Troubleshoot power outage in Primary bathroom
Performed customer 1 system HVAC INSPECTION customer has two units but other new system is under a maintenance contract with another company. Did full evaluation for furnace only today. System is 10 years old. Inside system is clean, blower wheel is clean, cleaned flame sensor, made sure pressure switch tube port was clean, condensation pump is in a pan and is working properly. System has a 16x25x1 electronic air cleaner media pad inside it. Amps on blower motor and inducer draft motor tested good with no issues. Did not find any issues with system performance everything with system is working great. System does need a Uv light installed on equipment customer declined recommendations today sent estimate via email
Completed task pointed out by buyers inspection report. Properly grounded outlets, installed GFIs, and fixed double tapped breaker in panel.

Came in for a no heat call. System is has been cycling on and off costumer stated. When testing system found that gas valve had failed due to age of the system. Also found airflow issues due to bio growth spreading inside the system. Let’s costumer know about this issues and presented options including system upgrade considering the years of the unit. Costumer decided to move forward with repairs. Work was done and tested. System is now up and running. Thank you for choosing TE Certified! Performed diagnostic on 9 year old 80% furnace, customer stated that there was a squirrel in attic that may have chewed up duct, found small rip in return duct, as well as 6” supply duct that was disconnected from supply plenum, recommended replacing 6” duct, we did give a bandaid repair option on reconnecting duct, however it would be best to replace duct. Unit has float switch however float switch looked like it has been damaged likely due to an animal chewing switch, recommended adding wet switch in system to avoid any water damage, homeowner was in and out of meetings blower wheel is a little dirty filter will need to be replaced, recommended homecare as well as UV protection for system, we did not pull any tools off of the truck, homeowner stated she was not interested in homecare or any UV protection and that she was going to call around for different prices to repair/replace duct
