Henry came out to repair malfunctioning outdoor lighting for the exterior of our neighborhood, and took his time to identify what the cause might be. Once he did, he thoroughly walked me through the issue, explained what needed to be done, and then provided me with multiple options on how to fix it. After making a selection, he worked efficiently, did a great job, and left the work area as clean as he found it. The technician had an attitude from the second he arrived. He questioned me about why I hadn’t called about the problem since the last service if I thought there was a problem. After he finished his inspection he comes out and in a confrontational voice tells me everything is fine and we can not keep coming back here every time you think there is a problem ( this is the first time I ever called them back). In that case you would expect me to diagnose the problem before I call you!!! Actually the problem was that the room heated up too much. It felt like 75 degrees when I set the temperature to 72. He found exactly that and he said the unit heated up the room 2-3 degrees higher than the set temperature but it is due to the small space. The reason for the call was to find out the cause. Very disappointed in this service call.

Arrived found unit #5 upstairs closet leaking water due frozen evaporator coil and line all the way back to compressor. Found no in-line safety or wet switch. Blower motor is operating. Filters slightly dirty. Bad flu vent. Bad outdoor capacitor and burnt contactor at condenser. Will need to return to further diagnose. AC coil and condenser 2009 furnace 2005. Will be able to put estimate together upon full diagnostic. Unit #6 also not operating. Customer would like us to diagnose system when we return to diagnose unit #5. Will be additional diagnostic service fee.
Upstairs system not cooling. Found bad start capacitor. Replaced 45/7.5 capacitor and tested system. Found upstairs outdoor fan motor over amping and replaced with Trane Oem outdoor fan motor. Checked main floor system and replaced contact relay on both outdoor units and 45/7.5 capacitor for main floor. Both systems are 100,000 btu with 16x20x1 and 14x25x1 filter racks. The cut out is not near.y enough to let the right amount of airflow the system requires. Homeowner felt it would better to wait to replace equipment and have airflow issues resolved at that time. Spring homecare was completed today as well.

For this job we replaced ten smoke detectors and replaced an outdoor flood light.
Customer called us out for a clogged toilet in the master bathroom. I was successfully able to remove stoppage by auguring the toilet. I flushed the toilet at least seven times to make sure everything was draining and operating properly. I verify that there are no leaks. Customer is very happy.
For this call I came here to re locate a tesla charger in garage. We installed charger on Monday, wants to relocate it to middle of garage. Sold job for Friday morning 8-10
Tested system not cooling for the upstairs level. Found a failed condenser fan motor. Also, both of the outdoor condenser coils are extremely dirty and need cleaning. We went ahead and replaced the condenser fan motor and cleaned condenser coil. Customer also signed up for the maintenance plan and we provided a filter to be changed on the downstairs system. After repairs were completed fully tested the systems from the thermostats and found no failures at this time.
Found clogged mini split pump. Cleared pump free and poured water and tested and pump is now working properly. Recommend replacing pump. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
Price quote to install customer supplied ecobee thermostat. This comes with no warranty. Simply installing hardware and testing. Upon arrival, spoke to homeowner and homeowner stated he would like ecobee thermostat installed that he is providing. Customer is also concerned. The unit is making noise. This is an apartment style condominium. Outdoor unit on the rooftop. Customer’s concern is with the outdoor unit. Upon inspection of outdoor unit pressure seems fine. System is pulling good amps and working well. Video attached to noise level. It is normal. The unit next to it kicked on halfway through my service and it is a Lennox and it is very loud it makes a grinding noise and it’s very loud. This is more than likely the noise customers hearing. Gave customer price to install the ecobee thermostat. Install successful system tested using thermostat. Customer is a home care member home care done today.
Our client reached out to us in reference to a leaking outside faucet on the backside of the home. A quote was given in the customer accepted. Work is complete and tested for leaks, and no leaks were found. The penetration was sealed and weatherproof. A client is satisfied And water pressure is at 50 psi
