(12) 10LB ABC extinguisher(s) is due for 6-Year maintenance Scope of Work: Definitions of what each line item listed service below is as follows: Perform hydro-static test on (2) 10LB ABC extinguisher(s) Perform 6-Year maintenance on (12) 10LB ABC extinguisher(s) **Note: (5) unopened extinguishers are due for 6-Year maintenance. We can perform the maintenance n this units if approved at $47.50 per unit. ** -Recharge- When a fire extinguisher has leaked down or been used either for a fire or on accident the extinguisher needs to be recharged prior to being re-certified. The extinguisher will be broken down,cleaned out and refilled with new chemical or agent.Once rebuilt a verification of service collar is installed to validate that a unit was in fact broken down and serviced. -6 year Internal Inspection-Every
