Mike showed up on time and made contact with me letting me know he was onsite. I explained the issue we were having and he got right to work taking acre of the trouble alarm. After he finished the work he came to the office and had pictures of the service work and a detailed description of the issues and repairs, He offered up options and solutions to prevent any further issues with our panel in this particular situation.
