Kim and Alix did a phenomenal job helping us navigate the confusing process of applying for SSDI and SSI for our 20 yr.-old son. Although we fully expected the process to take up to two years, to our amazement it took only two months from submission of the application until he was approval for both programs. In addition to being professional, knowledgeable, and aggressive in follow-up, both Kim and Alix clearly love their work which is evident in their willingness to go the extra mile to help in any way they can! I was led by God to Kim and Alix. After having a very bad experience with a local Disability Atty here in Raleigh, NC, I prayed and asked God to send me to someone that will understand my son's mental illness issues and that would work to get us the best outcome. Alex and Kim were a blessing to me! Also young little Kim who was an intern helped me so much! They were always pleasent and kind! Took most of the stress of me and helped me understand the process! 2 1/2 years We got a fully favorable decision! 1 month after hearing!
