Great

Marc could not have been a nicer and more competent guy. He extended his hand in friendship and that is very important to me. He gave me good advice and I felt as though his price quote was fair. He needed to go to Home Depot to complete the job and the tool he purchased ended up being of no help. He was cheerful in spite of this disappointment. Because of him, I would consider using TE again for any plumbing issues. I am sincere in all that I say and I grateful for the entire situation. My any thanks

As we arrived back today, we came back to finish trimming out all of the devices we installed last week. We purchased and installed five countertop lights. We installed a customer supplied microwave over the oven. We performed a troubleshoot on the master bedroom fan. We found the wires that were crossed and removed them and rewired it properly so the three-way controlled the light on the fan and the single pole switch controlled the fan only. Finished running all wires into the electrical panel and installed all dual function and GFI breakers. Once everything was landed and installed installed all breakers and power worked properly throughout the kitchen area. The kitchen island was not finished being installed so for now the wire is rolled up in the garage area. Once the island is finished and the countertop is installed, we will come back to install the customer supplied countertop receptacle and wiring. Hope all of you have a happy new year! Safe travels back to Utah. Thank you,

As we arrived back here today, Tuesday, December 23, we’ve come back to fulfill the estimate of roughing in the new kitchen area. We installed seven new dedicated circuits for the kitchen area. We pulled wire through a chase in the basement above the electrical panel all the way across the basement floor up into the areas where we installed new receptacles. We installed six 120 V dedicated circuits. One for the microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, disposal and two separate countertop circuits. Installed one 240 V circuit for the oven. We mainly used the holes that are opened up by the plumbers to pull all of our wires through. We did have to cut a few holes in the sheet rock ourselves. We also installed a new switch leg and wiring for countertop lights, which will be installed under the cabinets once they are put in. From that switch leg, we installed a three-way switch at both entryway doors so you could turn the undercabinet lights on at either location. We also installed a new rece

Replace existing meter with a new meter-main panel that includes breaker spaces, including one dedicated space for the pool sub-panel. Replace the existing pool sub-panel and provide GFCI protection for all pool equipment. Upgrade and update the grounding and bonding system to meet current code requirements. Install whole-house surge protection. Work to be completed under required permit and subject to county inspection and approval. Today as we returned December 18, I’ve come back to fulfill the estimate of replacing the outside meter base and burned up subpanel. What’s the power company cut power to the house? I removed the existing damaged meter base and replaced it with a new Siemens 200 amp meter base. I also removed both of the sub panels that were on the side of the house connected to the meterbase. Neither one of the sub panels was controlled by a means of disconnect which is against current code requirements and is dangerous. Power for the subpanel upstairs, I ran directly i

A troubleshooting inspection was performed for a tripping breaker at the pool sub-panel. The sub-panel is fed from the meter-main, and a direct short within the sub-panel caused the main breaker to trip. The fault also damaged the bus bar, resulting in the sub-panel requiring full replacement. The short originates from faulty pool equipment, which must be inspected and/or replaced prior to installing the new sub-panel. Estimates for the required repairs have been attached.
