Arrived on site and the customer stated that five kitchen LED fixtures were flickering and intermittently not operating throughout the day. Performed a minor troubleshooting service by opening the switch box to inspect the switch and verify voltage, as the customer had already replaced all five fixtures with new ones. Found a Leviton dimmer switch installed with Mode A and Mode B settings. Manufacturer instructions indicate that if LED lights flicker or dim intermittently, the switch should be changed from Mode A to Mode B for proper operation. Adjusted the switch accordingly. While on site and during completion of the home safety evaluation, the lights operated properly with no further flickering observed. During the safety inspection, noted that the electrical panels are outdated and over 40 years old. The right-side panel main breaker was buzzing and contained double-lugged neutrals and grounds. The home also lacks a proper grounding system, and multiple code violations were obser
Today we came out to Latonya Holland‘s residence to address no power to her oven. Upon further inspection after conducting a minor troubleshoot findings was severe damage to the bus bar more precisely where 2pole breakers connect. Overheating, surge damage, age as well as corrosion are highly likely subjects. Highly recommend electrical system upgrade and panel replacement to make home electrical system safe. Will follow up to help as much as possible! Technicians: Kevin and Marco (supervisor)

Arrived on the job site and the customer stated that one of the kitchen breakers was not working properly. I troubleshot the breaker and observed six blinks, indicating a faulty breaker. I informed the customer that Eaton dual-function breakers are currently on recall and that she had a total of four breakers that needed to be replaced. I replaced all four breakers, as shown in the photos attached to the forms. I also informed the customer that the replacements include a five-year warranty on parts and labor. The customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
Client called regarding a backed-up sewer system. This is not the first occurrence of this issue. The client reported that other plumbers have previously addressed the problem. Approximately one year ago, during a similar backup, a plumber accessed the roof to cable the line and ran a camera inspection, which revealed the sewer pipe was compromised at the city connection. The homeowner contacted the city at that time, and although the city responded, no repairs were made. Last night, after a shower was used, the homeowner heard gurgling sounds in the bathrooms and suspected the sewer line was backing up again. This morning, the homeowner’s wife started a load of laundry before leaving the house. When the homeowner later went to use the bathroom, the master bathroom shower had overflowed, causing flooding in that bathroom. There are accessible cleanouts located at both the laundry and kitchen drains, but nothing directly into the mainline. The plan is to set up the cable machine in
Customer wanted a quote on installing a car charger but explained to customer that since he has a 100 amp max GE fan out electrical panel we will not be allowed to install a electric car charger due to safety concerns and it possibly burning up electrical panel. Left options for customer to replace electrical panel and will call back.
