Kitchen Hood Suppression System - NON COMPLIANT Recently one of our licensed technicians was at your location to perform the service on your fire suppression system. During that inspection the following deficiencies were found on order 14524082 1.5 gallon Ansul cylinder protecting hood plenum and ducts needs to be upgraded to a 3 gallon cylinder per manufacturer to meet compliance. A 1.5 gallon cannot protect more than 1 duct. **The 3 gallon cylinder has hit the 12yr maintenance mark. This includes: a serviced swap cylinder, new agent, regulator test, new hose/grommet, old agent disposal, shop labor, delivery and install. ** Repair of these deficiencies is essential to overall life safety.
