Henry came out to repair malfunctioning outdoor lighting for the exterior of our neighborhood, and took his time to identify what the cause might be. Once he did, he thoroughly walked me through the issue, explained what needed to be done, and then provided me with multiple options on how to fix it. After making a selection, he worked efficiently, did a great job, and left the work area as clean as he found it. Henry then took the time to walk me through what he did, and how to work our new timers on the lights. A 100% professional job.
Ben did a great job. He was on time, courteous, and very professional. I was beyond pleased with his performance and the company’s customer service. Thank you!
He found I needed a different type of faucets to stop leaking and went to Home Depot to buy one for me. Then he found another area where the part was corroded and installed anew part. He kept saying sorry for bringing a bad news. I hired him to fix problems and he did it perfectly.
Highly recommend
Brandon came on time, very professional and took care of the problem.
We received excellent service from TE certified. The two professionals that came (Chris and Augustine) were on time, courteous and did a great job in fixing the issue. Finally, I appreciate TE Certified respect for my time by keeping me informed on the window of time when the techs would arrive. That enabled me to better plan my day.
Ben was helpful, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would have him back every time whenever the need arises to call TE. We are very happy he was the one TE sent to our home to address our plumbing needs. We cannot say enough great things to describe how well he handled our needs and exceeded our expectations.

This estimate will involve pulling permitting for the replacement of the disconnect, as well as performing the work with the meter still energized. This would be the only way to have the power returned today due to Georgia Power‘s backlog of calls. We will remove the existing disconnect and install a new disconnect with 125 amp breaker. This work will be inspected later upon completion. Through a text message on Tuesday night around 10:30. The customer decided that they wanted to go ahead with the estimate that was adjusted with the Sandy Springs permit instead of Atlanta. I had trouble obtaining materials, but after arriving, I started by pulling out the previous disconnect after using the meter to turn off power. After removing the previous disconnect, I found that the previous installer had punched out the 2 inch hole but left the ring of the punch out for the one and a half inch. After requiring a 2 inch hub and a 2 inch chase nipple as well as a one and a half inch Chase nipple

We installed and supplied a Tesla, universal EV charging station hardwired. Installation was successful, and we tested the circuit to ensure it was operating as intended. Nicks vehicle was charging at 10.5 kW which is standard output for this car charger.
Only system, 4 zones, not cooling, due to being almost flat on Freon (410a). Evaporator coil is leaking, system is 6 years old, and possible out of warranty. As of immediately repair, recommend to replace evaporator coil. But, due to the system being working low on Freon, other parts maybe affected, like compressor. The better option would be to replace the AC system, with 10 years warranty and WiFi thermostats. Customer bought the house recently and had another hvac company inspected the system. Set a lead for a free quote , to replace AC only ( possible full system) for jun/18th from 8-11 am, then customer will decide what to do. Also, recommend to sign up for home care maintenance program.
Service 4 tankless water heaters. Tested all accessible gas piping and fittings for leaks. Located two leaks at the gas meter and repaired them.
No cool call, upon arrival found system short cycling due to clogged drain pipe, but also noticed oil residue on evaporator coil, checked pressures on unit outside and found hey are indeed low, the only reason the unit is not freezing is because the outside is so clogged with dirt it won’t let it freeze. (Holding too much heat, compensating for the low pressure) I cleared the drain line and turned the unit back on, even though the unit is running it will not keep temperature with all the issues. Customers chose to get quote to replace unit. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
