We are returning Friday 1/16 first call to add a cs bath fan and run switch leg
Microwave shorting out causing leaking voltage to the frame of microwave. When unplugged microwave there was no voltage. Explain to customer that the wiring inside his house has a bunch of shared neutrals and also neutrals piggyback off to grounds.
Customer wanted a quote on installing a 30 amp single pole 120 V GFCI breaker for RV plug. Also gave quote for multiple items such as replacing electrical panel. Call back tomorrow afternoon.
-Replace internalsof Sloan regal flush valve to rejuvenate gaskets and seals. -do pull and reset on handicap stall toilet in men’s warehouse bathroom to ensure preoper seal to sewer system. 5 year warranty on parts and labor
- Replace front hose bib on home due to age and condition w new premium sillcock. Includes vacuum breaker per code. ** 5yr warranty on work ** ** if under home access needed for front hose bib pricing will increase ** Was able to successfully replace old hose bib from the front without going under the home tested work. No leaks showed homeowner the finish product. He is satisfied did put some caulk around the sillcock to seal it from bugs
- attempt to restore flow to main sewer line in yard due to whole home stoppage currently Ran cable twice was unable to restore flow will be returning tomorrow at 12 with supervisor to run camera
- Run drain machine up to 70ft into x1 outside 4in rain water drain until it stops and measure cable to get customer a rough idea of where the issue is. No repair included Customer requested i come back friday
Gave customer estimates to tunnel and make two spot repairs. No work authorized at this time.
Attempt to pop clog on main sewer line due to complete stoppage in yard. No warranty - preform a camera inspection on main line to look inside piping and look/ locate issues inside the drains ** any issues found solutions will be given **
Upon arrival the customer directs me to the upstairs bathroom and explained that they’ve observed moisture on walls and ceiling. Took multiple photos of the wall and ceiling also checked with moisture meter and found no evidence of water. No estimates were written due to no moisture being located or observed while onsite.
