Fire Suppression Inspection Kitchen System - Zone 3 R 102 6 G SSBD Hydro: (2) 2004 Deficiency: System is non compliant due to system cylinders need hydro testing. Both tanks (3galX2) are dated for 2004 and the double tank co2 cartridge is dated for 2003. All are due for hydrostatic testing every 12 years per nfpa. Regulator pressure test is also needed and is due every 12 years aswell. System piping is missing 2 3/8 seals and the Emt is missing 1 seal.
