Replace failed dual function breakers. Existing breakers blink six times indicating self testing failure causing breaker to trip repeatedly
My client is in the process of selling this home. Inspector came by and noticed that there was a gas smelll from the range in the kitchen. The gas company came by and tightened the flex line fitting and tested for leaks. I tested everything with bubbles and my leak detector and was still picking up a gas leak at the flex line male to flare fitting. I re-sealed the male threads and verified there were no more gas leaks in this area.
We did a whole homes inspection and left estimate to replace smoke detector in the fourth floor.
Customer had water damage inside bathroom that came in from an outside leak. They had to have the vanity and toilet removed to put down new flooring because of water damage. We installed the vanity and toilet back for them and caulked around the toilet and around the sink.

We provide & install garbage disposal Customer called us out to replace garbage disposal. Upon arrival I tested kitchen sink to ensure we didn’t have a blockage present, after running water for a long period of time I noticed the water had proper flow. We replaced garbage disposal and we tested for power and to ensure we had no leaks. After testing we’re successful.
Upon arrival, customer notified me that she is selling the home. She is looking to have four chandeliers removed. She would like to have 4 blanks installed at the existing locations where the chandeliers were previously installed. We will provide the light fixture for the install installation. Installation comes with a lifetime workmanship warranty. Our customer is selling this property and is having new work completed for new homeowners.

Installed x2 Customer Supplied Smart Switches Installed Lutron Caseta Switch and Pico Remote
Replace 1 rectangular zone dampers. Correctly seal dampers to prevent blow by duct leakage. Rectangular dampers are special order dampers. Also, replaced zone board. Tests all dampers and they are all opening and closing as it call for. System is working properly with no other issue. Customer MUST remove the furniture that is blocking the only return in the basement, so it will have better air flow in the basement and prevent the system to freeze up during the summer, when only basement is working.
Moved existing toilet drain to center it. Installed new subflooring section with hole for 4” drain. Removed section of drain and installed new flange, 90 and connected back to existing drain. Set new client supplied specialty toilet, moved toilet supply line, installed new shut off, connected new toilet supply lines, pressurized and tested with no issues.
Install two kitchen faucets, minor drain work and install old under counter pump. Once everything was installed I tested everything. Everything was work properly other then the outlet to pump wasn’t working customer will take care of that issue had to undo the tail to pump to gain access to outlet home will install it back. Troubleshoot Replace Switches Estimates for Lutron Caseta Smart Switch Return On Friday 8-10
Customer has three lights in the kitchen that are controlled by a single switch. These lights have been installed for approximately five years. One of the lights closest to the entrance of the kitchen has been giving customer issues with flickering. We conducted a diagnosis at no cost and noticed that the tabs on the lights themselves where the bulbs are screwed into were pushed all the way back. We pulled back the tabs, so the bulbs can make proper contact across the hot and neutral side. As a preventative measure, we are going to give the customer an option to replace the light fixtures so they have pricing for that. We replaced the customer’s light fixtures with new LED light fixtures. New light fixtures are working as intended without flickering.
