Mike came out to swap out a ceiling fan; I was notified when he was en route, he showed up on time, & he was extremely professional. He did great work & finished the job in a timely manner...definitely surpassed all expectations & I will call again for any future electrical needs.

Customer had a smart switch that she wanted to have installed upstairs middle level for her patio can light. Installed switch and tested and everything worked with no issues and customer says she will program it eventually make sure the switch cut on and off and it did with no problems. Also explain how a GFCI works, and where it’s at downstairs and that it controls the under counter lighting in the bathrooms. Showed customer how to test and reset.
Customer needed to use ceiling fans installed and potentially to fan brace boxes. Customer wanted to think about selling fan insulation but told him we can give him a bundle price if he had other things that he wanted done. So we performed the electrical safety inspection and found some major concerns that will need to be addressed. Customer is going to figure out if encore is going to help pay for the damages because meter base is falling off wall And go to the bank and see how he can finance it due to him not wanting to use our finance. “Is good for 30 days and then reaching back out to him next Friday to talk about what he has figured out.
Customer called after having a breaker tripping going from the living room TV outlet to the fireplace blower shorted out. Found an inaccessible junction box mounted behind the fireplace had a short in it. Eliminated that junction box and installed a junction box where the wire came into the fireplace cut out. Ran circuit extension from new junction box to the fireplace. Checked voltage and all normal readings. Fireplace company will install connector on new wiring for replacement blower. Customer is happy with the repair
Returned and checked voltage on air handler in attic and is getting proper 120 volts, and checked voltage to condenser outside and getting proper 240 volt. Informed customer everything is proper on electrical side and is calling ac company that installed it out to check it.
Customer called about over voltage at some outlets and under voltage at others. Arcing can be heard inside the meter base. Opened main electric panel check voltages. Found issue is intermittent. Home currently has original meter base with a Federal Pacific panel in the master bedroom closet as well as an older QO panel next to the meter. Feeder wires are double lugged inside the meter base and burning up. 1. Pull all city permits and inspection 2. Replace burnt up meter base (lifetime warranty) 3. Arrived on site, and the customer stated they were interested in installing a generator interlock and inlet connection. Upon inspection, I found the existing electrical panel to be outdated and showing signs of severe heat damage. I also informed the customer that there is insufficient space to add a generator inlet breaker, as the panel is already at maximum capacity with tandem and two-pole breakers. I explained that the only viable solution—especially to safely install a generator system—would be to replace the main breaker panel, which is outdated and in need of replacement. I provided a proposal to replace the 200-amp main breaker panel with a lifetime warranty, replace the electrical meter base with a lifetime warranty, and install a new 200-amp exterior service disconnect for first responders, also with a lifetime warranty. Customer called about a power loss to kitchen outlets, dining room outlets and a few lights. Customer reset GFCI and restored power to the circuit. Informed customer that this was not a typical layout for a circuit. Customer declined any options at this time due to preparing for a new roof
ATTEMPT to restore flow to kitchen drain line in order to properly test drainage No warranty on drain clears Have field supervisor come out to run sewer camera down kitchen branch line in order to determine root cause of stoppage. Customer had a bad GFCI in the garage behind a fridge that would not reset controlling his front door plug and back door plug. Explain to customer how GFCI works and what it does and that Christmas lights will trip a GFCI if they’re not sealed properly. Arrived on site and the customer stated that his outdoor and garage outlets were not working. He also requested an additional quote for adding circuit extensions and installing new outlets in the hallways—one downstairs and one upstairs. Performed a troubleshooting diagnostic to determine why the outdoor and garage outlets had lost power. Found multiple issues, including severely corroded and rusted connections at the outdoor outlets, as well as a GFCI in the garage that was not functioning properly. During inspection of the panel, I noticed a 2-pole 70A Homeline breaker installed where a 2-pole 30A BR Eaton breaker should have been, since the panel is an Eaton BR model. Replaced the incorrect breaker and completed the diagnostic, restoring proper functionality to all affected circuits. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit and understands that he has a 5-year warranty on the new 2-pole 30A AC #2 breaker, as well as on the front door outlet, back door outlet, garag
Arrived to look at issue with a circuit not operating. Found that we replaced multiple outlets on the circuit for the homeowner however one behind a bed did not get replaced and was stablocked. Replaced the defective device to resume normal operation of the circuit.
- Preform complete rebuild on hall bath toilet ( remove tank and replace fill valve , flapper , flush valve , tank to bowl gasket and bolts / gaskets for tank ) reinstall tank and test. - replace old emergency shutoff valve and supply line w new. ** if any damage is noticed on tank pricing will be given for next steps ** Successfully completed work , tested multiple times and showed homeowner completed work he is satisfied with the work. Customer calls out for a clogged drain gave estimate for roof access. Customer said it was too high called supervisor to see if there’s anything he could do about it. He took 5% off. Also gave an estimate for attempting through the shower with the drain special. Customer is not going to be moving forward with any work today.
