Jeff did a repair for us in past years and I appreciate his honesty, thoroughness and willingness to get the job done right the first time! We had several items to repair: an indoor/outdoor leak, and expired water heater, a leaky tub faucet and some pipe valve replacements. Jeff is knowledgeable and skilled and made me feel valued as a customer. I also appreciated that he got the job all done in one day. Thank for your dedication to great service!!

Ben came to our house for our biannual HVAC service. He found a few issues and was very clear about our options and we came up with a great plan to get everything fixed. We’re looking forward to seeing him again!

We had an emergency the day before Thanksgiving when we found a water leak in our basement ceiling. TE was quick to help and had Cory to our house in 2 hours. Cory was professional and quick to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. I had never heard of or used TE before, but their rating on Google (5-star with over 6k reviews) made them an easy choice and my first call. No one likes plumbing issues, but if it happens to you, they should be your first and only call.

Replaced 40 gallon short gas water heater. Replaced bad PRV as a courtesy.
Arrived at the customer’s home to complete quoted repairs on the whole home HVAC system. Customer noticed that the thermostat for the system was off. Discovered that the condensate pump was unplugged, preventing the furnace condensation from leaving and tripping the float switch. Plugged the pump back in and the furnace began to work properly. Connected the two flex ducts with duct strap, rerouting them around the new support joist. Discovered that there was a horizontal section to the new joist, so the metal supply duct needed to be rerouted. Picked up R-8 8” flex duct from Apex Supply Marietta. Replaced the supply with a flex duct and secured it with duct strap. Disposed of the old metal duct. Reported results to the customer.
Replaced hose bib and isolation valve. Replaced failed thermal expansion tank. Replaced trap and added a dishwasher tailpiece. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.
Arrived at the customer’s home to build a quote for temporarily removing ductwork so that other contractors can perform renovations in the crawlspace. Got approval from the customer to perform the temporary repairs. Removed the three ducts blocking the space where the support beam is desired. Sealed off the return ducts. Reported results to the customer. Will need to return a different day to put the ductwork back in the proper location.
Thermostat Came out today to install 3 nest thermostats provided by the homeowner. I installed all 3 thermostats, set the equipment details, and the homeowner set them up for his Nest app. While making wire changes in the furnace control boards, I noticed the basement system had a burnt high limit switch. This equipment is 22 years old, Trane gas furnace. I performed a safety check on the heat exchanger after observing no burnt high limit. The heat exchanger has multiple cracks in it and is no longer safe to heat the home. I also observed that the blower wheel was dirty and the blower motor was seeping oil at the main seal, the igniter and flame rectifier are both weak and corroded, weak inducer that is over amping and has worn bearings, and no wet switch or emergency drain pan. At 22 years old this equipment is well past average life expectancy and has multiple weak/original components that are subject to failure at anytime. Due to the age, condition, and safety concern, I recommende
Came out to inspect leak that was coming inside of the home. This was a previous customer from another company where I had installed a front yard hydrant. While I was on the property, I also let the customer know that their water heater was ten years old.And their pressure was a hundred and thirty five psi. As well, the customer showed me that they had a 3 handle shower valve. That very, very hotly hard to turn off. And in the same tub that the the tub drain was very corroded. A customer agreed to have used us dig up the yard hydrant and install a new hose bib and do a repair on the water service line as well as seal the inside and outside of the homem we also replaced the water heater and fresher regulating valve and emergency shutoff. We also installed a new set of three handle shower valves and tub drain. Water heater has a stand sitting inside of the pan. Thermal expansion tank that is bracketed to the side of the water heater. We also replaced the t m p drain line. All the way to t

Homeowner reported black residue leaking down kitchen drain lines. Upon inspection, discoloration was caused by an active leak at the kitchen sink basket strainer. Options were discussed with the homeowner, and she elected to proceed with a full rebuild of the kitchen sink drain system. Work completed as approved.
Installed the last toilet quoted for this house
Preformed inspection. Only issue found was failed garbage disposal. Left estimate for replacement.
Customer thought oven was a 3 wire circuit so wanted us to come take a look and see what needed to happen to convert it to a 4 wire circuit. In our troubleshoot came to find out circuit is already a 4 wire circuit just had a 30 amp plug and not a 50 so the solution was so remove 30 amp plug and install 50 amp plug.
Replaced 7 customer supplied toilets. Also replaced 8 supply valves and supply lines for toilets. 8th toilet was a 8 inch rough but the toilet was a 12. So customer will be acquiring a new 8 inch rough and we will return. Tested all toilets for proper function. No leaks. Sealed base of toilet per ipc.
Arrived on site and customer said that the shower was constantly dripping water and had a leaking sink. I went ahead and tested the house pressure and found out the pressure was at 110 which I also found the expansion tank on the water heater had failed due to high pressure as well. I went ahead and replaced the pressure regulator and set pressure to 65 psi I also replaced the shower cartridge put in a new expansion tank and replaced a pop-up assembly for the bathroom sink. Once all repairs were made. Hi did a walk-through through the house and confirmed my work areas.
