Replaced bad dual function breaker controlling circuit 29. Customer was stating it was randomly tripping and explained to her that all the gen 2 breakers will go bad due to manufacturer defect. Tested my breaker I replaced and everything worked with no issues and 5 year warranty on breaker.
Arrived on site and spoke with the customer, who requested a dedicated circuit to be run for an exhaust fan/heater/light combo switch. We will also be installing and wiring a four-gang Leviton switch. Tyler will be returning to complete the work. The customer understands that all labor is covered under a five-year warranty, excluding any customer-supplied materials. The customer is fully satisfied with today’s visit. Arrived on the job site and the customer stated that the timer for the Eve outlets was not working properly. Upon inspection, I confirmed the timer was receiving power, but it was not sending power out to the load side. Performed a full troubleshoot, removed the timer, and temporarily bypassed it. All Christmas lights turned on, confirming the issue was either with the timer itself or its installation. I also noticed the circuit was not GFCI protected. I provided pricing and then installed a 2-gang cut-in box, added a GFCI outlet to properly protect the circuit, and rewired the timer. Everything is now operating correctly. Additionally, I replaced the GFCI by the outdoor kitchen in the backyard, which is functioning properly. I also replaced the two-pole 50-amp breaker for the oven in the main panel. The original breaker was a Cutler-Hammer BR; it was replaced with a Siemens 50-amp breaker, which is UL-listed and appropriate for the Siemens panel. All work performed—excluding the ti
Arrived on the job site and the customer explained that an outlet in the master bedroom had made contact with the metal bed frame, causing a spark and damaging the outlet. We replaced the duplex outlet in the bedroom and verified that everything was working properly. I informed the customer that the outlet comes with a 5-year warranty. During the electrical safety inspection, I identified a few outdated or non-compliant items, including the smoke detectors, surge protection, and the existing 120V car charger, which should be upgraded to a 240V NEMA 14-50 plug. The customer would like some time to consider the additional work, and we will follow up next Friday to discuss pricing. The customer was 100% satisfied with today’s visit.

Arrived on the job site. Arrived on the job site, and the customer stated that several lights throughout the home were flickering intermittently. Performed a full troubleshooting inspection, checking voltage at the panel as well as inside the meter base. All readings were normal, and there was no voltage imbalance. Informed the customer that the first step will be to have Oncore come out to check for any loose connections on their end, since the issue is intermittent. If the flickering continues and oncore confirms everything is fine on their side, the next step will likely be to replace the main panel and upgrade the grounding system, including pulling a permit and ensuring the work passes city inspection. Also replaced the GFCI and bubble cover on the back patio. Everything is working properly. The customer has a five-year warranty on the GFCI and connections. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
