All of the FPT staff are consistently professional; even those in the office. They all seem to be well-trained in their respective skills and are always able to solve any issue we experience with our life safety equipment.
Shaun Martin is an excellent fitter and is always a pleasure to work with. He is always on time to the job and finishes his work promptly. He also cleared out a drain while he was here for a fire pump repack. Look forward to seeing Shaun again in August for Fire Pump Testing.
We are delighted to present you with this Time & Materials proposal for investigating and resolving the issues affecting your fire alarm system's proper functioning. A Time & Materials proposal is a contractual agreement that does not specify a predetermined price for the project. Instead, it outlines the hourly rates, surcharges, and, upon completion of repairs, the cost of materials. Time & Materials contracts are commonly used in certain circumstances, particularly when our customers rely on us first to identify the problems, develop a comprehensive repair plan (covering the entire scope of the job), and then proceed with the necessary repairs. Throughout the project, it is essential for us to document the work performed, including the hours worked and materials procured. There are numerous advantages to Time & Materials contracts, which include: Simplicity: Time and materials contracts are concise and straightforward, making them easy for all parties to comprehend and follow.
