During that inspection the following deficiencies were found on order 13492777 - Duct nozzle extends more than 6" into the duct and will require adjustment to meet manufacturer listing - Holes in duct left by the damper that was removed need to be sealed to meet compliance Repair of these deficiencies is essential to overall life safety.
