Warranty on flood stop. Flood stop was closed. Opened flood stop amd restored hot water to home. Job complete.
- Replace whole home shutoff and prv due to leak condition of parts. - excavate area and expose all piping and fittings in ground. - install all new piping / fittings in area. - replace old shutoff and flex line on cold side of water heater. - install 2gal expansion tank per code. - install new prv and whole home shutoff ( half turn ). - install new valve box and p gravel. - backfill hole and clean up. - test work and check for leaks. ** 5yr warranty on work **
Cut wall behind water heater and perform in wall plumbing inspection. Not responsible for wall repairs. Locate , cut, test and reassemble up to three hot water manifolds. Cap off compromised line on both ends. Install new water line through attic and walls as needed. Cut wall and ceiling materials as needed(not responsible for repairs. Provide city permit and inspection. Replace ball valve and supply line on water heater. Dig up yard line and install PRV (pressure reducing valve) to bring the pressure to safe levels along with a new 1/4 turn ball valve. 5 year warranty on parts and labor. It’s all pressure reducing valve and whole home shut off and customers flower bed in front yard. Installed expansion tank on customers water heater in hall closet. Rerouted three-quarter of work today. Hot water line from a hot water heater. To guest bathroom vanity. Strapped and insulated new piping through attic. Re built hot water manifolds to accept new pex hot water line. 5 year warranty
- attempt to pop clog under home ( whole home stoppage ) ** if roof access needed price will increase ** ** no warranty on cable ** Successfully popped clog on main line. Did explain to customer my cable was binding up very hard which should not happen there is definitely a bigger issue that needs to be looked at and fixed. He explained he doesn’t want the camera ran. - attempt to pop clog in kitchen line from under sink ** sink is about to fall so we will not be responsible for any issues with sink falling , water flooding or drainage pipe breaking ** ** customer understands this option is not recommended at all and sink needs to be properly secured and sealed ** No warranty on drain cable Successfully popped clog , cable was binding up while running , explained to client that a camera inspection is needed to look inside the piping and figure out what issues are currently occurring. She doesn’t want to camera the line currently.
Arrived onsite and installed the test equipment for city inspection. Will return later to remove test equipment.
Arrived on the job site, and the customer stated that the low-voltage puck lights in his office were not working properly. Upon inspection, I noticed that two of the lights were outdated and needed replacement. Recommended replacing all four low-voltage trim lights with our own 3-inch puck light fixtures with trim pieces, rather than customer-supplied ones. Also determined that the dimmable transformer driver needed replacement. We will return tomorrow to complete the installation and remaining work. Additionally, I noticed that the feeder wire from the meter base to the panel is undersized, and the meter base itself is also undersized for the existing 200-amp panel. Provided solutions to address the issue, but the customer declined at this time. The customer was 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit. Replaced four LED low voltage puck lights in back office and one faulty dimmer for lights.
Arrived on-site, and the customer requested the installation of two vanity light fixtures inside the restrooms. Completed the installation, verified proper operation, and confirmed that both lights are functioning correctly. The customer is happy and satisfied with the work. Also performed a full home safety evaluation and observed that the electrical panel is located inside a closet, which poses a safety hazard, and that it does not have a main breaker. Provided the customer with a proposal to replace the existing panel, relocate it outdoors, and bring the electrical system up to current code to pass city inspection. The customer stated they would like some time to review the quote and will call back to proceed with the work. The customer remains 100% satisfied with today’s visit and understands that all restroom lighting installations and connections are covered by a five-year warranty.

Explained to customer the next step is a camera inspection to view inside the sewer system for any and all issues ( followed by solutions for repairs ) Customer declined camera inspection and does understand that the $99 drain special is a special and price may be higher if called back for another stoppage.
- attempt to pop clog in main sewer line between home and street. - was able to pop clog , did explain to customer that the cable was binding up and there are definitely bigger issues in the drain. Arrived on site, and the customer requested an outlet to be installed above an existing one for a TV. Quoted the customer the full price of $579 for a 10-foot circuit extension but offered a 50% discount. The customer decided to hold off on the work for now and will think about it before moving forward. The customer was fully satisfied with the visit and mentioned they would call back when ready to proceed.
Arrived on site, and the customer requested to have the exhaust fan in the guest room replaced. The existing unit was a heater, exhaust fan, and light combo, but it did not have a dedicated circuit for the heater. I informed the customer that if the heater causes the breaker to trip, we would need to return and install a dedicated circuit. The customer chose to keep it on the same circuit. After installation, verified that the heater, exhaust fan, and light are all operating properly. The customer was completely satisfied with today’s work.
