Troubleshoot and repair master bedroom circuit breaker tripping 1. Pull all city permits and inspection 2. Install overhead main electric service (lifetime warranty) 3. Install weatherproof first responders disconnect (lifetime warranty) 4. Install 200 amp main breaker panel in garage (lifetime warranty) 5. Install grounding system 6. Install whole home ultra surge protector - 108k amps protection (lifetime warranty) 7. Install AFCI and GFCI protection for all required circuits and locations 8. Install battery powered smoke detectors in bedrooms and smoke/CO detector in hallway *$220 charge from Oncor *Includes original troubleshoot at no charge Replaced 200 amp panel in garage and properly grounded it with ground rod and cold water bond. Replaced 200 amp overhead service and installed emergency responders disconnect by service. Installed whole home surge protection, battery smokes, and gfci protection in all required locations.
Arrived on the job site to review panel replacement solutions with the customer. Discussed replacing the electrical panel, updating the meter base, and bringing the system up to current NEC code requirements to pass City of Arlington inspections. The customer chose not to proceed with any solutions at this time other than the light fixture installation. Informed the customer that the quote is valid for 30 days and that financing options are available. Advised that he may call back if he decides to move forward with the work. Customer had GFCI outlet under microwave hidden behind spices that was tripped, causing the plug to the left on the countertop and the cooktop outlet to not work. Replace the GFCI and explain exactly how it works and how to trip and reset explain to customer, overloading and short-circuiting and what the GFCI and breakers do to protect the electricity. Explain to customer if they keep using two appliances, such as their toaster and their espresso machine we will not warranty circuit due to it being too much power.
