Kitchen Hood Suppression System - NON COMPLIANT Recently one of our licensed technicians was at your location to perform the service on your fire suppression system. During that inspection the following deficiencies were found on order 14236199 Main System - 2 agent cylinders now due for the 12 year hydrostatic test to meet compliance. Refill and charge cylinders, rebuild valve and dispose old agent. Replace all plenum nozzles with 1H type nozzles to meet compliance. Wrong type nozzles installed. (4 nozzles) Pipe in protection upright salamander broilers. They have no fire protection right now (3 nozzles) Change large charbroiler nozzle to a 2 flow to meet manufacturer requirements (1 nozzle) Position nozzle over griddle and both 6 burners to meet requirements Prep System - 2 agent cylinders now due for the 12 year hydrostatic test to meet compliance.
