John and Austin were fantastic! They arrived on time and listened as I explained our electrical issue. They got straight to work diagnosing and worked up multiple options and quotes. They were able to repair our dryer cord, the electrical outlet, and made some recommended safety updates to our breaker within a couple of hours. John also answered a few questions I had regarding some other electrical situations in our home and made some great recommendations. RETURN VISIT: Replace and install new oem condenser fan motor and Dual run capacitor 45/5 uf and clean condenser coil with chemical. SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the outdoor condenser unit stop working. After complete troubleshooting I found the package unit 3 1/2 ton capacity 6 years old is in Poor maintenance conditions the Condenser fan motor is overheating and running on high amperage and Open internal overload and stop working motor was replaced 2 years ago And the Dual run capacitor 45/7.5 is not the correct one for this unit Needs 45/5.0 uf this system is 6 years old and is out of warranty. I recommend new oem condenser fan motor new oem Dual run capacitor And Condenser coil cleaning with chemical to restore efficiency. Homeowner is aware of the conditions of the system. Parts are not available and we need to order will take 2 to 3 business days to get parts. Homeowner approved repairs and we will order parts asap to return to complete repairs.
