We had an emergency the day before Thanksgiving when we found a water leak in our basement ceiling. TE was quick to help and had Cory to our house in 2 hours. Homeowner had leak coming from the shower head in the master bathroom. The home is 10 years old and the pressure regulator is currently leaking. I recommended the replacement of the valve along with replacing the shower cartridge. Homeowner decided to replace the cartridge only at this time. Homeowner understands that there is no warranty on the work performed today due the the pressure regulator needs to be replaced. Left estimates for the regulator and water heater due to age.
Inspected for issue. All faucets and tubs were producing rusty water on the hot side. The homeowner stated that another company flushed it on 12/22. Replaced water heater with a new 10 year manufacturers warranty unit. Repiped as needed. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.
Installed two customer supplied wide spread faucets. We also replaced the p traps and supply lines. Tested once complete to ensure proper function and no leaks.
Installed new floor outlet in living room. Replaced 2 non UL listed breakers. Installed whole home surge protection.
Run new outlets and mount customer supplied tv and mounts. Install in living room above the mantle and other in primary bed on upper floor. Both are protected by dual function outlets due current conditions of existing electrical panel.
