Quarterly fire sprinkler inspection JCI reported that the flow switch did not send a signal for their test while it did when we tested in February. Please have someone onsite witness a test of the flow switch to make sure it rings bell and sends signal to panel when flowing the ITV. Also please test 3 tamper switches that have not sent a signal to the panel as JCI reported they did send a signal.
