John and Austin were fantastic! They arrived on time and listened as I explained our electrical issue. They got straight to work diagnosing and worked up multiple options and quotes. They were able to repair our dryer cord, the electrical outlet, and made some recommended safety updates to our breaker within a couple of hours. John also answered a few questions I had regarding some other electrical situations in our home and made some great recommendations. I can't say enough how great TE Certified has been with our HVAC and electrical issues we've had over the past year. All of the techs that have visited have been on time, courteous, and knowledgeable!

Tech arrived to problem call for entire home. On arrival found thermostats at roughly 55/56 in home. System is zoned and roughly 6 years old. Inspected units. System was on and running on arrival. Home is not occupied and workers were home with garage door open and inside door open allowing cold air to enter home. Verified heat strips are operational. Verified zones are operational. Supply air through vents was roughly 140-150 degree air. Watched system go up several degrees during run time. Checked outdoor unit. Unit is operational. Outdoor unit is in dirty condition and needs a cleaning. Capacitor is within specs and refrigerant pressures appear to be within specs at this time. System does not have adequate flood protection. Homeowner left before inspection was done. Sent quotes to email. Thank you for letting TE CERTIFIED service your home.
Found 24 volt short in condenser at pressure switch. Repaired wire and tested system. Zone board was wired directly into the main transformer and since it was unprotected it shorted out. Needs new zone board and it to be wired to separate transformer with its own fusible link for protection.
Disposal is burnt up and was not operable due to clogged ptrap Remove and replace customer supplied disposal Unclog ptrap as well Everything works great
