Deficiency for FACP BY SODA VENDING: TheFACP in the main building shows an alarm. This alarm is coming from the Mawby building. The Mawby FACP shows zone two and zone seven in alarm. Zone seven is sprinkler water flow/tamper. I talked to technician who was working on that sprinkler system and he said, “our system is normal I could not get the seven off the panel it would not reset“.I was informed by Chris that Symplex replaced a smoke detector in this building while replacing the panel in Cedar Lodge. I walked the building and there is no smoke detectors in alarm. Since Symplex was here working on it they will need to return and check why panel will not reset.
Dry Mawby pump room lower lvl: Mawby Bldg (Dry System): Remove and replace the sprinkler piping and fitting that are leaking on the branch lines in the attic. Attic access is in the storage room at the beginning of the Aspen wing on the main level. The access is in the wall not in the ceiling. Dry Mawby pump room lower lvl: Mawby Bldg (Dry System): The air compressor fills the system to over 50 psi. The air pressure will need to be adjusted to a lower setting to avoid damage to system components. Wet Mawby pump room lower lvl: Mawby building: Not all types of installed heads available in spare head box. (1) 1/2” 155 degree SR chrome pendant - repair Wet Mawby pump room lower lvl: Mawby building: Pull (4) quick response sprinkler heads dated 1996 and send them to UL for testing.
