It is really too bad that BurgerFi has to deal with the utter incompetence of the team that came out this morning! A shame! Here's what happened. The service technicians, Rick and Joshua arrived at 10:50 ish A.M. to check on and change the tags for the fire ext. and the fire suppression unit. At 11:05. A.M. Rick turned off the gas to the grill (which is understandable,) but failed to turn it back on he did look at the grill for literally a minute before letting us use his lighter to try to turn it on, which we were unable to do. Since he is the one who serviced our unit and disconnected the gas (again, understandable,) he should have ensured that it was operating again. At the same time, Rick accidentally set-off the fire alarm and had to summon the fire dept. to turn off the fire alarm. At the same time, he disconnected the power to the fryers and the grill making them both completely useless especially at the beginning of our lunch rush. During this time that we were open for business and were not able to serve our customers for lunch, we lost about 17 customers because we had no power/gas/fire alarm going off. As the General Manager at this BurgerFi unit, I am very reluctant to have your company come back out this Wednesday night to clean our hoods and exhaust system. I am putting absolutely zero faith in these opinions because I even doubt that it will be read Jimmy
