I originally hired Jordan for a small job of installing an exterior light and outlet. It was during this job that it was discovered that previous electrical work completed by other companies was done incorrectly, leaving some wires ungrounded and other live wires laying in insulation in the attic. Jordan didn't just tell me what was wrong, but instead he showed me the wires, explained what needed to be done, and documented everything. Done right is better than being done cheap!

Repiped hot and cold water lines for existing electric water heater. Installed new expansion tank and bracket. Turned water on and pressurized system to test for leaks.

Responded to inadequate cooling. System was running when I arrived, proceeded to check pressures found suction side low but liquid side wasn’t bad, indicating poor air flow. Went to indoor unit and checked blower capacitor found capacitor low, replaced and fan was still running slow. Recommended changing fan motor and capacitor. While inspecting the system noticed biological growth inside the system recommended IAQ Equipment. Installed recommended equipment, started and tested system. System is now cooling properly.
Installed new gas line from brake underground to pool heater put protective coating on three-quarter gas line. All work was tested and documented with pictures.
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Performed 3 system homecare. Check and changed filters with 1 inches filters. Units are all 4 inches filters will need to bring them for each maintenance. Check and tested electrical, found main and upstairs unit with dirty blowers, none of the systems have te standard flood protection, recommend adding IAQ blue tube to each unit to prevent growth on all systems. Also quoted steam humidifier for main level unit will need to schedule electrical and plumbing if custimer signs estimates. Units are operations at this time.
Outdoor fan shroud is warped. The shaft on fan motor is wobbling. Recommend replacing fan blades because of the rubbing on shroud. Need to find parts availability and pricing of shroud Friday morning.
Troubleshoot ceiling fans,sauna,sub panel attic wiring and provide main panel check. Customer had to leave. Garage was the main place I did troubleshooting. The quote provided is what will make the garage safe and bring it up to code.
Troubleshoot outlet in garage to the left of the door to go in the house. Replace the same outlet. Replace gfi and box in ceiling directly in front of decora outlet. Install 1” Ko in electrical panel. Whole home inspection is recommended. I did not have access to the whole house.
