The salesman, Mike Schubert picked up the extinguisher 20 lb ABC that was missed in June inspection; Ed, the technician, brought it back about 5 days later for drop off at NC for call; only for 6 year Hydro test. Going through changes and growing pains...about average at this point overall. Pricing is high and not in line with our area.
