Henry came out to repair malfunctioning outdoor lighting for the exterior of our neighborhood, and took his time to identify what the cause might be. Once he did, he thoroughly walked me through the issue, explained what needed to be done, and then provided me with multiple options on how to fix it. After making a selection, he worked efficiently, did a great job, and left the work area as clean as he found it. Henry then took the time to walk me through what he did, and how to work our new timers on the lights. A 100% professional job.
Ben did a great job. He was on time, courteous, and very professional. I was beyond pleased with his performance and the company’s customer service. Thank you!
He found I needed a different type of faucets to stop leaking and went to Home Depot to buy one for me. Then he found another area where the part was corroded and installed anew part. He kept saying sorry for bringing a bad news. I hired him to fix problems and he did it perfectly.
Highly recommend
For this job, we installed a Rheem 4 ton AC and coil. We attached back to the existing plenums and sealed all air gaps. Wired in the refrigerant detection sensor and new drain safeties. Replaced the condensate pump and ran the drain line with new piping. Removed an old humidifier and sealed the plenum as well as the water line that ran to the humidifier. Replaced the pad to the outdoor unit. Brazed, leak tested, vacuumed and charged the system. Installed a new Ecobee smart thermostat. Tested that all modes and safeties work properly and completed the walkthrough with the customer.
We will add a dedicated two gang box with two receptacles for break room microwave and mini fridge
Repaired loss of power to disposal
Today I did a diagnosis on the outlets in the downstairs living room on the left side of the home. Upon diagnosis, I found a ground that was touching the hot and one of the baseboard outlets. I separated everything and the circuit held. Outlet in question is on the left-hand wall of the home downstairs in the living area in the center. I also changed that breaker that controls that circuit which is in the first subpanel and a circuit number 11. I also removed five tandem breakers that had to be broken to install. The existing panels do not accept tandems. I installed a total of nine breakers to accommodate. Those circuit numbers are as follows; -First main electrical panel on left side of home downstairs circuit number 39 -For the first sub-panel in the same area circuit numbers, 16, 18, 24, and 23 -In the second main panel at the bottom of the stairs, circuit numbers 18 and 20 -in the second sub-panel at the bottom of the stairs. Circuit numbers is 13 and 20.
Move disposal switch, install new lights above breakfast bar, kitchen sink, and kitchen island
I open the panel with customer and left a quote to do the panel replacement that way we can install a surge protector that will work properly. Main electrical panel has mayor burns in the inside and specially all the way at the bottom notice very dark spot of heat causes, estimate to replace panel has been sent.
Install circuit for ev outlet 240v 50 amp
Bursted new HDPE pipe through the original cast iron approximately 130 foot. Installed new clean out in the yard. TE is not responsible for final landscaping.
Performed routine maintenance on Navien NPE-240A tankless water heater. Cleaned all inlet and fresh air filters. Located leak coming from condensation drain line. Line is undersized and piped with metallic fittings which corroded due to the high acidity of the condensation. Reworked drain line with cpvc. Client also was having temperature issues at all the showers. Internal check valve on the unit has failed and there was no isolating shutoff or external valve on the recirculating return line. Added both missing valves and hot water issue was resolved. Tested everything for leaks and proper function.
Customer called us out for a toilet clogged in the master bathroom. I will first attempt to remove stoppage by using the toilet auger. If this is unsuccessful, toilet will have to be pulled. Customer also had a downstairs guest bathroom toilet not properly draining. I will also auger this toilet. Middle floor bathroom toilet not filling properly. I will perform a repair to this toilet. I was successfully able to remove stoppages and all of the toilets drain. All toilets are draining and flushing properly, and I demonstrated this in the presence of the customer. I was also successfully able to repair the toilet that was not properly filling. I also provided a customer with our ENDURE Drain maintenance product. Customer is very satisfied
2 system service call. Upstairs and main floor. Found upstairs unit to have breaker tripped on ac. Checked motors and turned breaker on. Found system to get power but not operate. Diagnosed and confirmed with tech support the inverter kit had failed. Advised customer due to nature of failure full system could not be diagnosed. Part was available today and customer decided to proceed with repairs. Replaced inverter kit and tested unit. Unit functioning as designed at this time. Changed filter to properly sized filter and cleaned ac on upstairs floor. Main floor unit found to be frozen, thawed coil and found distributor tubes from txv to coil leaking. Advised customer of findings. Customer agreed to get quote on main floor system. Main floor heat exchanger shows good amount of wear given age, minimal flood protection on both units, main floor has dirty ac. Added refrigerant with no warranty and explained that it is not a permanent fix. There is no grauntee how long it wil
Upstairs Lennox 2018 heat pump. System is cooling from equipment side but the problem is air balancing. I’m recommending 3 manual dampers and to direct more airflow into master bedroom zone. Would need 2-8’ and a 6’. Indoor air quality upgrades with existing filtration to clean every cubic ft of air upstairs would be a single UV germicidal light inside of air handler and ionizer connected to the blower motor.
In the upstairs bedroom on the left I removed the existing sconce light above the sink and installed a new customer supplied sconce light over the sink. In the unfinished portion of the basement I wired in a new dedicated 15 amp circuit for a new peloton machine. I came out of the left GE panel with a 14/2 wire, across the basement and down the concrete wall. I used liquid tight conduit to physically protect the wire. I then installed a new 1900 box, duplex and a RS duplex plate. I installed a new 15 amp duel function breaker and turned power on. I tested the safety feature of the breaker to ensure it is working. Customer states that he is having issues with the outlets at the front door and back door when things are plugged in. The front door receptacle is on a dedicated circuit in the right panel that controls all the pre existing devices on the exterior of the home. The devices on the back porch are coming off the living room circuit and the customer is using a fan and portable i
