Opened ceiling to gain access to water and drain to bar. Capped water and drain. Removed disposal, old filter, and old stop and supply line combos from the kitchen sink. Capped drain to ensure new sink fits. Replaced all stop and supply line combos to all faucets. Not responsible for drywall repair. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.
Called out to address a sump pump alarm beeping every 2 to 3 minutes. Upon arrival homeowner showed me to the crawlspace where the sump pump is located. After inspecting the sump pump box, found that the fuse on the charging system was blown. Advise the homeowner that I could replace the fuse and see if it allows for the battery to charge. Homeowner agreed and fuse was replaced. Back up battery box states that it could take up to two days to charge the battery. Advised homeowner that we will wait till Monday to see if by replacing the fuse it allowed for the battery to charge. If the issue continues, then we will need to move forward with replacing the back up battery. Sent the homeowner estimates for battery replacement and also for replacement of the sump pump in case it needs to be replaced due to the back up battery failing. Thank you for trusting TE certified with all your plumbing needs
While out at the home we demoed the 2 countertop outlets, the wet bar light, and turned the disposal and dishwasher breaker off for the plumber to remove the disposal and water piping under the cabinet. We also provided other estimates to make the home fully safe for years to come. Thank us for your time today and congratulations on the soon coming baby!
Pulled and reset toilet due to movement. Replaced cracked toilet flange. Reinstalled with new wax ring. Sealed, tested and checked for leaks.
Upon arrival, customer notified us that the master bathroom heated floor is not operating as intended. Customer has conducted his own diagnosis and is almost certain that the controller/thermostat is the reason why it’s not operating as intended. We will conduct a voltage test and om’s test to determine what the issue is and provide that information to the customer. Customer also mentioned that the can light on the far left side in the middle is flickering and intermittently going out. The light is only putting out approximately half of the output of the other fixtures. Customer stated that he has replaced the bulb multiple times and it has not seem to fix the issue. We will conduct a diagnosis to determine why this light fixture is intermittently working and provide the customer with an option to ensure that it operates long-term.

Install 2 sconce lights from scratch. We installed a new 3 gang box, dimmer switch, new switch legs, light boxes and customer supplied lights
Today we came out to the home to meet with the Sandy Springs inspector. We passed the final inspection. While out we collected the remaining installation costs, set up our generator maintenance plan, and the homeowner purchased an extended warranty. Thank you for your business!
Customer had a very small and dry stain in the living room. Ceiling directly below a toilet in the guest bathroom. Customer had a small solo cup sitting underneath the stop valve for the toilet. The stop valve was slowly leaking. A customer agreed to have their supply line and stop valve replaced. I turned the water off at the main next to the water. Heater and partially drained down the house on installed supply line and stop valve. And replace both items. Afterwards, I slowly turn the water back on and primed. All the air out of the lines and fixtures. Checking to make sure there was adequate flow. And no clogged aerators afterwards. Check the new supply line and stop valve for leaks. No leaks. Thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs
During the cold weather the water line ran on the outside of the house for a hose bib on the Pourch was not properly winterized, froze, and split. Removed the section of damaged piping and repaired with new pipe and fittings. Pressurized to test and drained thee water from the line.
Homeowner had leak coming from the toilet in the master. I assessed the condition of the toilet and gave options. Homeowner decided that a full rebuild and replacement of the service valve was the option. I made these repairs and tested everything for proper operation. I would recommend proactively replacing the water heater based on the current age.
Replace failed dual function breakers. Existing breakers blink six times indicating self testing failure causing breaker to trip repeatedly
My client is in the process of selling this home. Inspector came by and noticed that there was a gas smelll from the range in the kitchen. The gas company came by and tightened the flex line fitting and tested for leaks. I tested everything with bubbles and my leak detector and was still picking up a gas leak at the flex line male to flare fitting. I re-sealed the male threads and verified there were no more gas leaks in this area.
We did a whole homes inspection and left estimate to replace smoke detector in the fourth floor.
