I hired them because I had a weak picket fence on my yard so it was really easy for my dog to break out. I called this Buzz Custom Fence Company and asked them to please help me reinforce the fence so my dog couldn't get out and to advise me. They told me they had the perfect solution. The guy was nice so I also trusted him. They charged me $1600 USD (a full paycheck for me) to put one board on the floor. Took them 30minutes, they went when I wasn't home and that is the result I found when I got home. I paid $1600 dollars for $50 worth of materials and for something I could have also done myself in 30minutes. Not only did I get ripped off after putting my trust in them and my money. But it didn;t fix my problem, my dog can still get out. When I reached out to them they tell me there is nothing they can, that is how they do things, and that pretty much I'm an idiot. Which I am for trusting them, but I thought they were a profesional serious company operating in good faith. Worst experience I have ever had with any company. Saying I do not recommend them is an understatement. They are scammers and if I could give them negative 100 stars I would. I am devastated about how they tricked me.

Unfortunately a fence company can not fix dog behavior issues. We can offer suggestions that have worked for previous customers however that is in no way claiming we can fix it. We depend on the homeowners and dog owner to know and understand their animals and their behaviors. We offered to install some expanded metal to your fence for material cost only in order to offer an additional line of defense for your fence and keeping your dog safe, but your refused the offer. Your dog’s desire to eat wood pickets is and will destroy your fence not to mention put her in danger. The agreement you signed was clear as to what we were contracted to install there should have been no surprises. There is a total of 145’ of fence not just a single board. I am still happy to try and assist with your situation if you would like to contact me the manager with Buzz Fence, we didn’t grow this company with the A+ ratings doing dishonest work.

Initial communication and estimate with John went very well, Everything was presented in a detailed yet easy to understand format. Crews arrived on time, worked efficiently and took great care to make sure the installation was done right. Very personable and took care to ask questions about anything they were not 100% about. Very impressed!

I confirmed with the salesman that they purchased more product than needed to build my fence to include wood pockets and supplies. I stared multiple times being that I paid for said extra supplies that I want the extra supplies to remain behind when the job is done , I conveyed my wishes with the salesman directly. None of the extra material purchased was not left behind. As is typical, I can only assume my quote was so high so as for them to purchase extra materials and then use said extra materials on side jobs for themselves. will not recommend this business for fence work.

Jamelle with Buzz fence was a pleasure to work with. He was transparent and communicated with me every step of the way. He periodically stopped in to oversee the installation and made sure i was happy. They installed my fence ahead of schedule and followed up on a small item without me having to remind him the following week. I would definitely recommend Jamelle with Buzz Fence.
