Add a sub panel in the basement to make room for the new circuits needed in the basement. Quoted permit separately and customer declined.
Add Email - Dawn@rightplacemusic.com Customer approved to replace failing toilet in the hallway restroom. We went ahead and removed failing toilet and checked the flange. We found no issues with the flange, so we continued with replacing the wax ring and closet bolts. We put together new Kingston toilet and set it in place. After installing toilet we tested the toilet several times to ensure proper install. Lastly, we sealed the toilet with clear caulking, and cleaned up our work area. We then went ahead and removed the failing toilet in the guest bedroom but did not install a replacement. Remediation crew came out to observe the damages and will need work in the affected area around the toilet. We went head and stuffed the toilet drain to stop sewage smell, and put a cap on the toilet supply line as the stop had a slight drip. In addition , we let the customer know that the flange was not at proper height and may need to fix the height of the flange in order to properly set new to
