Found dirty filter, dirty condenser coil, dirty blower, failed jam run capacitor. And growth inside of unit. There was also no te standard flood protection. Customer did all necessary work and also added a evap coil deep clean to another estimate for later . Also recommended IAQ as well. Customer join homecare Unit is now operational and cooling home.
Performed 1 system diagnostics. I found that the safeties on the condensation pump had failed. I removed the safeties on the condensation pump and ran the systems. I checked refrigerant levels and found that the system was operating at abnormal pressures due to lack of air flow. The system needs duct work added to the supply and return side of the system. I also found that the condensation tube is failing and is not allowing the pump to pump water freely. The system also needs flood protection added to it; to help prevent flooding of the home in the near future. It the homeowner continues to run the system in it’s current condition they will cause premature system failure and will possibly cause the system to flood the home. The home has been advised.
For this job, we did a Home Care Safety Inspection. Replaced 4 switches, replaced 3 mismatched breakers, and replaced 3 light fixtures.

Arc fault and GFCI circuit breakers are designed to shut off should a hazard exist or appear in your electrical system. Arc fault and GFCI technology is intuitive and detects electrical problems far earlier than traditional breakers. A tripping arc fault breaker or GFCI breaker is an indication of an electrical issue in the wiring circuit and not an issue with the breaker or electrical panel. TE Certified Electricians does not know if any hidden hazard exists in your electrical system or if an arc fault breaker and/or GFCI breaker will detect an issue. However, should an arc fault breaker/GFCI breaker discover an electrical issue in your homes wiring, additional troubleshooting will be required at an additional charge. The State of Georgia and the National Electrical Code have required arc fault breakers in new installations since 200
