year old ceiling fan has finally stopped working. recommend purchasing new one and replacing. also left several other estimates and recommendations. Pam will get back to us whenever she is ready to move forward.
