Portable Extinguishers Service Call Deliver and install new fire extinguishers to office. Deficiency: Customer needs a quote for exit lights, customer needs (4) green LED powered exit lights hard wired inside, customer will be responsible to pre wire where exit lights to be installed, amd Aztec will install new lights in place. Installing exit lights onto dry wall and wood paneling, possibly have to run wires exposed inside conduit to a dedicated breaker on the breaker box. Need to install on the very back door to the back patio area, Need to install one on the hallway headed towards the back door, and need to install (2) one above each entry way Total items : (4) new green LED exit lights (4) install of exit lights (1) trip charge Deficiency: Customer needs to be add (2) “ Doors must remain open at all times when open” signs above both front entry ways.
