Arrived on the job site, and the customer stated that he wanted to install a portable generator. I assessed the project by inspecting the panel, the disconnect, and all components involved. I provided a quote for installing a 50-amp inlet box, and the customer will be supplying the transfer switch. We will return to hardwire the transfer switch to the designated circuits, install the inlet box, and ensure the generator operates correctly. The customer is 100% satisfied with today’s visit and understands that we will return on December 17th to complete the work. Installed customer supplied manual generator transfer switch next to panel and wired in multiple circuits of customers choosing. Ran 50 amp circuit to outside for generator inlet on side of home.
Arrived to look at issue with the video camera not operating. Found that the voltage was at the fixture and correct. Customer had replacement fixture onsite so installed the new on in its place and they are now operational again.
Restored flow to kitchen sink drain. Advised customer about camera inspection. No additional work authorized at this time. No warranty for drain clear.
Arrived on the job site, and the customer requested an outlet extension—up to 10 feet—to power his screen. We will be using an extension ring to add an EMT box and installing an outdoor bell box with a bubble cover. All work comes with a five-year warranty. The customer would like some time to think about the quote, and we will follow up with him later this week. The customer is 100% satisfied with today’s visit.

Arrived on site. Customer called back and confirmed that he wants to move forward with the proposed solution. We will be returning to replace the outdoor FPE panel with a new 200-amp main breaker panel that includes a lifetime warranty. We will also replace the overhead meter base, which also carries a lifetime warranty. In addition, we will install an ultra surge protector rated for up to 108,000 amps with a lifetime warranty, install a ground rod, and extend the cold-water bond. We will also install GFCI outlets throughout the home and pull the necessary permit to pass city inspection. Customer stated that he already has smoke detectors throughout the home. We are scheduled to return on Thursday, December 4th, to complete the work. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.

- attempt to restore flow to main shower due to slow / no drainage currently. Successfully restored flow , pulled out a lot of hair and a small paint brush. No warranty on cable
Possible warranty for crossover water lines. Customer stated that hot amd cold lines were switched for years hot on right cold on left. The correct orientation is the opposite cold on right hot on left. Customer opted to leave it as is. Job complete.
