Great Job

Jon Mann was very helpful, he came in and diagnosed our broken air conditioner and was able to get us up in running once the parts came in. He was respectful and made sure to wear shoe covers when in the house. We appreciate his hard work.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from Malik today. From the moment he arrived, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system, explained everything clearly, and had it back up and running in no time. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also performed a full system check to ensure everything was working at peak efficiency. Excellent & Quick Service

This company came recommended to me by my home inspectors. Craig & Dan were on time which I loved! I needed an outlet installed behind a mount & tv I had them put up. I showed them the space, they gave me my estimate, once I signed off, they got right to work. They worked swiftly, were professional & polite. They also cleaned up after themselves. I was impressed. Picked up the material from Mingledorff’s Marietta. Arrived at the customer’s home to complete quoted repairs. Removed the refrigerant from the system. Used the torches to sweat the old coil out. Removed the insulation and mastic and completely removed the coil. Removed the old filter drier. Installed the replacement evaporator coil and filter drier. Pressure tested with over 200 psig of nitrogen. Pulled a vacuum on the system down to 600 microns and performed a decay test. Sealed the new evaporator coil to the furnace and plenum. Added 7.5 lbs of R-410A into the system and ensured it has the proper charge (sub cooling is now 10). Tested the temperature difference between the supply and return, which is now 17 degrees. Installed a wet switch and SS1 on both systems and tested operation. Reported the results to the customer. Signed the customer up for the Homecare maintenance plan and applied the 10% discount.

For this job, I completed a troubleshoot for a home that had smoke in the kitchen. I inspected the electrical outlets in the area and besides having backstabbed connections, they did not appear to be burnt. I also inspected the panel and bust bar but did not notice any burning. It appears that the smoke the customer had originated from the microwave.

The homeowner's toilet flush valve was broken, so I performed a complete toilet rebuild, which included replacing the fill valve, flush valve tower, and the bolts for the toilet tank. I informed the homeowner that there would be no warranty for the toilet rebuild. After completing the repairs, I tested everything and checked for leaks.

The shower strainer was leaking due to the putty seal, but the homeowner preferred to replace everything for peace of mind. I replaced the strainer with a new one and re-piped the shower drain, installing a new P-trap. After completing the work, I tested everything and checked for leaks.

Arrived at the customer’s home to find the cause of no cooling on the main floor system. The customer also found water in the emergency drain pan. Tested cooling from the thermostat. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Ran duct load calculations. After finding the system is very low on refrigerant, performed a leak search at the coil. A leak was found at the evaporator coil. We will need to call Carrier in the morning to check on the availability of the replacement part. For the meantime, scheduled to return Friday August 22nd 8-10 (Kurtz #442340). This date will most likely change when the part is located.

Customer called us today because they were having some alternating water pressures when running fixtures. They told it happened throughout the day but only after not running water for a while. We went ahead and tested the water pressure and my gauge read 55 psi. It did not change from this point indicating rising water pressure due to a failed prv. We then tested the thermal expansion tank and found it had failed. We replaced the thermal expansion tank and secured it to the structure with an approved mounting bracket. We set the pressure inside the tank to 60 psi. Restored water to the home and ran air from the lines. We had customer run fixtures as well to ensure the problem is resolved. They were happy with our work and our response time today. No issues when we left.

Customer called me out for a 2nd story back up in the toilet the sink and shower. Upon testing the shower was very clogged and holding water. I used the tub gun to clear the blockage. No signs of a mainline present during the visit involving other fixtures. Septic work done on customers home on aug. 12th 2025. Tested all fixtures in bathroom and all seem to be working correctly. Told customer to contact us if any further signs are to present themselves.
