Arrived to warranty the outlet at the top of the stairs as it lost power after an outlet was removed previously by us. Through investigation I found that the neutral behind the outlet around the corner had been capped off and the hot was left energizes. Rewired the back of the outlet box so the correct wires were capped off and the wires needed were energized. While there the homeowner also had two fandelier to install so I mounted those as well.
Arrived on site, and the customer requested to have the electrical panel relabeled and a new four-way switch installed for the hallway entry lights. The switches control the hallway lighting from three locations — the front entry near the main door, the garage entry on the left side, and the hallway leading into the kitchen. Verified that everything is functioning properly. The customer was informed that the work includes a five-year transferable warranty. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.

Arrived on job site customer stated that her car charger was overheating and indicating an error code. Let customer know that the type one charger is not a long-term solution and she would need to upgrade to a type two however I noticed that the breaker was a 60 amp CH2 pole breaker and the outlet that supports the car charger is a Nema 1450 car charger outlet which can only hold up to 50 A which the 60 amp breakers oversize. Ended up replacing the 60 amp breaker with a 50 amp GFCI to pole breaker customer has a five-year warranty on the breaker and also if she does sell the house it does transfer to the new homebuyers. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
