Debbie called us out to her room because she wanted to install two automatic digital timers for her front lights. She also expressed how the front post light is crooked and how she wants to replace it. I left an estimate to replace the front post light. While I was here today, I replaced a breaker for a dual function. In order for me to fit the dual function breaker in I had to combined a circuit. With that being done, Debbie is aware that that does void the warranty for an overloaded breaker. I also installed two customer supplied digital timer switches. And replaced a 8 inch wafer light for a 4 inch. Debbie is having her handyman repaired the hole so the wafer light will sit flush.
Troubleshoot light not working as well as switches that we didn’t know what went to. Then installed cassetta in stairwell and downstairs den.
Remove failed valve off main in basement and replaced with new three-quarter turn full port three-quarter ball valve. Removed and replaced existing water heater, with 12 year warranty water heater, properly strapped expansion tank. Water heater is above flood rim level per code. Repiped a new gas line going to the new water heater. I checked and tested for leaks. Conducted a super clean up.

I arrived to the customers home and they had periodic backups happening on one side of the house. Today, I did a camera inspection and found a section of belly piping underneath the crawlspace. I also was able to discuss with the customer how their toilets were builder grade. Prices for new toilets and drain repairs have been made including a Toto drake toilet with bidet seat. The estimate provided will be good for 30 days.

For the shower and leak detection services for homeowner and discovered the leak is on an irrigation line. I recommend the customer calls irrigation company to have it fixed.

We will install a subpanel above the current transfer switch and power from the transfer switch to the be able to get backup power to the pool. We will have to install delay modules on the dryer and steam unit to run the pool equipment on back up power from the generator
Customer supplies garbage disposal and we replace. Replaced an older failing garbage disposal with customer provided 3/4 HP Disposal. Also adjusted toilet fill valve water level in master bathroom toilet to prevent water from trickling into overflow tube. Water level is now set to preferred water level inside tank.
Shut off water at the main entry of the house or the water heater or the water meter. Turn off the gas supply at the water heater. Cut inlet Cold and outlet Hot on the top of the water heater. Disconnect vent line, remove T&P line, and drain down old water heater and remove. Set and install per code new heater in place and level, install appropriately sized aluminum drain pan and connect as necessary, reconnect to existing piping using lead free fittings within 5ft of existing pipe, new gas whip, new 1/4 turn gas shutoff, thermal expansion tank, vent line modification with in 3ft, install full port lead free ball valve, add or replace thermal expansion tank and pressurize pressure to match regulated pressure entering home, note psi on tank as well as install date, pressurize system, test and clean up work area, register warranty, take away old unit. Install new pressure reducing valve Watts 1" (PRV). Shut off supply at main water service, drain down water in down, cut out existing area
Performed troubleshoot to see why pot filler as not working. Discovered shut off valve that’s isolates pot filler and turn it on. While here also screwed on a timer onto the rear hose Bibb for the customers drip irrigation system. Auger toilet to clear blockage Customer was experiencing a clogged toilet. We ran water in sink and other fixture in building to test for a bigger issue going on. Upon inspection only the toilet was affected, we used closet auger to clear blockage. After clearing the blockage, the toilet is back to working properly.
