Arrived on site, and the customer stated that he wanted to replace the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms. The customer had the new ceiling fan on site. He also requested a troubleshoot for the outdoor outlets. When testing the outlets with a plug tester, voltage was present and the GFCI did not trip—everything was functioning properly. Performed a safety evaluation and found a few code violations, including outdated smoke detectors and the absence of a whole-home surge protector. We’ll be returning on Tuesday the 28th with my supervisor to discuss solutions. The customer was very happy and satisfied with today’s visit and understands that there is a five-year warranty on the ceiling fan connections.
Did not install test equipment as city has inspection scheduled for the following day.
Arrived to warranty the dryer circuit as it was not operating properly to find that the wires had been crossed with another circuit. To correct the issue I installed all circuits under the proper breakers so that the dryer is receiving 240 volts.

Arrived on site , tenet was onsite, he let me inside the home and I spoke to him about the issues he’s been having. Checked garage and found access panel with shutoff and prv in wall. Tested pressure to home it was about 89-90psi meaning the prv has failed. Wrote up 2 solutions however was unable to reach homeowner, emailed pictures and invoice. Called customer and spoke with him about pricing. He did let me know he is going to call out a different company today to get a quote. I did explain our apples to apples price match. Also explained that if he calls someone out, it needs to be a licensed plumber not a handyman. As only plumbers are allowed to work on any type of plumbing in the state of Texas and carry insurance.
