Install customer supplied light fixtures, troubleshoot video doorbell
Our client reached out to us in reference to restricted water pressure on a sensor kitchen faucet and the refrigerator. All of the fixtures inside home receives great water pressure except for those two. The check valves on the Delta faucet did not have strainers however the sprayer had a strainer. It was full of debris. Debris looks to be coming from inside the water heater. This item has been quoted and the schedule for replacement.
Performed customer 2 system fall (heat) homecare maintenance check. Both systems are the same Rheem air handlers indoor units that are 2 years old and outdoor Lennox heat pump systems that are 7 years old. Checked over all operations of indoor units both blower wheels are cleaned. Evaporator coils are clean, heat strips are working on both units, both units have flood protection. Removed and cleaned drain line p trap. Systems filters were ok at this time customer did not want to have changed. Both are (16x25x4). Checked over outdoor units noticed both contactors were very pitted, recommend changing customer approved to have done today. Capacitor and contactor tested good with no issues. Both condenser coils are clean. Refrigerant levels tested good for both units. Both units heating and cooling with no issues at this time.

2020 Goodman Heat pump Air handler - Basement System not cooling. Cycled system on cool mode from the thermostat and the system began to heat. Traced low voltage at heat pump and tested reversing valve. Reversing valve would click for a second then nothing and the system would remain in heating mode. Jumped out reversing valve and the system started cooling. Traced electrical issue back to nest thermostat. Took the other nest thermostat from the main level system and hooked it up and the system was operating properly. Homeowner installed the nest and is going to order a replacement for the basement level. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified, have a great day!

Toilet and flange replacement in the half bathroom on the main floor.
Replaced switch, put in light bulbs, troubleshoot.
For this job we installed a new ceiling fan in the living room. We also check on a few outlets in the basement and the kitchen of the home. The outlets where just loose and needed spacers to remain tight inside the box. Also left estimates to re device the whole home and add surge protection to the main panel.
Arrived on site to troubleshoot why their system produces such high energy bills. They moved in before summer started and noticed that their electricity bills are almost twice as much as adjacent units the same size with the same size system. We found the home and thermostats were set at 76 and 80 degrees. The system is 5 ton Lennox AC with a 110k btu Lennox furnace. It has 3 zones, one for each floor. We tested the system to ensure the system was zoned properly and all amp draws off the unit were within spec. In the attic we did find some uncommon discrepancies. There are 6, 120volt appliances in the attic that are hooked up at all times. The dehumidifier didn’t have a thermostat hooked up to it and was set to 0% humidity keeping the dehumidifier on 24 hours a day. Clients shared that even at 77 degrees the space feels cool, humidity was at 43 degrees upon arrival. They have an upgraded filter that used 120v and half an amp while running. The UV bulb draws 120v and runs at about an am
We replaced a single pole 15 amp breaker that was broken in the bottom left slot of panel. We also installed a whole home surge protection and we extended the ground wire of the service to be able to land it properly on the ground bar
