We had an emergency the day before Thanksgiving when we found a water leak in our basement ceiling. TE was quick to help and had Cory to our house in 2 hours. Cory was professional and quick to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. I had never heard of or used TE before, but their rating on Google (5-star with over 6k reviews) made them an easy choice and my first call. Homeowners ice maker water line had failed and was leaking. Shut water off and cut out failed valve and section of CPVC piping. Transitioned to copper piping and installed a new shut off valve and stainless steel braided ice maker line. Let glue cure and turned water on. Purged air from the system and tested. Everything is working properly at this time.
Customer called us out for a bad motor in the kitchen garbage disposal. I tested the disposal and found that it was jammed and the reset button was triggered. I recommended replacing the garbage disposal due to it being 13 years old and very rusty. Customer agreed. I removed the old disposal and installed the new one then tested for any leaks.
For this job I came out and installed a customer supplied garbage disposal, removed old one, removed old garbage disposal lock mount and installed new one. Tested and checked for leaks. Conducted a super clean up.

For this option, we will be installing five four inch can lights in the kitchen along with three pendants.
Trade a diagnosis on the lighting over the island in the kitchen on the left on the main level, I found an improperly wired three-way system. I corrected it and installed a dimmer for those lights. And the kitchen on the right side of the house on the main level I changed three regular switches to dimmer switches. They are located on your right before you enter the bedroom.
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. No heat main level found ignition system getting weak, draft inducer motor over amping, gas line not up to code and flue piping not up to code furnace is at full life expectancy and would not repair need to update will schedule install supervisor.

For this job, the customer showed us a leak coming from the upstairs guest bathroom shower. After cutting open the wall, and ceiling we found the waste, and overflow leaking when water was coming down the shower wall. We also noticed on our diagnosis that the pressure was to high to the home, as well as a failed expansion tank, that was also about the break off tee fitting on heater. The customer opted to go with option one to take care of all the issues, as well as moving the main shut off to the home closer to the crawl space door in case of emergency.
