Customer had a burnt GFCI that ended up tripping and not being able to reset. Explain to customer that the GFCI was burning inside and the hot wire also was becoming melted. Explain that the breaker should have tripped. Also explain, we will not warrantee the GFCI if he keeps charging his electric vehicle from it. Me and Marco are returning the 30th after six.
Arrived on job site customer stated that he wanted two exhaust fans to be installed inside of the house one is going to be in guest bathroom, the other in the master bathroom as well will be providing ducks to provide the correct ventilation. Will be adding four can lights inside of the kitchen with an existing switch. Light will be coming back out Friday of next week to complete the work. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
Arrived to look at issue with circuit not operating and we previously redeviced the home. Through my investigation I found that the front yard pole light had been tied into the front bedroom receptacle on the end of the circuit and it has a direct short in the line causing the whole circuit to shut off when connected. As the light is damaged and never used by the home owner I removed and made safe the line so that the circuit can now operate properly and with no safety issues. Put all devices back in and tested connected equipment to ensure circuit is fully operational. Found no further issues.
Customer called us out for water heater quote, gave multiple estimates and explained each one. Customer is going to call back at a later date. Estimates are good for 30 days.
Arrived on site and the customer stated that the outdoor outlets and restroom outlets were not working. Upon inspection, found that in one of the hall bathrooms, the outlet tripped the GFCI whenever a load was applied. Opened the outlet and discovered the wiring was touching, causing the GFCI to trip. Replaced the faulty outlet with a new one. Also found two faulty GFCI outlets—one in the backyard and one near the AC unit. Replaced both with new GFCIs. The customer was informed that all work, labor, and materials are covered under a five-year warranty. The customer was 100% satisfied with today’s visit.

Attempt to restore flow to main drain for home due to complete blockage in yard. Successfully restored flow to drainage, did explain to homeowner that there is a bigger issue inside the line, and only a camera can tell us what that issue is. Customer does not want camera inspection at this time as he is selling the house. Also, he understands there is no warranty on the drain service today
Troubleshoot and repair power loss to back living area switch feeding ceiling fan. Found open splice in wall behind hood vent. Installed outlet behind wall mount TV as well as above hood. Tested and all working fine. Discussed replacing the original breaker box due to age as well as significant corrosion/water damage.

ATTEMPT to Unclog stopped up ac condensation line from attic unit to upstairs J/J restroom. No warranty on drain clear! Replace attic section of piping to prevent future clogs from stacked fittings restricting flow of ac condensate. 5 year warranty on work!
