Arrived on site and customer stated they were in the middle of selling the home and the inspector had two things that needed to be fixed; a leaking shower head , and the water heater vent 90. I went ahead and removed the customer supply shower head and screwed it back on then tested the shower head to ensure no leaks. I then went ahead and replace the single wall vent 90 on the water heater as well using my three screws. Shower head and vent 90 have both been replaced as requested.
Upon arrival, customer notified me that the circuit breaker has been tripping for the kitchen for approximately 3 to 4 months. The customer recently got a refrigerator and since they’ve gotten in the refrigerator, the breaker has continued to trip. The refrigerator will have lights that will randomly pop up based off of what the customer has indicated to me. We will be conducting a diagnosis to determine if there’s any sort of fault on the circuit that is causing the breaker to trip. After conducting our diagnosis, we have determined that all connection points on branch circuit number 17 labeled as kitchen, GFCI and refrigerator are correct. All the outlets are new and in operable condition. We noticed that there was a surge protector installed behind the refrigerator. We also checked the electrical panel and wiring for the circuit breaker. All wiring that is accessible appears to be correct. After turning the circuit breaker back on it held while we were on site. It is my recommenda

Homeowner states the water in the primary shower gets very hot out of nowhere when using, checked thermal expansion, pressure, and any point of cross connection. after pulling the cartridges, we decided to replace them. Installed a shower head as a courtesy. The drain line is heavily restricted. Customer will call for a drain clearing tomorrow.
Replace dual function breakers for the fridge.
Arrived on site and customer had a supply toilet that they wanted to replace in the upstairs bathroom. I went ahead and removed the toilet that was having issues and found that the flange was not at proper height, as well. I also informed the customer about the potential issues with the flange and provided an option to have that replaced. Customer agreed to have the flange and toilet both installed, which I proceeded to do. After toilet was installed, I went ahead and caulked around the edges and flush the toilet several times to ensure no issues.
