During that inspection the following deficiencies were found on order 14523892 Re-position back to back nozzles in plenum as this is no longer a listed fire protection Increase the nozzle coverage to the enlarged fryer All single burner nozzle positions need to be revised to meet compliance Repipe 6 burner range with back shelf coverage. Install 2 LPR nozzles to meet back shelf requirements Install additional nozzles in all ducts. Ducts with single nozzles will require 2 each.
