Great work, provided lots of options for the repair, and worked efficiently and cleanly

Henry came out to repair malfunctioning outdoor lighting for the exterior of our neighborhood, and took his time to identify what the cause might be. Once he did, he thoroughly walked me through the issue, explained what needed to be done, and then provided me with multiple options on how to fix it. After making a selection, he worked efficiently, did a great job, and left the work area as clean as he found it. Henry then took the time to walk me through what he did, and how to work our new timers on the lights. A 100% professional job.

Arrived on site to troubleshoot why their system produces such high energy bills. They moved in before summer started and noticed that their electricity bills are almost twice as much as adjacent units the same size with the same size system. We found the home and thermostats were set at 76 and 80 degrees. The system is 5 ton Lennox AC with a 110k btu Lennox furnace. It has 3 zones, one for each floor. We tested the system to ensure the system was zoned properly and all amp draws off the unit were within spec. In the attic we did find some uncommon discrepancies. There are 6, 120volt appliances in the attic that are hooked up at all times. The dehumidifier didn’t have a thermostat hooked up to it and was set to 0% humidity keeping the dehumidifier on 24 hours a day. Clients shared that even at 77 degrees the space feels cool, humidity was at 43 degrees upon arrival. They have an upgraded filter that used 120v and half an amp while running. The UV bulb draws 120v and runs at about an am

We replaced a single pole 15 amp breaker that was broken in the bottom left slot of panel. We also installed a whole home surge protection and we extended the ground wire of the service to be able to land it properly on the ground bar

Plastic pex 90 had developed a slow drip. I removed and replaced the pex 90 with a brass fitting. I turned the water back on and tested.

Upstairs guest bathroom tub shower was slightly leaking due to an old cartridge. Water pressure was too high due to a failed pressure reducing valve. Shut water off at the street and drained system down. Removed the failed cartridge and failed tub spout. Applied valve grease and installed new delta cartridge. Replaced the tub spout and applied silicone around the base. Installed new ball valve and pressure reducing valve in the crawl space and set pressure to 65. Everything is working properly at this time.

Install a clean out 3.5’ deep in backyard next to patio. With this clean out, we can camera the rest of the sewer line so it can be mapped out and give the customer exact information on the condition, whereabouts, and urgency of condition. If sewer line will need to have further repairs done, a portion of this cost will be discounted from that work.

I was called out to Jeff’s house for a drain issue on the main system. Upon my arrival Jeff showed me to the drain line which had been pulled out of the ground by another hvac company as to allow the water to drain because the drain line was buried and down the line it was clogged. To correct the issue I installed a condensate pump onto the main system in the attic which allows it to drain into the houses drains.

Customer laundry box was backing up whenever they ran a load of laundry, Upon arrival, I tested using a supply line and the drain machine backed up instantly and was holding water, I ran my Drain gun Down the drain to remove buildup, and then the water rushed down, Then I ran the supply line again for one minute and all the water drain perfectly

Homeowner agreed to sign up both systems for our homecare membership; 26.95$ per month for 12 months. Performed 2 system homecares. Emailed estimates for updated flood protection, install a bypass and to add refrigerant to AC systems. Both heating and AC systems were operating at the end of service call. Issues: Both systems needed updated flood protection; builder installed very cheap unreliable flood protection. Both systems are low on refrigerant; refrigerant is needed so the systems can cool and dehumidify the home properly and to prevent the systems from failing. The upstairs system needs a bypass installed for the zoning system to decrease pressure on the system and to prevents system failure. I flushed the drain lines with water; media filters are ok for now. I believe that installers didn’t add additional refrigerant; leak reach maybe needed in the future if AC systems become low again.

Customer called us out here for a main drain stoppage. I will attempt to remove stoppage by using the snake machine. I was successfully able to remove stoppage in main drain line. This home was built in the 60’s and has old cast-iron pipe. There also is a leak in copper drain lines. We scheduled a camera technician tomorrow 8 to 10. *****This is a temporary fix and the customer will definitely need a more permanent solution.****
