Customer called us out for higher pressure than normal wanted to get pressure checked and estimate for prv replacement. Looked throughout home with customer and checked pressure at front outside hose faucet ( pressure was 95psi ) did explain to customer that is very high compared to the 80 psi it is supposed to be at and is only going to keep going up until it closes completely and result in no pressure. Gave estimate for prv w expansion tank and without , explained the differences between. Customer wants to think about it, explained I will call supervisor and see if there’s anything he can do about it so we can take care of it today. They said they need to think about it. Quotes are good for 30 days.
Arrived to look at warranty for a chandelier on a 20 foot ceiling that we repaired a burnt wire and since then the fixture was buzzing and has stopped again. Scheduled a return for Tuesday the 9th for install crew to return and open the canopy cover and fix the wires properly. The homeowner will also have led bulbs onsite so we can replace the incandescents to reduce the load that is being applied to the 18 gauge fixture wire.
Arrived on the job site, and the customer stated that he had two faulty GFCI outlets as well as non-working Ethernet ports. Upon inspection of the media box, I found that the small black device acting as the Ethernet port hub was burned out and needed to be replaced. After bypassing it and plugging the Ethernet cables directly into the modem, all Ethernet connections worked properly. I replaced both GFCI outlets in the garage and the GFCI in the master bathroom. The customer understands that the GFCI replacements come with a five-year warranty. The customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
Arrived to look at issue with front porch outlet not operating and found that the gfci in the garage had been tripped so showed home owner how to reset and that resolved issue. Also while there they had a circuit trip off that feeds the gate opener and ceiling fans on the back porch. The conduits are completely broken so provided quotes to replace from the box on the house to the outlet box on porch and to the opener. If trench will be provided for us an appointment prior to work being performed will be required to confirm the minimum burial depth has been met at all points along the trench which is 18 to top on conduit.

Upon arrival the customer’s mother directed me to the front hose bib and explained that water has been leaking inside the home from a leak. After looking at the outside faucet advised customer that the current configuration was done by a handyman and not a plumber. Gave best case scenario for replacement. No work authorized at this time.
Restore flow to upstairs toilet, found small plastic bag in trap. No warranty for drain clear. Offered safety inspection on plumbing system, customer declined. Job complete.
Arrived on job site. The customer requested a car charger installation for her new Porsche and specified that she wanted a plug-in 240V circuit style. Installed a 50-amp GFCI CH two-pole breaker connected to a NEMA 14-50 EV charger outlet located beneath the panel. Ran 6-3 wire from the breaker to the outlet to supply power, and also mounted the Porsche charger on the wall. Walked the customer through how to use the charger and explained that charging should be limited to 80% capacity, with a maximum output of 40 amps on a 50-amp breaker. The customer was fully satisfied with the installation and acknowledged the five-year warranty covering all work, labor, and materials.
Arrived at the job site where the customer walked the job with me. He mentioned that he previously had a Tesla charger installed for $200 and now wanted to extend the wall-mounted charger about 6 feet to the right of the panel to charge his new Mercedes, since he sold his Tesla. I explained that the work would require a circuit extension using EMT for a 50–60 amp hardwired connection. The customer stated he only expected to pay around $300 and wouldn’t go higher. I informed him that would not be possible, as the original quoted price was $988. To help, I offered to include the hardwired appliance at no additional charge, reducing the total to $652. The customer declined for now, saying he may call back to proceed if he doesn’t find anyone else. He was 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
Arrived on the job site. The customer requested the installation of two outlets — one outside and one inside. For the exterior outlet located by the back door, installed a bell box extension ring with a ½-inch EMT conduit and added a new bell box by the eave for the outlet. Everything was tested and is working properly, with full GFCI protection. For the interior outlet, installed it inside the closet of the front entry office (to the far right), intended for security camera use. Tapped power from the existing outlet on the opposite side of the wall. All work was completed successfully and tested. The customer understands that the installation includes a five-year warranty and is 100% satisfied with today’s service.
Arrived on-site. The customer requested quotes for installing bidets in each restroom. Provided a solution that includes adding four new circuit extensions for the bidets, as well as GFCI protection for the dryer, dishwasher, and disposal circuits. Also discussed adding a Tesla car charger and two surge protectors on the main panels located in the garage. The customer would like some time to review the pricing and will call back to move forward with the work. The customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
Arrived on site, and the customer stated that about four GFCI outlets were not working properly. The customer also mentioned that the two-foot fluorescent light in the pantry was not functioning. We will be returning tomorrow, Friday, October 31st, to complete the work. The customer will be providing the materials, except for the LED bulb for the pantry. The customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
Arrived to troubleshoot the outdoor gfci circuit that controls the sprinklers as it is tripping every couple days. Through my investigation I found that the outside outlets in the circuit were all severely corroded causing the circuit to trip under load. Removed the bad devices and installed all new outlets covers and silicone seals to prevent water from getting inside the new devices. Also replace the original gfci as it has been damaged due to tripping multiple times.
Arrived on-site, and the customer requested the installation of two Ring cameras on the exterior front yard facing the lawn. Completed a full circuit extension of approximately 10 feet and installed a light fixture for the Ring Floodlight Camera located above the garage. Also provided a lighting solution for the second Ring camera mounted on the far-left side of the house under the eave, which operates via a solar panel and required no additional wiring. Discussed and provided solutions for adding whole-home surge protection and replacing aging AFCI breakers that are due for an upgrade. The customer expressed full satisfaction with today’s visit and acknowledged the five-year warranty covering the wiring and connections between the attic light and the Ring Floodlight. Also emailed customer GoodLeap application for financing (12month no interest no monthly payment).
