Informed me of things that I really did not take any account of it appears I had some pretty dangerous situations going on that he pointed out. I’m very grateful for his work on my electrical outlets and my fuse panel.
In the end, the technician was extremely thorough, polite and knowledgeable. The decision to go with them for replacement of units will hinge a lot around price but the technician was pretty awesome!

Shuan Gates was a pleasure to work with regarding our repair service. He was very thorough, courteous, and professional. He took time to explain his findings and offered the best solution to remedy the situation. He stated the time frame to complete the work and it was done just as stated. Looking forward to working with him again for future servicing of our new appliance.
He described the problem and fixed it. He also presented a discount coupon that we were able to use.

Diagnose washing machine outlet and the smoke detector in the upstairs hallway. We found that the washing machine breaker was turned off and that the smoke detector wires were poorly connected. We reset washing machine breaker and we also re connected the smoke detector wires to insure a good connection.
Call today’s visit with performed a trouble shoot for the kitchen lighting breaker tripping.
Homeowner had an arc at their master bath GFCI due to a hairdryer incident that burnt the outlets. The homeowner tried to replace the GFCI himself but there was no power on the circuit. During my troubleshoot I found that the breaker was tripped, but was hard to see that it was in the tripped position. Once I turned the breaker back on I found that the GFCI was wired backwards. I rewired the GFCI and tested everything. All the outlets in the master bath are now working properly.

I was called out to Chiquita‘a house because the thermostat was dislodged from the wall and the wires were pulled out. I installed the wires back into the wall and reinstalled the thermostat and the system began working normally. During the visual check we discovered the flue pipe for the furnace is single wall when it should have been replaced with the system to be b-vent/double wall. I also confirmed the system was registered so it has the full 10 year manufacturer warranty.
Replace ballast in fluorescent light in basement kitchen.
I was called out to Kelly’s house for a Homecare maintenance as well as clean the wheels in all 4 systems and installing a wet switch on the basement system. During the evaluation we discovered the upstairs system wasn’t working properly and after speaking with tech support we will need to replace some parts on the evaporator coil and potentially the compressor once the initial repairs are performed and the system is tested afterwards but otherwise the other systems are working well. I was unable to replace the thermistors today because the parts were unavailable but once I return for the other repairs we can install those as well.
