As it so happened, I was running late this morning because I was told the technician would be the clubhouse at 9:00 am this morning. I'm an hour away from the clubhouse, so with traffic, it is stressful trying to get there by 9:00. I was so relieved when I received a phone call from Luigi at 8:30 advising me that he would be at the clubhouse around 9:30 and not to stress (I told him I was stressing trying to get there). As promised he arrived at approximately 9:30 with such a positive attitude. He knew just from looking at the EXIT sign that the battery had gone bad and explained that he was going to replace it for me. I just have to tell you, that he is sincerely, such a breath of fresh air. His positive outgoing personality really made my day. I hope he gets the kudos he deserves! I will most definitely use your company and recommend your company in a heart beat. Customer services is everything!
