Excellent service!

Alex was awesome. Took his time to find the issue and kept me informed every step of the way. Did not take long and was mindful of my house (wore shoe coverings). Great job. Super personable as well.

Arrived on site and the customer explained that after hanging the chandelier fixture, it was not working properly. Upon inspection, I found that one of the wires had a loose connection. I tightened the connection, and the fixture is now working correctly. I also informed the customer that their current surge protection is builder-grade, and I included an upgraded surge protector option in the invoice. The customer will review the information and call back if they decide to proceed with the installation. The customer was 100% satisfied with today’s visit and understands that the fixture connections are covered by a five-year warranty.

Arrived to find that the gfci had malfunctioned not allowing itself to reset. Replaced the device and added a silicone seal to help prevent water from entering the gfci. Made sure the Christmas lights were able to operate.

Arrived to look at power issue for warranty on a pool gfci and found that the circuit is directly exposed to air and water as the conduits to the junction box have been broken. Provided quotes to repair the pool circuits with all new conduits and wiring. We will apply the troubleshoot cost towards work performed as the new work is what is needed to fully repair the issue. Minimum burial depth is 18 inches to top of conduit. Provided quote for us to dig or trench provided. If trench is provided a trench inspection will be required prior to work being performed to ensure proper depth throughout the trench.

Customer is having issues with lights flickering throughout the house and did an amp draw and voltage check on the electrical panel and meter base. Randy microwave and on encore side coming into the house in the meter there was 99 V on one leg and 148 volts on the other leg. Called encore and they are coming out and just do not know what time they will be out here. Explained loose neutrals to customer.
