No certification label is to be applied for this type of inspection. Additional maintenance needed i.e.batteries and bulbs must have customer approval. Any units that require replacement must be documented as a deficiency and installed on an approved return trip, if same day approval is not obtained. Perform the Annual Portable Fire Extinguisher Inspection as per NFPA 10.
