During that inspection the following needed services were noted on order 14331721 Client is adding a fryer to the cook line requiring a 2 flow nozzle to be added to cook line To allow this capacity on the current 15 flow cylinder the client must remove the back shelf over the 3rd range and protection can be re-piped to a single 2LP Re-pipe new protection for the range and place a nozzle drop over the fryer Will schedule along-side the inspection in Oct so labor below has been discounted the travel.
