We had an emergency the day before Thanksgiving when we found a water leak in our basement ceiling. TE was quick to help and had Cory to our house in 2 hours. Cory was professional and quick to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. I had never heard of or used TE before, but their rating on Google (5-star with over 6k reviews) made them an easy choice and my first call. No one likes plumbing issues, but if it happens to you, they should be your first and only call.

Replaced Flood Light Replaced Switch for Fan Control
We replaced a ceiling fan with a standard flush mount light.
For this job, we gave options on replacing a leaking 50 gallon gas water heater in the garage. The customer opted to go with option 2 which was a 10 year warranty water heater. We performed work checked for leaks, and cleaned up. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.
New outlet in garage near rolling doors
Troubleshoot why the garage outlet melted.
Prepare space for new sauna. Previous room had three outlets on dedicated circuit prewired for gym equipment. Isolate and demoed the three outlets to one for the sauna. Capped off and removed all outlets not needed and isolated circuit to one outlet making it a dedicated circuit and replacing standard breaker with GFCI protected breaker.
TE certified will excavate, saw cut, and repair approximately 10 feet of sewer line underground. We will be installing schedule 40 PVC. We won’t surf full function and test it and offer a lifetime warranty on our work.

I arrived at the customers home and they had previously called us out because they had a sewer back up. I pulled the toilet on the ground level and did a camera inspection out to the county tap. About 57 feet into the line I found a section of broken pipe with tree roots growing in. I’ve located it to be under the driveway. Friday we are going to come out and saw cut out a portion of the driveway, dig down, and replace approximately 10 feet of sewer line. The work will come with a lifetime warranty. The customer paid a deposit of $2788.
Replaced a gas control valve under manufacturer warranty. Completed work and tested for proper function.
Troubleshooting breaker tripping for upstairs hallway lights
Performed a diagnosis on the water heater with the help of the manufacturer to help determine that the gas control valve needs to be replaced. Will be returning Monday, December 22 to install new gas control valve.
Nancy called us today due to a leak in the kitchen ceiling of her rental property. Once I arrived I preformed a thorough evaluation of the plumbing system. I found not only the leak, but a failed prv and thermal expansion tank. I recommended replacing those in addition to the leak repair to reduce the risk of other leaks. Nancy agreed and authorized work. I replaced the prv, the thermal expansion tank, and made a repair in the 3/4 copper in the kitchen ceiling. Restored water, ran every fixture in the home to purge the system of air, and set new prv to 55 psi. Cleaned my mess and called Nancy to go over the work I preformed.
