I originally hired Jordan for a small job of installing an exterior light and outlet. It was during this job that it was discovered that previous electrical work completed by other companies was done incorrectly, leaving some wires ungrounded and other live wires laying in insulation in the attic. Jordan didn't just tell me what was wrong, but instead he showed me the wires, explained what needed to be done, and documented everything. Done right is better than being done cheap!

Replaced customers PRV to correct a high water concern that was causing their TNP line to leak from the water heater quote to re-pipe house, replace water heater replace water service and also left quote for a tankless option. Customer‘s whole house is piped with half-inch lines and should be replaced with lines of a proper size.
Troubleshot flickering lights and tripped breaker for the water heater. Tankless water heater has 3 40 amp breakers and one would trip. Load calculation as well as amperage readings were performed. Service load is 144 amps on a 200 amp service and should not be overloading the main. The homeowners are aware that since it is such a big power draw, the lights flickering is a common occurrence. The amp readings were right at 34 amps on each individual breaker. Everything on our end is working properly. New breakers were installed to eliminate the possibility of it being a breaker issue. All the taps in the house had hot water running and held fine on the new breakers. If issues persist, they were made aware to contact a plumber to do a further diagnosis on the water heater. 17 mismatched breakers were also replaced in the panel
Directional bore new water main service from water meter to foundation wall under porch. Create new foundation water main service penetration at flagged area. Sleeve new water, main service from meter through foundation and tie into existing plumbing system in basement install new three-quarter full port ball valve, fix section of pipe with pinhole leaks in basement adjacent water heater

Troubleshoot sparking wires Replaced dimmer Demo out bad wiring
No heat call. System was recently installed (not by us). Installers used the wrong female to male plug for the electric heat. Did not find the correct plug laying around so I wired it correctly with wire nuts. Thermostat was also bad (wasn’t replaced with install). Replaced thermostat as well. Checked heating and cooling. No issues at this time.
Tested system for whole home. Found ductwork issues causing unit to freeze and whole system sweating. This has also caused inside of the unit to be full of growth. The water safeties are subpar and drain line needs to be rerouted in order to correct pitch.
Found failed condensation pump and failing capacitor. I replaced these parts with the homeowners permission. I found that the furnace board was intermittently turning off the blower motor while running the AC system. I emailed an estimate to replace the furnace board and to add a water safety relay (flood protection). The AC system was operating at the end of service call.
Replace water service line. Installed new PRV, main water shut off valve, and insulated all piping in garage.

Replaced dryer outlet,gfi dryer,gfi washer and D/W, surge protection
Perform a leak repair in the outdoor pressurized system with nitrogen to ensure no leaks vacuum system down to 600 µm to remove any moisture charge the system with 7 pounds of 410 a refrigerant start up system for proper operation
Ran new dedicated circuit for septic pump control wiring
