Install new scone lights in bathrooms
For this job I re did the waste line going to the ejector pump underneath the sink, I also added a studor vent to help the pump breath better and allow for better drainage. Water was draining slow and pump would also not kick on. After adding the second studor vent the pump began to function properly. There’s a slight noise coming from the pump, left quotes to replace the pump if it begins to have issues.
Added 2 can lights in closet and replaced 2 receptacles
Homeowner stated two toilet make noises throughout the night. The fill valves for the Toto toilets have failed. Shut water off and drained toilet tank. Removed failed fill valve and installed new Toto brand fill valve with new supply lines. In the master we replaced the flapper and tested. Everything is working properly at this time.
Replaced flood light and installed new floodlight with photocell.
Two GFI’s in the garage and left an estimate to add an outlet for the garage door opener
Fix the current car charger circuit by running the correct wiring and installing a new EV charger along with a Tesla load management system at the main disconnect to monitor the homes ampacity and adjust the charge rate.

Arrived on site and customer stated they were in the middle of selling the home and the inspector had two things that needed to be fixed; a leaking shower head , and the water heater vent 90. I went ahead and removed the customer supply shower head and screwed it back on then tested the shower head to ensure no leaks. I then went ahead and replace the single wall vent 90 on the water heater as well using my three screws. Shower head and vent 90 have both been replaced as requested.
Upon arrival, customer notified me that the circuit breaker has been tripping for the kitchen for approximately 3 to 4 months. The customer recently got a refrigerator and since they’ve gotten in the refrigerator, the breaker has continued to trip. The refrigerator will have lights that will randomly pop up based off of what the customer has indicated to me. We will be conducting a diagnosis to determine if there’s any sort of fault on the circuit that is causing the breaker to trip. After conducting our diagnosis, we have determined that all connection points on branch circuit number 17 labeled as kitchen, GFCI and refrigerator are correct. All the outlets are new and in operable condition. We noticed that there was a surge protector installed behind the refrigerator. We also checked the electrical panel and wiring for the circuit breaker. All wiring that is accessible appears to be correct. After turning the circuit breaker back on it held while we were on site. It is my recommenda
Trouble shoot the electric water heater nd provide quotes for repairs. Rework all drains under double basin sink. Delete the garbage disposal and re attach dishwasher drain line. The customer was told electrical needs to come out to safely remove old wiring to the garbage disposal. However, the customer stated her husband will be able to perform this work.
