Replaced 2 delta cartridges monitor series 17 master bathroom, shut down water to house, replaced cartridges, pressurized system up. Blew air out of line, tested, caulked, no leaks. Quoted for new water heaters.

RETURN VISIT: Replace and install new oem condenser fan motor and Dual run capacitor 45/5 uf and clean condenser coil with chemical. Test cooling mode and test refrigerant charge pressures are ok at Manufactured specifications. After final inspection package unit is Working ok at this moment. Thanks for choosing TE CERTIFIED.

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the outdoor condenser unit stop working. After complete troubleshooting I found the package unit 3 1/2 ton capacity 6 years old is in Poor maintenance conditions the Condenser fan motor is overheating and running on high amperage and Open internal overload and stop working motor was replaced 2 years ago And the Dual run capacitor 45/7.5 is not the correct one for this unit Needs 45/5.0 uf this system is 6 years old and is out of warranty. I recommend new oem condenser fan motor new oem Dual run capacitor And Condenser coil cleaning with chemical to restore efficiency. Homeowner is aware of the conditions of the system. Parts are not available and we need to order will take 2 to 3 business days to get parts. Homeowner approved repairs and we will order parts asap to return to complete repairs. Made all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns, replaced defective capacitor, chemically cleaned condenser coil and cleared condensation line. System is now cooling.
