During that inspection the following deficiencies were found on order 14523730 Current nozzle coverage will require changes 6 burner range and griddle will require back shelf coverage with nozzle type 11982 nozzles (4 and can reuse one in place now) Client Responsibility: If back shelf is removed this will not be needed Replace duct nozzle with proper one to meet compliance Client Responsibility: Move commercial griddle under exhaust canopy to meet code.
