Arrived on site. The customer stated they would like a dedicated circuit installed for a Traeger plug-in to power their Traeger cooktop/smoker. The customer requested some time to review the proposed solution and will follow up with a call on Monday. Arrived with the interlock kit and installed the kit on the panel deadfront as well as landed the wires on the breaker.
Met inspector onsite and passed the final inspection. While there I also installed the customer supplied generator interlock kit on the panel.
Customer just wanted quote on troubleshooting to try to fix 4 lights flickering light and declined today but says he will call back next month when he is ready to move forward with any other bigger repairs. Quote good for 30 days.

Customer was having issues with a high electric bill and explained that it could potentially be their panel getting extremely hot or another cause to the issue. Explain they should call the power company and get the past power statements, including this time last year. Customer was concerned about electrical panel and closet That was a Murray. Arrived on job site. Customer stated that they are currently only gathering information and quotes and would like some time to review the solutions provided. The scope discussed included replacing a burnt outlet that was damaged by a freezer. A safety evaluation was offered, but the customer declined at this time, stating they are still in the information-gathering phase and will call back when ready to proceed with the work. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
Arrived on the job site, and the customer stated that her living room circuit was not working. I noticed that the breaker would not reset. I informed the customer that we would need to begin with a diagnostic. After completing the diagnostic, I replaced the faulty breaker, and the circuit is now working properly. The customer understands that the breaker comes with a five-year warranty. I also observed that the electrical panel is original to the home and is in poor condition. I will be returning next Wednesday afternoon with my supervisor to provide solutions for replacing the panel. The customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.

Arrived on the job site, and the customer stated that he wanted to install a portable generator. I assessed the project by inspecting the panel, the disconnect, and all components involved. I provided a quote for installing a 50-amp inlet box, and the customer will be supplying the transfer switch. We will return to hardwire the transfer switch to the designated circuits, install the inlet box, and ensure the generator operates correctly. The customer is 100% satisfied with today’s visit and understands that we will return on December 17th to complete the work. Installed customer supplied manual generator transfer switch next to panel and wired in multiple circuits of customers choosing. Ran 50 amp circuit to outside for generator inlet on side of home.
Arrived to look at issue with the video camera not operating. Found that the voltage was at the fixture and correct. Customer had replacement fixture onsite so installed the new on in its place and they are now operational again.
