Kim and Alix did a phenomenal job helping us navigate the confusing process of applying for SSDI and SSI for our 20 yr.-old son. Although we fully expected the process to take up to two years, to our amazement it took only two months from submission of the application until he was approval for both programs. In addition to being professional, knowledgeable, and aggressive in follow-up, both Kim and Alix clearly love their work which is evident in their willingness to go the extra mile to help in any way they can!
