Initial Services Performed: Semi-Annual Kitchen System Inspection Deficiencies Discovered: The existing Pyro-Chem Kitchen Knight II PCL 460 system cylinder is PAST DUE for the required 12 year hydrostatic testing. This cylinder is Department of Transportation (DOT) specified therefore requires serialization and testing in an approved testing center as per the DOT. The (1) eye burner needs nozzle protection Scope of Work Proposed: Perform a 12 year hydrostatic test and recharge on the existing cylinder in our DOT approved testing center using the proof of pressure testing method and equipment. Add nozzle protection to the (1) eye bburner. Exclusions: Electrical and /or Plumbing work (if required). Permits (if required). Any changes mandated as a result of an Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) review of the proposed scope of work. Any maintenance services or new units required must be documented and customer authorization obtained before work can be performed. Perform the Annual Emergency/Exit Light Inspection (Quick Check) to each unit on-site. No certification label is to be applied for this type of inspection. Additional maintenance needed i.e.batteries and bulbs must have customer approval. Any units that require replacement must be documented as a deficiency and installed on an approved return trip, if same day approval is not obtained. Semi-Annual Kitchen Suppression System Inspection as per NFPA 17A. Fire Alarm system (if present) must be placed on test prior to performing service.
