Elbert is an excellent example of how people should conduct themselves when representing their business. He took his time, explained why we need the service he provided and took the time to inform us about different fire extinguishers and types of fires, etc.. As a business owner for decades, i can tell you that I would be proud to have him working with my firm. He really was that impressive!
