Jon Mann was very helpful, he came in and diagnosed our broken air conditioner and was able to get us up in running once the parts came in. He was respectful and made sure to wear shoe covers when in the house. We appreciate his hard work.

Came out for Home Care heating/cooling check on 3 AC/90% Furnaces. 2 in attic 2 in basement. 2019 Goodman Zoned system for master bedroom and guest bedroom in attic, 2022 Lennox system for upstairs. 1998 Carrier system for basement, 2019/2022 Lennox AC/Goodman Furnace for main floor. Cleared all condensate lines, found no TE Standard flood protection for either systems, recommend adding. Found no UV Protection for either systems recommended APCO-Xs with air scrubbers. For older Carrier furnace found weak 7.5mfd capacitor. Main recommendation for this system is to consider looking into replacing due to age and obsolete refrigerant. Still left quote incase they would like to proactively replace weak capacitor. All 3 systems cooling and heating at this time. Recommended replacing all 3 space guard 16x25x5 filters. Not in truck stock, customer approved for us to come back out and install once we order them. Set up with dispatch. Left inspection reports and quotes via email
Customers kitchen sink is clogged. Used camera to trace drain to exterior to determine where it exits.
This was a pre purchase inspection of the plumbing system. The shower drain in the master needs to be replaced due to leaking. The water heater is old and recommending replacement soon. The kitchen drain needs to be replaced due to it being back pitched. The garbage disposal will need to be replaced. Had difficulty with operation of the kitchen faucet. Seal the hose bibbs and vacuum breakers need to be installed.
Tub spout in master shower was bent downwards due to it being leaned on for support. Cut and repiped spout connection as well replaced spout onto new connection. Tested and checked for leaks
For this job I came out for a pin hole leak, I cut out a section of dry wall exposing the red pex piping found the leak cut out a section of piping and installed a new section. I also reworked and repiped and strapped new expansion tank. Turned on water bled lines of air and tested my fittings for leaks. Conducted a super clean up
Today Felicia has us out here because she noticed water in her garage and would like for us to take a look and see what it is. Upon further inspection saw that when turning the water back onto the house, the water is coming from the back wall of where the water heater is located in the dead space. Cut open the drywall where the dead spaces located through the pantry and got inside to where I have found the leak. Split had opened on the hotline where it was leaking close to where it tees off to the water heater. Performed a minor pipe repair, pressurize the system, and saw no more leaks. Highly recommend re-piping the house that is almost 20 years old with original piping for they will experience more pinhole leaks in the future and doing repairs only gives them borrow time will provide estimates for them and they can review and see what they want to do.
At arrival on 10/31/25 Issue: no heat System: whole home Finding: bad pilot, bad gas valve, bad blower motor, dirty blower wheels and air ducts. System 34 years old. Cracked heat exchanger. Furnace has failed. The AC is R-22 and 27 years old. The AC unit is in bad shape as well. Recommendations: Gave option to get anew full system replacement quote. Set a lead for Wednesday from 2 to 5pm for a full replacement quote. Home owner will be at home.
Installed two ceiling fans in 5e upstairs bedrooms 1+2, both existing boxes were not fan rated, so installed fan rated boxes for each location and removed the old ones. Both fans tested and working.
Today I was called out because there was loss of power in the outlets in the bedroom in the back left of the home and the kitchen lights. Upon diagnosis, I found an outlet in the bedroom that had failed from loose connections and overheated the wires. I trimmed back the damage portion of the wire and terminated with a new outlet. I also replaced the remaining three outlets in that room and a switch for a total of four outlets. The home has metal boxes so I bonded each box where they were not before. I also replaced four breakers some were non-you well and/or overrated. The breakers that I replaced or circuit numbers 10, 16, 5 & 7 (240), and 13 & 15 (240)
Customers main levelGuest bathroom toilet was rocking on the floor slightly.I also observed a little bit of discoloration on the right side tank to bowl bolt. Customer agreed to have the wax ring and tank rebuilt. I turned the water off to the.Residence and pulled the toilet as well as rebuilt the tank. After rebuilding the tank, I reseated the toilet with a new wax.Ring and bolts. I then installed a new supply line and then turned the water back on to the house and filled up the toilet tested for leaks. I then caulked the base of the toilet to the floor. Showed the customer all of the new parts within the toilet. No, further issues.Thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs
Troubleshoot light not working in bathroom
We came out today due to some lights flickering in the home. The areas that were effected was in the kitchen (1) light bulb flickering on and off then would stay on after awhile and then repeat. The other location was in the master bathroom for the sconce lights and a couple of these bulbs were very dim or not working. The customer stated that she took a surge last year and lost a tv which was replaced. She also stated that she had a surge protector installed at the panel. We went to the panel and removed the cover and found the Eaton Micro Surge installed inside the panel on a 2p15 CL breaker. I checked the condition of the grounding electrode system for the home and noticed that it was utilizing a UFER (Concrete Encased Electrode) which was located to the bottom left of the panel behind a 2g plate. After removing the plate I found where a #6 bare copper wire had been installed which is a violation of 250.52 (3)(2) and should be a #4 bare copper conductor. We informed the homeowne
For this job, I completed a troubleshoot for outlets not working. The customer is the HOA president and they have a meter/disconnect that powers their irrigation system. The system was not working and he called us out to investigate. I tested the voltage with no brewers on and I got 240/120. After connecting a GFCI device and a keyless light, I got voltage fluctuations from 97-139. After inspecting the system, I believe it is a power company issue. I called the power company but they would not let me report the issue since I am not associated with the HOA. I told the customer to call them and if they determine it is not their issue, then we will send over an estimate to replace the system.
