The communication leading up to construction and the fence construction was excellent. Could have done without the working past dark with the compressor running on the back porch, but understandable to complete the job. The issues I had are with the clean-up. I found screws from the old fence laying on my porch and along the fence line, couple of dozen, not one or two. Very dangerous if hit with a weed eater or mower. Couple of larger blocks of cement from the old fence, 5-10 lbs each. Several mounds of cement, trash from parts of the bags and a few water bottles were left. The fact I spent the better part of a Saturday morning cleaning a mess that shouldn't been left is why the experience isn't rated any higher.

Buzz custom fence was awesome. The fence looks great the electric gate is awesome. The only thing is I wish they would have asked me if I wanted a gate opener that would work with my existing garage door opener. I ride a motorcycle and now have 2 remotes in my pocket.

I wish I had been told, up front, that I would be without fencing for 2 days. I have 2 large dogs and was not told that until the day of installation. Major problem. I also wish it had been suggested to add a kickboard to existing fence at the time of the estimate. I had to pay for an entire day for the crew to come back for a job that probably only took a couple of hours, at most. That cost me several hundred extra dollars. It was an expensive project.

We are pleased with our fence we thought it was a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Buzz’s representative Danny Gomez and the installation personnel Joel and Miguel are true professionals and good to work with.
