Customer called us out for no hot water upstairs tested every faucet and there was hot water throughout the home. Did explain that there are many issues with current install of the tankless unit in the home. Wrote up an estimate to fix to code and health issues however customer also wanted the tankless in the quote so that is the estimates I offered. Quotes are good for 30 days. Did explain monthly investments as well. Customer explained some other company stated she needed a hot water pump on the current unit , I don’t see the need for any type of pump.

James Allen: 10-13-25 Gave customer pricing to Replace disposal and kitchen faucet. Scheduled install after getting customers approval for work. Also performed safety inspection of the plumbing system. Found that both toilets have worn internal parts and are not set securely. Several emergency shutoffs are showing signs of wear. Water heater is 15 years old. Recommended replacing these items. A separate estimate was written to replace these items. Prices are good for 30 days. Remove and dispose of existing disposal. Install pro series 1 HP disposal. 5 year warranty on parts and labor. 10 year warranty on parts for disposal from manufacturer. Remove and dispose of existing kitchen faucet. Replace faucet with delta brand faucet.
Ran power to water filtration system under sink added Gfci outlet behind wall in order for I to be accessible. Replaced a dimmer in dining room also replaced switch for living room ceiling fan. Walked customer thru work made sure he was 100% happy and satisfied with today’s service.
