Customer had a bad art fault, breaker in electrical panel and explained that this is a bigger issue and that the plugs are most likely bad and stab locked. Explain that replacing the breakers in the electrical panel is what the customer should do and customers want to hold off for now. Replace the breaker controlling the upstairs bedroom and everything cut on and everything worked with no issues. If we have to come back out, we will automatically start troubleshooting the outlets. Everything is working at this time.

Upon arrival customer directed me to the kitchen sink area and showed me the cleanouts on the side of the home. They mentioned they had another company come out over the weekend to snake the line and that they found grease/food build up in the pipes. Requested an estimate for hydrojetting. Gave customer estimate. No work authorized at this time.

Arrived to warranty the outlet at the top of the stairs as it lost power after an outlet was removed previously by us. Through investigation I found that the neutral behind the outlet around the corner had been capped off and the hot was left energizes. Rewired the back of the outlet box so the correct wires were capped off and the wires needed were energized. While there the homeowner also had two fandelier to install so I mounted those as well.

Arrived on site, and the customer requested to have the electrical panel relabeled and a new four-way switch installed for the hallway entry lights. The switches control the hallway lighting from three locations — the front entry near the main door, the garage entry on the left side, and the hallway leading into the kitchen. Verified that everything is functioning properly. The customer was informed that the work includes a five-year transferable warranty. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
